As a loyal redBus customer, I am deeply disappointed with the recent experience I've had.
For Ex. Despite placing an order and making the payment, I have yet to receive the delivery of my product. This suggests a significant issue within your supply chain, potentially involving fraudulent activities. incase of redbus, there no bus till 2pm at the boarding time and no call.
Currently, redBus has failed to address this matter effectively and has not refunded my money. This is my hard-earned money, and I demand a swift refund. I have all the necessary documentation to support my claim.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the recent bus service I experienced through redBus. I waited at the boarding point from 10:15 PM until 2:00 AM, but the bus never arrived. This left me stuck and helpless for over four hours in an empty area and I am returned to home.
As a loyal redBus customer, I am appalled by the lack of regard for my time and safety demonstrated by this bus operator. I request a full refund for my ticket and urge redBus to take immediate action against this operator to prevent such incidents from recurring.
I have substantial evidence to substantiate my claims. Firstly, I have the Ola cab history confirming that I used their service to return home from the boarding point. Secondly, I booked another bus ticket the following day through a different bus operator on redBus to reach my destination. This proves that I was double-charged for the same journey due to the error in redBus's system. This incident has caused me considerable financial hardship, as the journey was already costly for me. I hope for a prompt resolution to this matter.
