Biggest scam
On the 03.09.2023 my daughter’s vehicle was stolen from a locked complex
1. Car track didn’t pick up that the vehicle was deactivated.
2. Nobody called to inform us, we had to call and inform them that the vehicle was stolen.
3. The unit was tested, and it was confirmed that it was in good working condition.
According to the agent the car was stollen at about 4.28 am. In less than 5 min the signal was lost, my questions. Last known signal was 5 km from where the vehicle was stollen.
4. Why was this not dedected in tme?
5. Why was there no call from car track to check on the vehicle?
6. Why did we have to notify car track and not the other way around?
7. Last call with updates was late afternoon on the 3.09.2023.
8. No follow up call today, we take it that the vehicle will never be found as car track failed to locate it and has proven to be a dissapointment in all areas.
We are yet to understand that in the 8 years of having this unit, the 1 time you needed to locate and track the vehicle, you failed dismally.
Your service is terrible and we will make sure to let everyone know that you have false advertising, and that nobody should even attempt using your service.

I took a contract with cartrack on the 25th June.. The debit order date I choose was the 5th Monthly starting 5th July.
26th June R49 Prorata was debited.
25th July R199 was debited
23rd August R398 was debited
On the 5th September Debit returned unpaid... I have been getting calls an been helped by 6 Agents asking them why was the 398 debited if it's covering September.
Even now I received a message from my bank... They tried to debit today

Good day,
I am absolutely fed up with the incessant barrage of calls I receive every single day—no less than five times—informing me that my account has supposedly been handed over to attorneys. If my account is truly under the jurisdiction of Nimbel Group, why am I subjected to these daily calls?
I've already reached an arrangement with Nimbel Group, and they do not find it necessary to harass me relentlessly. The frequency of these calls is not only unacceptable but is bordering on harassment. Frankly, this situation has become beyond exasperating.
Let me make it crystal clear that this is, without a doubt, the worst service I have ever encountered in my entire life. The ongoing frustration and annoyance caused by this relentless communication are intolerable.

on the 29 November my car was stolen inside the yard they jump the wall I received the call from them asking everything is okay with the car and just went out and the car was gone the gate was wide open because I was still inline with them I told them there is something wrong the car is not in the yard .

Follow up service, not delivering as per advertised services
I had my trackers installed in 2 vehicles, I had a issue with one vehicle after installation when I tried starting it I had a power loss, thus causing a power dip, for what reason I do not know, but they would do a follow up call now and then not always when after it happens, I phoned them numerous times about this issue, eventually a technician was send to check out the system where he said there was nothing wrong with their set up, nothing was resolved, I took my vehicle to a auto electrician where my battery was disconnected numerous times and reconnected, I did not receive 1 follow up call from car track to find out if everything is still ok.
They were quick to phone me to make arrangements for payment for the call out of technician, but to this very day I am still not receiving phone calls when I disconnnect the battery

I have two cars registered with car track, but whenever I open my app to check locations, it always say No Location and to my surprise I'm l driving with those cars, I not really sure if car track it's legit or what, maybe they not respecting us as client, but we keep on paying every month I mean in this case you can tell how poor their service is, and they not even monitoring their devices in term of signals should the battery goes flat, I am a victim of car track their services for me it's poor so far and they don't know how to resolve matters but they are so quick to debit money, is this a scam or what? Good day I have a issue. I used to have a contract with you. Two vehicles were registered CH07XBGP and LC01GZGP. So around June my motorbike was hijacked. I immediately called to inform you. I was the one calling constantly asking for feedback. However the hijackers managed to take out the small unit. I recovered the the bike myself through the help of the community.
After recovering the bike I called and informed you. I asked for a technician to come and re-install another unit, I waited 30 days for the technician to come with no success on your side. Thats when I decided to rather call another tracking company and cancel my contract with you since now my delivery business was stuck upon waiting for your technician. Now you are charging me a high amount of cancellation fee instead of compensating me.

I put a tracker with car track, and it drained my car battery, in 8months I'm on my 3rd car battery, they refusing to come remove the unit of my car, and from March 2023 till now they still not doing anything, they didn't even pay for the battery there unit damaged.When the technician came he said the tracker unit is damaged my car battery because the unit was damaged, so when I took this further, that technicians boss told him to pay for the battery, but no win uptill now, they keep on covering for there faults, I just want that unit out my car before it cause more damage, because on that night my car didn't start, I was alone and the tow van the tracker people sent didn't know what they were doing, i had to call for help and got my car kick started because of the kick starting, it damaged my pc box, car over heated, and my timing went of, car track is refusing to take accountability for all this damages.. please

I joined cartrack during one of their promotions. The sales person said they were going to deduct monthly for the duration required to purchase the installed device, there after it will be a on a month to month base, I skipped a month after the 24 months and they started sending me messages saying I'm not covered for that month...
