Cavitation machine Kim 8 slymming system
On the 18 of June I ordered the machine got it in a week. On the July 12 the vacuum stopped working. I sent numerous requested videos and followed instruction from their emails but the vacuum just does not work. I did not get any help but requesting for more videos. No more reply and no solution. I ended up with the machine I can not use. Less than 30 days.
Desired outcome: Replacement or money back

They didn't ship the machine on time like they said they would. I tried to contact them but they didn't respond until I left a one star review on Trust Pilot. Then they magically sent me a shipping notification the next day. I finally got the machine today but it wasn't what I ordered. It only had 2 handles instead of 4 like it was supposed to. When I tried to use it, it didn't work. I watched a video and followed the steps but it still didn't work. I looked at the manual and did everything it said to do, including changing 2 fuses on a "brand new" machine. It still doesn't work. Now I'm stuck with an 80 pound piece of junk. They said they would give me a refund if I pay to ship it back but I don't trust them. They sent me an incomplete order and a broken machine. It's not my responsibility to ship it back to them. They're probably going to sell it to someone else and cheat them out of their money too. This is fraud!
