I checked the ComplaintsBoard.com for a skylight-roofing company to find a reputable contractor. I choose Rampart Roofing because of their wonderful 5 star rating and because they have an office on the Westside of town. We worked with 2 excellent representatives of Rampart. John Smith was our Estimator. He knew exactly what we needed and wanted for our home and made kept us informed with progress. Mark Johnson was our Installer. He was very helpful and checked with us to make sure the product he was installing was correct. Mark was very personable and thorough and explained his installation. Both John Smith and Mark were professional and made us feel we had chosen the right company for our job. When we need a roof, Rampart will be the company we call.

We had an urgent need to have a repair of a hole in our roof, and Adam setup a quick appointment. He did such a good job that you can not tell where there previously was a problem. We are very happy with the work that was done. The job site was left perfectly clean, and it was very pleasant to work with Adam.

He arrives on time and responds to communicates promptly. If the actual Roofing process goes as well, I will be completely satisfied.

Replacing a damaged roof after a hailstorm is no fun but Rampart Roofing was nothing but professional, taking the time to explain options, working with my insurance company, and then doing an excellent job from tear off to clean up! I hope to never have to replace a hail damaged roof again but if I do it'll be by Rampart Roofing!

In a professional manner, they repaired all the damage, from chimney caps to window replacements. Excellent job! I had a leak in my roof where the previous roofers had not sealed the flashing on the eave, and when it rained, the water started building up until it finally started leaking through the roof. I got a couple of quotes after reading a lot of reviews of various companies, and Rampart Roofing not only had excellent reviews, but I liked how they said they would fix the issue at a decent price. They also found a couple of other areas where, again, the previous roofers had not sealed over or properly placed flashing, and the wood on my house was rotting away from rainwater. I will use Rampart the next time I need repairs or a new roof!

Adam and Rampart Roofing did a great job for us diagnosing the Cause if a leak in our garage ceiling caused by the deterioration of the roof below our deck above. They came to the house within 48 hours of our call, followed up promptly and clearly concerning options and their recommendation, and had us on the schedule and began the work within a week. They also recommended and coordinated with a deck expert who removed, replaced and updated the deck above. Again, his work was prompt and excellent. Based on our past experience with roofers, we can say Rampart's pricing was reasonable and their approach very professional. We highly recommend them.

The team at Rampart Roofing worked above and beyond to get my roofing project done on a tight timeline. Right before we listed our house for sale, we got hit with a hail storm and had to do a total roof replacement. Rampart got things moving quickly and guaranteed the work would be completed prior to closing. When my insurance company made a clerical error that delayed the payout, the team at Rampart Roofing helped me with creative problem solving to not delay our closing while working with my painful insurance company. I was communicated with at every step along the way, was treated with the utmost respect, and they made a stressful situation so much more manageable. I highly recommend and trust them!

This company is fantastic to work with. Aaron came out to do the estimate, and he listened to everything we wanted to do, came up with different options and presented them all clearly. He knew his stuff, for sure. When the quote arrived, everything we discussed was accurate to our discussion. This was important, because in addition to a roof replacement, we needed to correct some attic ventilation issues and have some gutters/fascia/soffit problems corrected. All the work got done exactly as contracted, and the crew was excellent. Whenever we had need to interact with the office staff, we always got hold of someone right away or got a response back the same day. They do great work, and they clearly respect their customers' time. You will not go wrong with these folks.
