Why are you closed so much? Now, you're closed for june 19th, a "federal holiday." as a customer, my expectation is for you to be open, as much as possible. Not closed for every federal holiday. I am going to quit, keep pushing my buttons nincompoops. Stop the pandering and virtue signaling garbage and get to work. Stop closing your offices on federal holidays, you're a for-profit business. There is no excuse for it.

I don't have a key, I'm not an office paying customer. I pick up the mail which has to be given to me from the women at the front desk. That makes zero sense and your reply is inadequate. Stop celebrating Federal holidays, it's beyond ridiculous!
