Southern Roofing replaced my roof and chimney flashing in 2018. Shortly after completing the job there was a major leak at the chimney flashing. They finally fixed the leak and replaced dry wall in the house that was wet from the leak. workers trespassing on my property and defecating
Non-English speaking workers upgrading next door neighbors' roof defied no trespassing signs in clear view, came onto my homesite and defecated into a spring in several locations. They left behind feces, diarrhea and wipes. The company made them clean up what they could, but offered no compensation for this disgusting event.
The company president made light of the law breakers saying "When you gotta go, you gotta go!" When asked why the workers ignored the no trespass signs his reply was "They can't read."
Stay away from these filthy defilers.
