Hi i am using RED BUS for a longer period, Now i am facing issue with ticket booking, On booking bus ticket on 12.10.2024 amount debited from my account RS 733 + RS 733 total = RS 1466 , but ticket did not process booking and refund not yet provided.

No Refund on cancellation
I booked 4 tickets via RedBus today (25.8.24). I had booked for the wrong dates and cancelled immediately yet only got 75% refund even though the cancellation policy claimed a full refund would be given if cancelled before 6 hours from departure (which was the case). On 26/05/2024 I have booked 3 bus ticket to travel from Kolkata to Siliguri vide Ticket NoTT6S8881 .My Journey date was 27/05/2024 at around 5.50PM and my reporting time was 5.30.that day kolkata was under water for cycle Remal. somehow I mange to reach Bus terminus and awaited for the bus with my family along with my 3 year old son. I called WBTC(CTC) Kolkata phone number but it was switch off and i awaited till 6 but there was no Bus.at around 6.15 PM I got a phone call from bus,(phone number [protected]) that they left Esplanede bust stand and ask me to reach Sealdah to take Bus. It was a very pathetic and surprising situation for me. How can I manage to reached Sealdah with lugged and my 3 year old son. Opal checking people
I got on the bus at Bay Village to go to Tuggerah, I understand that they have to check our opal cards, however I don’t understand why I was the only one who was asked to show my pension card. Not only did the guy abuse me. He also said that he didn’t care that I had everything stolen on m. I feel like I was discriminated against for being young. I don’t mind being asked to show my pension card but I do mind when I am the only one asked.

An intimation from booking.Com has been received stating that the ticket was cancelled and refund was processed. However, the bus from said operator is available for booking on the same time and day. Then, how it is possible to cancel the ticket.
We have relied on the booking platform. If the same was cancelled, now the days are short and need to pay higher amount for another booking.
This is a clear case of injustice, we need a proper response.
Desired outcome: No need for refund, need a substitute ticket from the same operator on the same time, as the booking for same operator for same time is currently available in the booking.com
Red rail - I cancelled 1 ticket in a group of 6 tickets. in Redrail shows 4 tickets, irctc shows 5 tickets
PNR: [protected] - I booked 6 tickets through RedRail. this is for travel from Guwahati to Naharlagun- train num 15817 on 25/Oct/2023.
By mistake I added same name for 2 passengers, then I cancelled 1 ticket (in name of Eeshanvi Masina). Now, in Redbus, it shows 4 tickets are booked and it has cancelled both tickets for Eeshanvi Masina. When I crosscheck this in IRCTC, it shows 5 tickets.
Why is there a mismatch between Redrail and irctc?
I have attached screenshots from irctc and redrail both for your reference.
Seeing Redrail has cancelled 3 tickets, I had to book new ticket for Eeshanvi Masina again - which is a loss for me to bear the cancellation charges and the extra ticket charges.
Plz help resolve the issue.

I have book in advance return tickets for Singapore to Kuala Lumpur total number of 2pax with paid around 130SGD. Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to proceed my trip on 28th to 30th July 2023 as booked schedule due to some sensitive reason. That selected to cancel and following to request refund with indicated the reason booking schedule was wrong.
So above that I have received a notification email from red bus that refundable request was unsuccessful and not providing refund. Upon reply from Red-bus I am very disappointed and further to delete the app immediately and avoid to any further booking Red-bus. It's not only within me my boundary to not further using Red-bus service. My intend to expose in network about the red-bus service how thief that customer money.
Even my cancellation has been done more than 10days in advance. Nothing to use that red bus showing refundable ticket when our initial booking in process.
Understand if red bus has policy with T &C, at least red bus has to consider 80% to refund if the customer not made in last minute cancellation the ticket. Instead of thief full money even the cancellation has been done in the more than sufficient time scale.
Desired outcome: Hope you refund at least 80% instead of red bus ate fully customer money.

This is to notify that as being in the Guest service industry I have faced a vulgar issue for the First time in my life as it was a nightmare for me .
Yesterday one of my staff booked Bus tickets for me and my other staff while returning back from Mandarmani to Esplanade Kolkata . We checked in the tracker as the bus number was showing, ending with #4026 of Chowdhury Travels of "Snemita Paribahan '' .
The bus came and we tried to board as the Driver and the conductor were so rude as they said that the booking was for another bus not for this bus as the seat no #7#18 was not available .
I showed them the Live Tracker as well as the tickets and said that this is the bus whose no is showing kindly allow us as we need to go back as due to some urgent assignments of HO.
They just denied and told us to get down from the bus ...
Since yesterday we are looking for a solution as we are unable to fitch as the customer care is given a deadline of 48 Hours timing .
First of all we have faced that vulgar issue now we have to wait for the resolution .
This is not a proper way to resolve the issue on a platform like " Red Bus".
All the time we have booked through this online portal only to make a smooth service but something different happened .
The Details are already attached .
We need a complete refund of the entire ticket amount .
Kindly stop this kind of service as it will make your value go down . As we are hoteliers we always look for customer satisfaction , but we are facing this unnecessary harassment.
Please resolve this issue ASAP.
