I'm a victim of them. It started off well and I had a great year actually with my virtual office. I never had any random fees or increases. Then finally once my contract is set to end 3 months prior I get an email that basically has a link for me to terminate my agreement. At first I thought it was odd that I even needed to do this. Once my contract is up then that should just be it but I decided to follow thr email instruction and follow thr link to terminate my agreement as scheduled October 23. Once I realized I never received a confirmation email I went ahead and did the process again, from the same email link, again I didn't get confirmation so I figured maybe there's just nothing else to do on my end. Well surprise surprise September rolls around and I get an invoice for October. Immediately I emailed customer service to see why I was receiving an invoice if my contract is set to end. They tell me that they sent an email and that I should have clicked thr link to terminate. When I explained to then that I did, TWICE. They tell me it's not on file and asked if I had any proof it was terminated. I said no I don't have anything you guys never send me any email or confirmation. The rep tried to tell me that they could only end the co n tract 2024 then. Obviously I asked for them to look into why I didn't receive confirmation. Next thing you know I get ignored for weeks! I replied twice following up still nothing and then finally last week I get a response and it's the same [censored] them telling me there May be options for me to get out of my 2024 contract. A contract I never agreed to. I replied again and the email bounced back as if I was sending an inquiry for the first time. With a new rep speaking nonsense about options for this 24' contract. I definitely didn't want to repeat myself so I sent screen shots of my original complaint about never getting confirmation of my 23' termination. And here we are a week later still no reply. They're full of it and they're theives. I've removed my banking information because I refuse to have my money stolen. I was always so confused when people said they had bad experiences with regus but now I see why. My social media followers are definitely going to get an updated review from me. This company is just digging their own grave with their horrible customer service.

Claimed loss: Weeks of my time and new Invoices stating I owe them.

Desired outcome: For them to honor my agreement and end my contract as stated October 2023. I should not be charged any further for their error.
