I walked into a lobby already had a reservation, upon entry all I could hear is cursing and all types of fouls language being hurled at who I could only assume was another employee, I walked back out and came back in with phone in hand to document whatever it was going on, upon Re-entry I was met with a desk agent upon asking him his name, he Immediately went to choosing to tell me that he would not be servicing me, I called customer service to seek some way to document this as this was upsetting enough to have my plans for the night being toiled with by an outlandish employee with some extra radical, disrespectful behavior that should not be tolerated by customer let alone, corporate for condoning this with no pertinent supervision onsite to handle something like this
Desired outcome: Employee needs to be fired , this is the second time I came here and had to witness crazy disrespectful behavior from this outlaw
Hotel service
One of the worst stays shuttle never on time. It is filthy not vacuumed or cleaned I found many things such as wrappers, unemptied trash, and makeup left from the previous guest. Toilet paper was not replaced shower not cleaned needs to be shut down doesn't meet standards for running during covid. Awful company its a disgrace and your staff is unprofessional

I stayed jan 11 & 12 2021 i am 63 years old, the was broken in the middle had to sleep sideways, whirlpool didn't work until the 12th at 10 pm, the safe didn't work, tried to call office mini times but no answer night #2, 7 police cars in parking lot, now i no they are there to protect but a lot of bad thing going on, dog feces every where the night attendant on nite 2 said my bed was total unacceptable that he would tell manager so on wednesday morning i talk to the manager she that it was my fault ( was not nice at all ! ) how is a broken bed the customers problem ? a motel is supposed to provide a bed!

Below is an email I sent to your Red Roof location referenced above. This place is a dive. I feel you should know what is happening at your locations. I have stayed at several other Red Roof Inn's and never had this much trouble. I do know things happen but there was a new issue everyday of our stay.
My brother and I came to Kalamazoo to be with family after our Aunt passed away. He booked us a room for two nights through priceline at your Red Roof location. When we got there to check in the person at the desk asked for his credit card which he thought was for verification. But later found out they charged him for the room again. We were checked into room 141. We unloaded our car and then realized that the heater in the room wasn't working. My brother went back to the office and after about 30 minutes they put us in room 145. The next day My brother checked his account and realized that he had been charged by Priceline and Red Roof for the two nights. He went to the office and after a long ordeal was refunded the extra nights. On Friday morning we decided to stay till Sunday. Due to the condition of the hotel and the problems we had already had, we contemplated moving to another hotel but really didn't want to pack up, load and unload the car so decided to stay at your hotel for the additional nights. I went to the office and paid for the additional nights. When we got back to the room at 11:45 pm Friday the beds were not made; all the sheets, pillows and blankets were piled in the middle of one bed. I always bring my own pillow when I travel and they had taken the pillow case from it as well as the other sheets and pillows. We called the desk and she came down with clean sheets. I had to help her make the beds and she was unable to locate my pillow case. My brother contacted the office the next day and they said they had no record of me paying for additional nights and that is why the bed wasn't made or the room cleaned.. He had to leave a family gathering to come back to the hotel with the payment receipt to prove we paid for the room. The person he was dealing with finally realized my payment had been posted to another room. At this point we thought everything was cleared up. That night when we returned to the room at 10::30 pm the room had not been cleaned and my pillowcase was still missing. The treatment we received and the condition of the hotel is totally unacceptable. The bedspreads were stained our trash was never emptied, the toilet stool ran all the time, the heater in the first room didn't work, there was a car sitting out in front of the building with the snow piled up on it the whole time we were there and the trunk was tied half shut.. We should have just asked for our money back after the room with the heater not working it was late and we had been driving all day. We really didn't think there would be a new problem each day. I do feel we deserve some kind of compensation for all the issues we encountered as well as for my pillowcase. It was part of a sheet set and I now I won't be able to have matching pillowcases. I have traveled a lot and never ever have I had this many problems with a hotel. Something needs to be done about this as soon as possible. Hi my name is Morgan Jones and I am at the Red Roof in Swatara PA and I had a bad encounter with a worker last night Jan 19 2021 she charged my card 376.00 and it was supposed to been for 324.00 I think just for six nights and now I have a pending balance on my card for the difference that I am not getting for another 20 days and I am currently broke 4 months pregnant and have no way of getting money and or food until next week and the hotel can't help me at all and it's very bad customer service and I want it to get fixed ASAP. Checked in, room wasn't ready so, they say I'm being "upgraded"... From what, a roach motel to a fly strip? The dresser drawers wouldn't close all the way and the bottom drawer wasn't opening, no matter how hard I pulled. I asked to be moved to another room. Now, I'm officially a hassle because I didn't want to wait 20 more or so minutes. HELLO! I've already paid for six days. Since I want to be a hassle, my room doesn't include a microwave. Even though I took a snapshot of the amenities of what was "supposed" to be included in my room, according to the soooo nice front desk clerk, I didn't book that room. This, in the first hour I was here... If these people worked for me, they'd be unemployed. Hospitality isn't much of a thought here, at Red Roof, a "hospitality" industry... Disgusted isn't even a good enough adjective, to describe this place...
Unethical behavior by staff (credit/debit card fraud), dirty facility, false advertisement on prices
Red roof/hometowne studios, dallas - irving; illegal drug activity, prostitution, dirty grounds, no hot water/no water at all - guests had to call city code compliance office, false advertisement on prices; room advertised as $52.29 nightly for double (queen), but charged $56.69 on credit card... Guest relations office says they don't know why... Short of staff - why don't they hire someone to clean grounds (grounds so dirty, such as with garbage, that city inspector had to come out) plus the lack of hot water for about 10+ days and water off frequently, also in violation of city code... Rude, unprofessional staff, - banging on door asking for rent that has already been paid, screamed at and otherwise verbally and emotionally abused by staff... Staff legal? Don't even peak english, then gets abusive in spanish... Dangerous

We recently stayed at Red Roof Inn, Willis Texas. The room was ok, however; commode did not work properly. The breakfast was less than desirable.
