The person on the phone said that they did come as a set of two blades. When I got the package, I was disappointed to find that there was only one blade in it. I called up customer service again and spoke to a guy named Curt. He told me that I had to buy the second blade separately and that they never sold the blades as a pair. I was pretty upset about this, but I decided to return the solo blade to RCPW. They told me that I had to pay a 25% restocking fee and the cost of shipping the item back to them. This ended up being about half the cost of the blade itself! It's really frustrating, but I'm sticking to my principles and I'm going to buy from a different retailer that sells two blades for the same price as RCPW's one. Be careful when you're dealing with this company because they might try to trick you. Make sure you get the name of the person you're talking to!

I tried to order a $300 chainsaw from them, but they canceled my order without even calling me. When I called them to complain, they told me that it was acceptable to cancel orders without notifying customers and that I should just use PayPal instead of my credit card.
Real businesses accept credit cards, not PayPal. Real businesses also don't damage their customers' businesses because they're too afraid to do ecommerce. If RCPW can't handle the risks associated with being an ecommerce company, then they shouldn't have opened an ecommerce storefront in the first place. I would recommend going to Home Depot instead if you need tools. At least they know how to process an order and deliver it on time. RCPW is an incompetent joke and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
