I started my contract with Regus July 2023, at that time one of the most appealing reasons I decided to go with Regus is because they offered a business phone. With the way the world is changing any form of a landline phone has become extinct and I sometimes need to be on the phone for hours at a time so I can’t always use my cellphone. I was so excited to learn that the phone would be offered as a complimentary service. Well that was the furthest from the truth! I had my phone for one day and then all of a sudden it stopped working. The receptionist didn’t help, the sales rep didn’t help, the community manager didn’t help and the deputy manager hasn’t helped. I have submitted ticket after ticket and still nothing. I’ve asked for the phone to be replaced and still nothing. This is by far the worse service I’ve experienced ever! I cannot believe that they have 9000 locations and I cannot get the phone they promised me.
I would like to add that everytime I speak out on my issue with Regus they reroute me back to the receptionist which is not helpful or productive and causes tension within the office.
Desired outcome: It is going on 3 months and I just want a working phone.
