I rented a private office at Signature by Regus in Singapore at Asia Square Tower 1. My lease ended on 31 August 2023. I have still not received my retainer despite dozens of emails and queries with the help desk and the local support staff. I initially inquired about the status of the retainer by creating a ticket. I received a response on 23 September that the retainer refund had been processed and would be in the nearest payment run. I assumed I would receive it in short order. However, the retainer never made it to my account. For the last month, I have been sending messages and inquiring about the status and I am being completely stonewalled by the company. I keep getting responses that it is processed and will be in the nearest payment run...but it never is actually paid. No one provides any details on what happened, when it will be paid. Its just constant delay tactics.
Regus will respond here with one of their copy and paste, boiler plate apologies and then do nothing about it. Tremendously frustrating experience.
Be very careful about handing money over to this company. its an absolute nightmare to get your retainer back and no one will provide you with anything near a satisfactory explanation.
Desired outcome: Immediate refund of retainer. Compensation for significant delay.
Retainer still not received. Company refuses to provide any detailed information or explanation for why I have yet to receive the funds. Cannot provide a definitive date for deposit. Constant delaying and stonewalling tactics.
