There is no receptionist to take the dropped sample. If you just drop your samples, you make you come back and do the passport work again. Also, their procedures are lacking. They once lost my insurance information associated with my blood work and asked me to pay again. If my doctor did not ask me to do blood work at that particular location, I will never come back again.
On July 24th I had appointment for a blood draw and waited almost three hours. Employee gave me wrong fax number to receive the prescription. This is pretty standard with a blood draw - if you have small veins or are dehydrated, it is more difficult for the tech to draw blood. The deeper they go, the more you'll bruise.
