I opened up an account with Quick Quack and they charged my credit card $75.99 for one month and one car membership. I emailed them on 8/10 and they responded I have 3 card on my membership which was an error due to them entering wrong license plates to my account. I asked for a refund and wanted to cancel the membership. I was told they would give me credits as they don’t offer refunds. Today I went to get a car wash to find they have deleted me as a customer. So they are not honoring their commitment. I am tired of Plato no this jack and forth game with them and would like a refund back to my credit card and no longer want anything to deal with this company. I have been more patient than I should have been. I have copied the last email below. I also have more emails and phone conversations between this company I can share if needed.
