Farina did my roof from March to April
Farina did my roof from March to April . I asked them many times to use gutter guards, but they didn't listen. Now my gutters are dented and scratched. They also took down my red cedar shingles and replaced them with cheap white cedar shingles. I paid for the red cedar shingles twice, but they still aren't painted. They damaged my magnolia tree and killed my hydrangea. They didn't clean out the gutters and left nails in them. They lost the dormer trim and didn't replace it. They used toddler blocks on my front dormer and ruined the vinyl trim around my windows. They used bad caulk that didn't dry and cut the hole too big. I feel like they took advantage of me as an older woman. I hope my roof doesn't leak. They should reimburse me for some of the damages.

I hired Farina Roofing to fix a leak in my kitchen roof. Two guys came to my house on 10/2 while my wife, kid, and babysitter were home. They said they needed shingles and would be back in 30 minutes, but they never came back. My wife left to pick up an order at Target and when she came back, she wasn't sure if they had come or not. We got an invoice from the company and paid it, but they didn't provide any proof that the work was done. A few weeks later, we noticed that the ceiling above our stove was worse and we called the company. They said they did the job and would reach out to scheduling, but we haven't heard anything. I've called multiple times and asked to speak to the boss, but no one will contact me. It's been poor customer service and I won't use them again.
