Redfern Enterprises Redfern Enterprises Ltd

Redfern Enterprises Ltd. is amazing! I got 3 pans 5 years ago and they're still going strong. I loved them so much that I bought the same ones for my son for Christmas. The Calgary store was great. We talked a lot and they even gave me a discount for being a repeat customer. I got my order in a week. I'll definitely buy from them again... but only if my pans ever break. LOL! They're still in perfect condition.

Redfern Enterprises I got the IQ Slim from Redfern Enterprises Ltd

I got the IQ Slim from Redfern Enterprises Ltd. It was brand new but it was broken when I opened it. I called the sales guy and he came to replace it in 2 days. But it broke again within the 30 day warranty. I tried calling customer service but nobody answered (during business hours). So I emailed them and it took them a few weeks to reply. They said I have to pay to send it for repair because it's past the 30 day warranty.

Redfern Enterprises This place is a joke

This place is a joke. I bought a slim tred and the bar broke on it. I bought it in ***, *** at a trade show and they said the only way is to get it looked at and I could either bring it in store for a quote which is a 4 hour drive or mail it which would be hundreds of dollars. DON'T SPEND THE $1000 on this POS the trade show people are extremely pushy and and will make up stuff for example saying 2 year warranty will make everything sound so good and we're so excited we don't realize to see proof. AGAIN DONT BUY FROM THESE CON PEOPLE GO TO A *** PLACE WITH legitimate warranty etc. They also buy these cheaply made %%%%%% from *** for like $200 as I was told by someone who worked the show.

Redfern Enterprises Redfern ain't the place for you

Redfern ain't the place for you. We bought some pots and pans from them with a lifetime warranty, but when we had some problems just a bit after the 5-year mark, they wouldn't even give us the time of day. The customer service lady said their tech guy was out for a couple weeks and couldn't even look at it, but how did she know what was wrong then? She didn't even try to check! She just kept showing off the date like she was so proud of it. And don't even get me started on the fine print. We had some problems with the same pots last year, but they said that didn't count because the warranty starts from the original purchase date, not the replacement. What a load of baloney! We spent over a grand on this cookware, and they acted like we were trying to scam them or something. They hide behind all these loopholes in the fine print, so if you care about warranties, go somewhere else.

Redfern Enterprises Redfern Enterprises Ltd

Redfern Enterprises Ltd. is not a good company to buy from. I got the EuroSteam Iron from them in May . It worked for a few months, but then the steam started coming out of the top button. I called them to tell them about it, and the lady said to send it back because it's under warranty. It's been about 3 weeks now, so I called for an update, and she said their technician looked at it and said someone had been messing with it. They said there were missing screws and 2 orings on it. I don't know anything about electronics, so it doesn't make sense to me that they said I was messing with it. I told them I wouldn't try to fix it because I don't know what I'm doing. They said the warranty is void and they'll charge me $75 to fix it. They basically called me a liar. I paid $230 plus shipping for the iron, then $30 to ship it back, and now I have to pay another $75 to fix it? By the time we're done, this iron will cost me close to $400! Don't do business with these guys. They don't stand behind what they sell, and their customer service is very poor. I had to give them one star because they wouldn't let me leave a review without one, but they don't even deserve one star.

Redfern Enterprises Bad customer service

Bad customer service. I bought an I/Q Slim treadmill at a home show. The salesperson said they'd write "demo" on the receipt so his boss wouldn't get mad. I was told all warranties would apply. The unit worked great at first, but then it stopped working. I called Redfernent and they said they'd send me a new remote control. After several calls, they said I had to send the unit to them to be fixed. They wouldn't give me my money back because it was a demo. They also said I had to pay for shipping to and from their office in ***. The shipping costs would be as much as I paid for the machine. If the unit isn't packed to their specifications, I'd have to pay another fee.

Redfern Enterprises Bought an Oliso steam iron from Redfern Enterprises Ltd

Bought an Oliso steam iron from Redfern Enterprises Ltd. Used it once and it don't work no more. We only had it for 10 days. Found out that the iron was made over 8 years ago, but Redfern didn't tell us that. We want all our money back and we'll send the iron back if they give us a label to ship it with.

Redfern Enterprises I got a Veito Heater at the snowmobile show in Nov 2021 and it's busted

I got a Veito Heater at the snowmobile show in Nov 2021 and it's busted. I tried to unplug it and the plug broke off. I told the company and they said I gotta pay $52 to ship it back and $30 for them to send it back. Now they're saying it's my fault for breaking it and that it must have been tipped over or something. They won't take responsibility for selling me a broken heater that didn't even last 6 months. They want me to pay for repairs too, which is not cool when I spent over $400 on it.
