I singed a contract and then two weeks later they tried to get me to sign a different one
I singed a contract and then two weeks later they tried to get me to sign a different one. I went in on August 10 and signed a contract. Then two weeks later they called and said I need to come down to sign a piece of paper. When I got there they tried to get me to sign a different contract with a higher interest rate and more of a higher monthly payment.

Purchase new car 3/22 with a $1400 down payment scheduled and paid on 4/12, and my trade-in of a 2017 Nissan Versa with United Nissan
Purchase new car 3/22 with a $1400 down payment scheduled and paid on 4/12, and my trade-in of a 2017 Nissan Versa with United Nissan Las Vegas NV. The dealership has failed to finalize the sale or be willing to give my back my trade-in. United Nissan is still in possession of my trade-in, the finance company for that car has not received a payoff, and I am being held responsible for car payments, outstanding is March and coming due is April on 4/25. I am in possession of the new car in Minnesota, can't register car, and the deal has not been completed. Temporary tags are expired. I like to either finalize deal or get my old car back. Finance person will not respond and others have not follow through with this matter. I am not in possession of any purchase agreement/documentation which would of allowed me to register car in Minnesota.

7/2 $500 Returned car because loan couldn't be financed. Was informed by Eder, my sellsman that no damage to the Nissan Rouge and I will be receiving my full down payment of $500 back. Was only returned $200 of the $500 GM Bob told me they found on another inspection after I left the dealership that there was pain damage I was not informed about while I was at the dealership. Therefore not my fault. Damage occurred after Eder received the Nissan Rouge from me after I left the dealership prior to the other inspection. Not my fault.
I purchased a 2015 in the end of May I put down roughly $8,000. The bumper had a dent the car needed deep cleaning where it was dirty on the inside. I ask my sales manager if I signed the paper all fixed he responded Yes that we will make arrangements with the service department . 2 days later I noticed that my transmission started slipping and the driver window will not roll up or down. They range from me a rental car after for 2 days. They kept my car for 3 days and said my car was ready I went to pick my car up check everything went to roll the window down was not fixed they told me that they could not fix it then because my rental car at expired. As results window is fixed but my transmission is still not fixed and the air conditioner is going out they told me they can't fix my car because it would be there for longer than a month
Dec. 27, 2020, While driving my 2016 Nissan Altima, it caught fire
Dec. 27, 2020, While driving my 2016 Nissan Altima, it caught fire. I was told after the investigation that the oil cap was loose and eventually came off and fell into the engine which caused the fire. Nissan Dealership worked on my car prior and every time I had an issue or re call on my car. the dealership informed me that nothing could be done. Come to find out they let me lease a vehicle with only liability insurance and the fire damage was not covered. While my vehicle was stored at the dealership, the driver rear view mirror was broken, another mirror a different color was handed to me and I was told "If" you get the car fixed we will fix the mirror and paint it the color of you car. After speaking to a Service Advisor I was told that this could have happened to anyone, but because I didn't have full coverage or a warranty the car was pretty much totaled. I want the car paid off and not put on my credit report. or an even trade in for the vehicle.

Unprofessionalism and deceit on behalf of the United Nissan sales team and GM (general manager). The purchase date occurred on 2/29. The purchase occurred between the sales person Troy *** and *** (my husband) for a 2017 ***, used, with a value of approximately $24,000. The terms that were outline to complete the purchase of the vehicle were $4000 down. At the time of purchase, my husband was the only person present at the dealership as I am a travel nurse. The $4000 was collected in two payments $2700 was collected and with proof of insurance my husband was allowed to drive off of the lot with the vehicle. My husband signed the sales documentation and required DMV forms independently. The issue began because I told the sales representative Kevin and Troy that I am in a chapter 13 Bankruptcy which is noted clearly on my credit report and signing the dealership paper as well. Prior to my husband completing the deal, I asked clearly to Kevin and Troy when would the documentation need to be completed because I am a travel nurse on assignment in ***. I offered multiple attempts to fly to Las Vegas with one day off on a Thursday and Saturday. I had been told mulitple times by Kevin that he would let me know when I would need to come because of the time sensitivity of the documentation. Kevin was additionally informed that it would take a week or more to receive an approval by the bankruptcy court. Even with all this unclarity, I paid the remaining $1300 dollars to complete the $4000 down payment and asked if the deal will be interrupted and can be completed when I fly in March 12, I was told there were no issues with the deal thus far per Kevin. I offered to pay for overnight mailing of the documents to a nearby Nissan Dealer and offered by Kevin/Troy to have a person from the dealer drive the documents to me but later told this was not feasible. Prior to flying in March 12, arrangements had been made to come to the dealership and meet with Josh (sales manager) to complete the documents after business hours. Due to unforseen weather conditions and delayed flights, I kept Kevin and Troy up to date and as soon as I made it into Las Vegas, NV around 10pm Kevin said he would provide the phone number to Josh and did not. Troy stated he would not be available after hours and would not answer his phone to simply provide me the number of Josh to complete the documents knowing I would only be in town for the night. Between March 13th to March 16th, my husband and I spoke to Josh, Kevin, and Troy because now the GM was present and noted the errors of the deal. All of sudden they were calling my husband stating that I was not cooperating and did not want to complete the deal creating a rift in my marriage. Then we were told that the vehicle needed to be returned and we lose the $4000. I spoke to Josh directly to address the lies and misrepresentation of his sales team hoping to get this rectified which did not happen. The next we are getting threats that the car will be reported stolen because we are driving the car illegally followed by a call from a special agent to retrieve the vehicle. Again, we made every attempt to close the sale. We were told that my husband could complete the deal independently without me and the contract would need to be resigned if we paid an additional $2000 the same day which was extended out to Friday March 20,2020 and paperwork could be completed later. The day of, the amount changed to an additional $4000 for a total of $8000 down payment. All this information was communicated to the special agent which delayed the pick up of the vehicle in trying to correct the deal. I attempted to speak directly to the GM x3 and left a voicemail to which I have yet received a call back. It is apparent that this deal was not completed correctly. The deal says "or" not "and". Leading to undue stress on my family & loss of $4000 that cannot be given back because of a sales team full of unprofessionalism & deceit. Promising unapproved actions and behaviors.
Can't get information on how to get my gap refund
Can't get information on how to get my gap refund. I purchased a car from this dealership in 2017. I've since moved to Washington. In September I bought a car and traded in my car, I was told I would get a gap insurance refund. After several weeks of finally getting a hold of someone, as no one seems to answer the phone except the receptionist, I spoke with Anthony B. He told me of the required documents he needed. I emailed him the information, he emailed back that he had received it and would start the process. A few days later I emailed him again, I asked if I could get contact info on where my gap refund was coming from to find out the status of it. He emailed me back and said he would get back to me, he didn't want to give me wrong information. This was 2 weeks or so ago. I have emailed him several times, and left a voicemail mail, no response. I even emailed the owner of the dealership and got no response. I just want information on my gap refund, is that too much to ask for. Terrible customer service.

I went in to co-sign for a vehicle
I went in to co-sign for a vehicle . . Co-sign only. they pushed the paperwork through with only my name on the loan. loan was over 52,000 dollars. about 4 months ago ,I went in to co-sign for a 2020 pathfinder. my son was denied and he was going to trade in his 2020 hyundai for a bigger vehicle .they took his vehicle and gave it back a week later. He told me he needed a co-signer. i told him i would co-sign for him. I had an appointment with Sally. She said she would have all the paperwork ready for me to sign. Because i was going in on my lunch break. I signed the papers and left. I made it very clear that i was co-signing only. they pushed the paperwork through their finance department with only my name on the loan. I just found out because they were late on a payment and the bank called me . This is fraud i did not give them permission to do that .. Please help me. How can they get away with doing that. Fraud like this happens when u pay people commission. they will do anything just to get that commission check .

We were treated poorly and very inconsistent
We were treated poorly and very inconsistent. They tried to rip us off and they made our car a lot worse than when we brought it in We brought in our car for service at United Nissan. We originally brought it in for battery replacement and for them to check if we have a CVT transmission issue and the car was safe to drive and we were able to drive it to the dealership. They were not consistent on the pricing and diagnosis. They changed their diagnosis a couple times and also the pricing. It kept on going up and it was very weird. We decided to pick up our car to find out that it was not safe to drive anymore and it was barely working after they changed the battery. We told them we did not bring our car like that and they did something to the car. They diagnosed the car again and it was a different diagnosis again and higher price. We decided to get a second opinion and we got it towed to a different place. Our service advisor from the other service place told us that our car was tampered and someone purposely cut the subharness of our car.

I have called this store several times and have left voicemails with service and the used sales manager
I have called this store several times and have left voicemails with service and the used sales manager. I also sent in the survey requesting that someone give me a call in regards to a vehicle I purchased in November. I purchased the vehicle in November and have had so many issues on top of taking the vehicle back for repairs in November and I'm still having the same issues. I first spoke with Chris Padia, the finance manager, in regards to the issues I was having with the vehicle because the finance company was asking more money and I explained to him that I did not want to give more money or keep the vehicle if it was going to be problematic. Chris asked me to bring the vehicle in for repairs and he promised that I would not have anymore issues. When I brought the vehicle in, Chris made me aware that the finance company was going to be contacting me and for me not to let them know that I was having issues or they would not fund the loan. I did so and now I'm having more problems than one. I recently spoke with my salesman and explained to him that I was still having issues and was told that his manager was going to be contacting me and I have yet to hear from anyone.

United nissan made 20 loan inquiries which damaged my credit score trying to get me approved for a brand new vehicle
United nissan made 20 loan inquiries which damaged my credit score trying to get me approved for a brand new vehicle. On 7/23, I entered into United Nissan with a pre approved auto loan from my credit union for 10,000.00. Salesman Roberto J explained to me that all their vehicles would exceed my 10,000.00 loan. Roberto said that he would be able to get me financed for a USED vehicle through one of their financial institutions. When Roberto returned from speaking to his credit manager, he said that they were going to get me financed for a 2020 vehicle. I filled out the credit app and when they came back, they said that my credit with *** was 521 but they would still be able to get me financed. They put us into a 2020 kick, as we were leaving, I asked who picked up my finance and I was told not to worry we will be approved. 7 days later they called me and wanted a co signer and i refused. I returned the vehicle and when I checked my 3 credit scores, Nissan inquired with 20 institutions which affected my credit badly. How can they give us a brand new car without prior approval, then send my app to 20 finance companies who denied my application and now I have to wait 2 years before it clears. After 2 or 3 denials, they should have stopped but they kept going. I am not able to dispute the inquiries and it will reflect on my credit for 2 years.

Unethical and untruthful they bully you into a car
Unethical and untruthful they bully you into a car. Awful! Gave us a 2020 kicks saying it was cheaper than the rogue but online the rogue was on special. So we signed papers, and walked out with this kicks. I told them we have three kids, the sales manager said i have 4 and they fit. Well guess what my kids fit snugly and my daughter cannot use her booster which would be a safety issue. The payment is ridiculous for a kicks. We traded a car and they still kept insisting on $500 on top, they are so worried about making money.nIt had not even been 24hrs we returned it. They would not take it back. They said a bank approved it. I asked for proof, he showed me on the computer three banks approved it. I asked what bank, he told me. So I called the bank and they said no, it even got transferred to verification department. I put it on speaker and the fiance guy Kevin didn't even know what to say. They would not let me talk to the GSM, they kept putting us off. They want us to come back tomorrow. Of course they want us to come back tomorrow, they want to buy time to try and push it. They are shady, unethical, and I would think twice. Pretty sure you can get a better payment and car somewhere else. Look before purchasing, learned lesson. I just want this returned and my Cadillac back! They are so manipulative they know they are doing wrong. They can take this car back, yet they don't care and that's the problem.

I am the daughter of my elderly parents who are in their 80s and writing on their behalf because they have no one to turn to except me
I am the daughter of my elderly parents who are in their 80s and writing on their behalf because they have no one to turn to except me. They are not teksavvy but are present with me as I am writing this complaint on the Complaintsboard.com website. My parents purchased a 2021 Nissan Sentra on December 13. They were at United Nissan to check on their gap insurance because they were previously in a car accident a month prior with their 2019 Nissan Kicks that was later declared totally damaged. One of the car salesperson who I rather than mentioned, approached my dad about buying a new car. My dad said that every time he arrived to check his gap insurance at United Nissan, the same car salesperson used the same tactics on him, "I can sell you a new car." Until one day the car salesperson literally tapped on my dad's car window and asked my dad again, "I can sell you a new car." My dad responded, "I just purchased a 2018 Nissan Sentra from Enterprise and I still have to take care of my gap insurance. The car salesperson said that he will gladly take care of the gap insurance for my dad and also use the 2018 Nissan car for a trade-in. The salesperson made all these promises to my dad until my dad signed the contract. My dad paid $2,000 down payment with a trade-in that never took place. Finally, my dad realized something was not right. The salesperson was driving back my dad's 2018 Nissan Sentra back to my parents' residential place. My dad asked him, "I thought you were going to use the 2018 Nissan Sentra as a trade-in. Why are you driving it back to my place? I cannot afford two cars!" The salesperson replied to my dad that it was not a big deal and that he needs to take his 2018 Nissan Sentra back to Enterprise. My dad was upset and talked to GSM but it fell on deaf ears. He felt he was lied to about false promises made by United Nissan. This is purely misrepresentation on behalf of United Nissan. My dad wants to returns the 2021 Nissan car and get his $2,000 back.

On February 26th 2022 I went in to trade in my car with United Nissan they declined the trade in because they said the cars damages costed more than the cars worth they showed me a cheap car before they checked my credit they checked my credit then showed me a 2022 Nissan Sentra after that we signed paperwork and on the documents it said the loan was for $10000 the same night the salesman asked me to come to his house I went there and we did things. The next following day he was asking me for a bill in my name which he should've asked for before hand I gave him a lease agreement a couple days later I got a call saying I need to come in to speak with the finance guy I went in and he asked me do I have $3000 to $4000 more to put down for a down payment or a co-signer we already signed off on paperwork to agree the down payment was $1000. I got a co-signer on March 8th we left thinking everything was was settled on March 10th they called the co-signer at 2:49 pm saying we were approved and needed to come in the next day at 3:30 pm on the same day I got a missed call I called the number back and it was someone from United Nissan saying we talked about a different car I never spoke with anyone about a different car I thought it was suspicious so I called the dealership around 5:30pm and they said I need to come in in about 45 minutes I got there about 6:15 pm the told me the co-signer wasn't strong enough but they never ran the co-signers credit on March 8th 2022 on March 10th 2022 they tried to give me a different car which I denied. Paperwork was sent in to the co-signer saying there was a credit inquiry on March 10th 2022. There was also a credit inquiry for March 11th which was without consent. The finance manager told me the loan was for $28000 on my paper the loan said $10000 on march 18th I got an email from my bank saying a transaction was declined because my card was locked United Nissan is the only place that has my card information.have not tried to resolve

Took car in due to having transmission issues, been at the facility for almost two weeks, keep staying will be ready and no work has been done
Took car in due to having transmission issues, been at the facility for almost two weeks, keep staying will be ready and no work has been done. My wife and myself we took a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder SL to United Nissan on 9/12 since having accelerations problems, Spoke to service representative Abraham, stated will call us back on 9/14 to let us know in regards to issue and if warranty will be able to covered if does vehicle should be ready by 9/17, or 9/18 the lastest. Received text message from representative on 9/16 asking if we went to picked up some stuffs from SUV since they couldnt find the vehicle key, we informed him we havent been there since vehicle dropped. The next day we received another text message from same service representative stating key got lost and they're going to make a new one and to expect car to be ready by 9/18 for sure, not sure exactly what day this week but a request by my spuse was made to add a tow finished piece, prices were given and arrangement was made to have this added as well by 9/18. My spouse sent a text asking Abraham on 9/18 after noon to find out pick up time, we ended up finding out they still haven work on our vehicle since technician had to work on a different vehicle that week. to expect car to be ready on 9/21, 9/22 the lastest, which is today. We just received another text message from service representative Abrahsam this morning 9/22, stating vehicle key still hasnt been received to expect car to be ready by tomorrow 9/23. I've been trying to call United NIssan and speak to a service supervisor in regards to my issue but they keep transferring my call to the cashier from service but no answer. I do understand this facility, United Nissan, has a lot of business and I have multiple businesses here, but I dont think its right that first: they keep giving inaccurate information in regards to my vehicle being completed, second: somebody not being my spouse or myself went into my SUV, to grabbed not sure why since I havent been there since 9/12, when vehicle dropped off, and my key or other belongings were stolen, and third not being able to speak to a supervirsor. I wanted my concern to be handled in store level but due to the fact I havent been able to get in contact with a supervisor, I didnt have another choice. Once again I do appreciate all business by United Nissan, I've purchased two vehicles at this facility and never had any issues before till now. I just want to be spoken with the true and if you need more time than expected due to having issues with vehicle I understant. I just dont like to be lie to, and having my key lost (or stolen) at this moment, I am not sure what happened to it. Please contact me asap, I depend on this vehicle for transportation needs. I've the text messages and call log if needed to proof the previous situation listed, thank you for you time in advance.
