I did not receive any emails regarding the shut down of *** I would like my balance cashed out to me
I did not receive any emails regarding the shut down of *** I would like my balance cashed out to me. I thought something was wrong with my *** app so I deleted it and tried to re-install it. That's when I was notified that the *** app was shut down. I checked my email and there were none regarding the shutdown. All of them were in SPAM. This is strange because none of my other savingstar emails were in SPAM. I would like my balance from saving star sent to me. My username was *** This could have been avoided if texts were also sent.

Coupons.com will not pay me the rebate for the money I am due by using the Coupons.com app (I believe it is approximately $5.00 or $6.00)
Coupons.com will not pay me the rebate for the money I am due by using the Coupons.com app (I believe it is approximately $5.00 or $6.00). I used the Coupons.com app for several offers, purchase date 11/5. They say the money will show up in the app the next day, but that still hasn't happened. They say they'll pay to your PayPal but that hasn't happened. They keep giving the runaround, refuse to provide a phone number to speak to someone, and have been extremely unhelpful. Their phone number goes straight to voicemail. A very dishonest company. Please help me get the $5.00 or $6.00 credited to my PayPal account. I'd also like an apology and a phone number to contact in case there are any other issues.

Customer service and guarantee issues Hello, I reached out to this company in *** before they shut down the SavingStar app and was told via email that I would receive my account balance of over *** via PayPal and it is now *** and I have not received my account balance. I am filing a complaint and requesting that my account balance be refunded to my PayPal account immediately and they can close my account as well.
I downloaded their app
I downloaded their app., (***) for cashback. It automatically sends your cashback directly into your bank account or Paypal. After I downloaded their app., you get to select the items that you are going to buy. You submit a receipt and it gets reviewed. I submitted my receipt and I received an email conformation saying it was received successfully. Shortly thereafter, I received an email saying that there was an error and that I needed to resubmit it. When I resubmitted, the items I purchased were removed from my list so I couldn't resubmit. You can't resubmit if your items are no longer on the list. I've send several emails regarding this matter, the last one 12/29. If there was an issue with my receipt how come they knew what I purchased and removed them? The items were removed so they wouldn't give me credit.

Coupons.com is not honoring the earned rebates from Savingstar (a company they acquired in October ) My wife and I both had a Savingstar grocery rebate app with earned funds. Coupons.com notified us they acquired Savingstar and were going to cancel the service. We were given only 1 month to liquidate the funds, which was not enough time and not enough communication to do this prior to the service being cancelled. I'm asking for coupons.com to honor the earned funds for both accounts mine under ***@gmail.com and my wife's ***@yahoo.com. Unfortunately, the savingstar site is completely offline, so it is impossible to see our last balance, but I believe collectively it was over $30.

Did not receive my refund balance owing
Did not receive my refund balance owing. I was notified that the saving star was closing and that coupons.com would take over. I took all the necessary steps to make sure I would get my $8.00 refund balance owing to me. I contacted the company several times to make sure I had done everything. They assured me that yes all steps were done and I would receive my 8.00 in paypal by 12/31. At the beginning of 2021 I contacted coupons.com and asked why I had not received my money. They said because I didn't clip coupons. I was never told this but I always clip coupons on their site. I have reached out several more times trying to get a manager or contact # to talk to someone about this and no response. This company is terrible to work with and I think it is unfair that they do not refund my 8.00 since I did everything they told me to.

I have written this company at least 4 times with no response from them about getting paid
I have written this company at least 4 times with no response from them about getting paid. Ii have been using this app now for a little bit and absolutely love it. But recently I have been having issues with getting paid for credits I have received. I havnt been paid out since mid November. I have written this company numerous times through their site under help file a claim with no response back. I keep submitting receipts for offers which keep getting approved but then nothing on the payout. Like I stated I love using their app as it helps my family save and it's good for the environment since there is no physical coupons being used so no waiste is produced. But this issue does need to be addressed or I'm going to have to go back to clipping again. The pictures are of last time I was paid and other one is offers still waiting to be paid for. Thanks in advance

Have not received PayPal payments I was told I would receive a week ago
Have not received PayPal payments I was told I would receive a week ago. No response from the company after they sent original email. I submitted Oral-B and Crest offers to my coupons.com app 11/08. The app clearly states "After you submit a receipt it should appear here in 15 minutes". When the redemtion did not appear after 24 hours, I contacted coupins.com through the app. On 11/10 I received the following response from the company: "We checked our records and see that we have successfully received your submission made on 11/08 for Oral-B and Crest offers and were approved on 11/09. You will receive your approved cash back within one week to your linked PayPal account. In order to receive your approved cash back credited successfully to your PayPal account, please ensure your mobile phone number is verified on Coupons.com app and your PayPal account is linked and able to receive payments." Coupons.com (via Safeway) falsely accusing me of adding a rebate after purchase and refusing to pay the rebate
Coupons.com (via Safeway) falsely accusing me of adding a rebate after purchase and refusing to pay the rebate. Here are details about the situation: - I was offered a Safeway Just4U rebate offer for $11 back on a 24pk of Elysian beer. These rebates are backed by Coupons.com. - I added the offer in the app while I was in the store, right as I was putting the item in my cart - The item was a 24pk of Elysian beer bottles - After completing the rest of my shopping, I checked out, used my club card number, and then went home - Days went by but I didn't get the rebate PayPal email - I've used one of these rebates before, so I know it works - I emailed customer service and explained the situation - Over several emails they accused me of adding the offer after purchase and refused to honor the rebate I am positive that I added the offer before checking out at least 20 minutes earlier. The customer service folks say that the transaction was at 9:29am and that the offer was added in the app at 10:02am. But this is not accurate. I suspect there could be a timezone issue or DST issue and that the offer was actually added at 9:02am. The club card phone number is XXX-XXX-XXXX and the associated email address is ***. The rebate offer screenshot from the app is attached.

This company has owed me **** for months
This company has owed me *** for months. I did correctly, screenshots, submitted multiple emails for help. They have not resolved the issue. I have customer support submissions that are *** emails long. One since Dec, one since *** I sent every screenshot I had, I did everything correctly for payouts and receipts, everything. They emailed back and forth so long offers expire and then they ask for more screenshots of the offers. I submitted everything they asked. What else am I supposed to send? Every 5 or so messages, I get the first generic response again - they are not even reading what I have submitted. They don't even take the time, they just send the same original response. How else am I supposed to prove that I did everything correctly? I send everything and they just ignore it. They did not plan for the SavingStar transition, and burned so many (previously) loyal customers. Everything since the transition has been a mess. While I want the money that is owed to me, moreso I want this company to make good on its promise to all the customers involved. There should have been a contingency plan for this transition and instead they stole money from their users and continue to ignore them. It's awful. They did this during a pandemic where every penny counts. Zero corporate social responsibility. And during all of this, they continue to market themselves and try to attract new users.

Quotient owns *** which they recently closed. I was not notified of the closure and was not able to cash out my account of more than *** I have been a multi-year user of *** owned by *** and have over *** in my account. I tried to check my account on December 1, after my grocery shopping, and instead, was shown a note that *** had shut down 1 day prior, November 30th. I reached out via email to see how I could cash out my account, and was emailed that I could not, as they had already shut down and that users would have been emailed about this. However, I did not received a single email about *** closing. I checked every folder- my inbox, trash, spam and junk folders for any email concerning my account, including specifically from *** which is who the customer service rep said the email would have come from. The last email that was sent to me from SavingStar was on October 25th letting me know savings were added to my account. This was just a week before they announced their closer. It also does not seem like good business practice to give customers only a month or less to request a payout of the money they have earned, even those who may have been notified via email. I would not have ignored or put off any messages about *** closing, as I had more than *** in that account. I have tried to handle this directly with Customer Service, but only receive an automated response that they have sent emails "between Oct 30th and Nov 30th" but are unable to provide me with a date(s) that I was sent one, or proof that I was notified. I have also called Customer Service and left a message which to date, has not been returned. Due to the fact that I was *notnotified about the closing, and I reached out to CS less than 24 hours after the closing, it is only fair they let me know what I need to do to recover my funds I had earned in SavingStar.
