I am a resident at *** apartments on maryland Ave in Phoenix, AZ
I am a resident at *** apartments on maryland Ave in Phoenix, AZ. I have documentation that I live here and the proper displayed documentation in my car. This company towed my car and did not report it to the police. I called the police first thing in the morning and they started a claim for a stolen car. I then called around phoenix and discovered my car is in the R&M lot. They said I owe them $450. I believe it was wrong for my car to be towed. The car had no damage, no flat tires etc.

My truck was towed from a friend's complex, It was only there for maybe 3 hours
My truck was towed from a friend's complex, It was only there for maybe 3 hours. It was never tagged when I called they gave me three different excuses why they towed it. Then I went to pick it up and they said I had to pay 250.00 before they would release it so I went to the main office in phoenix the next day to talk to someone about payments. I had three ladies and two guys come out and started yelling at me saying they would not release my truck unless I pay the 250.00 or sign a payment arrangement I signed the paper and still had to wait till the next day to get my truck. I made a payment of 75.00 and they want more money within 10 days. I live off of disability and can't afford to pay for something that should have never happened. Since I got my truck back it hasn't ran I don't know what happened but my truck ran fine before they towed it, I drove it and parked it from where they towed it from. R&M towing is unbelievable I need my truck and now it's broke down and I don't have the money to pay them or fix it. How is this fair there was no reason for them to tow it.

Background: I reside at *** Condos in Glendale AZ. This complex has very strict rules about cars and parking on property. They handle all car parking issues through R&M Towing. A person from this company comes every morning and checks if the vehicles are complying. If not they are given a waring or most often towed. The Incident: I received a warning sticker on my car stating that the car registration was overdue, that the vehicle was not in working condition and that the lease was violated. All of this is false. The car is in working condition, and the registration was renewed. We are waiting for the sticker to come via mail. Therefore, not violating any contract rules. The problem: R&M Towing should have not even written a warning because they should have taken the time to do a simple and quick online check to see that my car registration is valid. Furthermore, even if it were not valid on sticker (expired April ) in AZ Governor *** extended all vehicles registrations for 6 months. Therefore making my vehicles registration valid until October . What we did to solve the issue: We called the company and attempted to explain their error and how they are not performing their job correctly. We tried to let them know that are car is registered and that they should take note of this so that there would be no further invalid warnings. Their response was dismissive. They just kept repeating: "The property owner is responsible for the rules that are given to us." They told us to speak to the property management. We spoke to property management and they said they are not responsible and to handle it with them. In all, as residents of *** we have always complied with all contrat rules (including car parking rules). R&M Towing did not even give us an opportunity to let us proof to them that are car is registered. We are highly concerned that we will receive another warning or that the car will be towed for the reasons stated above.
R&M Towing company has terrible service
R&M Towing company has terrible service. I have seen this towing company illegally tow individuals cars for no reason including mines. They lied and said that I had 48 hours to remove a car from an apartment complex and claimed that they put a warning sticker on the vehicle but yet there was never such. They put one after the car was towed and on there property. There is a Arizona law that states that towing companies can no longer just allow cash payments yet they do. I have had to deal with this company twice and both times the claimed that there systems was down so they needed cash payments. How long does a companies system stay down. Reading reviews they have been telling people this all year. This towing company is also scamming people out of their money. They tow your car after 11pm at night and the next morning they charge you for two days. That is not even 24 hours. Lastly this towing company has bad customer services. The individuals are very rude and unprofessional. They argue with customers, hang up and you when you ask them about your property, and they have no compassion for individuals.

I live in a gated community at ***
I live in a gated community at ***. We are being harassed by R & M Towing. They are constantly leaving bright orange stickers on my girlfriends car. First it was because the tags were expired. We promptly renewed her tags and put them on the car. Now we are getting more orange stickers on her car saying that we are violating our lease, which is not true. I have spoken to the office here about that situation and the office said that any resident here can park a car in any spot for any amount of time and the office cannot ask them to move the car. So, for R and M to say that we are violating the lease is false and not true. Also, they say the car is abandoned which is not the case. It is our second car that we do not use very often and her car is registered with the state and the apt complex. They are entering a gated community and harassing my girlfriend with these threats of towing her car. This is ridiculous and I'm sick of it. We are not breaking any rules with her car sitting in that spot. I have checked with the office. If anyone is breaking the rules it is R and M towing. What gives them the right to enter a gated community so they can threaten to tow a perfectly running vehicle? They are just vultures making people's lives miserable in an already miserable time. Especially with this COVID going on. We especially use the car less nowadays because we work from home.
Yes the exact same ting is happening at my gated complex...Park on bell
They are trespassing...,period.
