Quick Quack Car Wash review: Employee, and, verbal abuse, and taking money not getting what I paid for

I go to the desert hot springs ca location and I have went there for few years and a lot of the workers are great manager to. But they have this young boy name Daniel that is so rude my car isn't the prettiest of cars due to financial difficulties but I still like to keep it clean. well being in my car with a guy friend of mine. first it started off he was really rude and he started talking about my car loud I got so embarrassed it ruined the rest of my nite and he even gave me the wrong wash he gave me lowest one instead of the one I paid for but I didn't even say nothing because I already wanted to cry so I just accepted it. So not only was my money stolen because I didn't get what I paid for he also judged talked down on me not knowing I have 4 kids and can't afford a nicer car but he laughed with some other lil young girl there I didn't get her name. But I know a lot of people in DHS and I have a lawyer so if something isn't done about this then I will call my lawyer about the time that your car wash slipped with the wheel and another car end up hitting my car and I let that go just because I like a lot of your workers but him and some other little girl that was very upsetting and I'm not going to just let that one go I'll let somebody hit my car go but to treat a person like that is really cruel. I could just imagine what they've done to other people
