Reliantco Investments / UFX I want all money back USD 600,000

I am a victim of UFX Global Limited, the offshore brand of Reliantco Investments. I am from UAE. I have been scammed by a company called UFX Global Limited. I have started with them on April 2020. I transferred more than USD 600,000 to ufx.com which is the approved domain of Reliantco Investments under Cysec.
They put me to lose all my money by guiding me to open unsuccessful positions. I want to get my money back
I discovered they are doing a hidden money laundry activities with different financial companies which they instruct us to send our money through them.

I already contact cysec for investigation of my case against Reliantco Investments Ltd but I think they misled them by answering that there is no relationship between them and UFX Global Limited which is not correct

UFX Global Limited is the offshore brand of Reliantco Investments and they are using the same domain (ufx.com) which is approved by cysec

They are using the offshore brands to scam people and steal their money

Also, they cheat people by claiming that their accounts managers have PHD in finance and they are experts and they will advise us on each and every transaction (when to open, what to take, etc) till I had a loss of USD 2,000,000 and then I lost all my money (USD +600,000)

I will go go back to cysec with all evidences proving the relationship between Reliantco Investments and Ufx Global limited but through a lawyer

I want everybody to know about these two companies to avoid dealing with them and withdraw all their deposits before losing everything

Reliantco Investments / UFX Scam!

Never ever fall for such companies specially this one that called ufx! They delude you for putting all your money and savings! Not only this they convince you to take loans and sell things you have like your house or your car or jelewely for the excuse that they will put your money in stocks and they know the market very well.. The guy spoke to me called mahmood wakid and call himself a vip account manager! He swear to his clients that they will never lose any penny! In the top of this they pretend that they have a legal department it's even more rude and shameless than the previous person.. After taken all my money they wanted me to add more money for the excuse that I will retrieve and even make profit! How deceptive is this?! I have hired an attorney for this case and I am planning to escalate this to higher authorities and make a big scene on social media platforms to expose those scammers to the world and warn people if those thiefs!

I do not understand all the negative comments that I read in this post, but I see that all the bad reviews agree that they have lost some money… it will not be then that the bad review should be made to the investment capacity of each one instead to the platform tou are trading with?

Ufx is a trading platform that offers cfd like many other companies in the world, the variation of the prices in the market is created by the supply and demand forces, and that price variation will be the same in any online bróker.

The only aspect that will decide if you earn or lose money is your ability as an investor and the information you have, for this reason I highly recommend listening to the financial advisors of this platform and taking advantage of the tools it offers to study the market thoroughly.

In addition, as you can see on their website, the broker complies with cysec and fca regulations

Reliantco Investments / UFX forex

I have been scammed by Reliantco Investments Ltd, they are also called UFX

I was contacted by brokers Mr Izzet Kamer, Mr Levent Demir and Arda Polat who encouraged me to open an account with UFX. The brokers contacted me by telephone and email and encouraged me to invest in various financial trading namely gold, petrol and stock exchange. I was assured by brokers that as long as I do what the brokers ask me to do I shall win and that there will be no losses. The brokers reassured that I will make no loss and a win was guaranteed. In reliance on this representation, I entered into a contract with broker. The representation was an express term of the contract. In fact the representation was false and broker was in breach of the contract in that none of the investments made a return.

As a result of the misrepresentation, I have suffered loss and damage. In the circumstances, and they are liable to me for damages for misrepresentation and breach of contract.

I did not have any knowledge or experience in investments and I did outline this to brokers. The brokers encouraged me to open a professional account and told me to not to worry and to rely on their advice. They also confirmed that they will help and provide all the answers to complete the account and that they will complete the account on my behalf. The brokers have clearly been in breach of their role and provided incorrect and false information in order to complete the professional account.

I can inform you that all the telephone conversations were recorded. As these recordings are crucial evidence in this matter proving that financial advice was given by brokers to me. You give them notice that all the telephone recordings should be preserved as evidence. It is clear from the emails I received from brokers and the telephone conversations that brokers have introduced themselves as a authorised person to give financial advice. I was initially encouraged to make small investments. The brokers first made it look like that I was winning and making money. All the money I won was held in the account brokers opened. Further investment advice was given to me by brokers and I was pushed to make big investments which resulted in losses which was never mentioned by any of brokers.

I realised that they are regulated in another European Economic area (EEA) country and as you are aware in order to regulate certain financial activities the brokers should have been
authorised to carry out the said regulated financial activities. Please confirm with them whether their brokers were authorised to give financial investment advice to amateur investors such as me. As a result of the wrongful advice brokers gave, I suffered a loss totalling in the sum of $66.640 thousand dollars

I need your help in order to recover my money from these people. Please help me

Reliantco Investments / UFX Forex trading

I have opened an account with UFX on 4/7/2016 your agent Saeed Almalky took my account, persuaded me to put 100k $ as a VIP account with protection and minimal risk.
After few weeks of trading he said the account is losing and at least 80k is needed to save it.

I deposited the money on tuesday 9/8/2016. Suddenly he handed my case to a different person, named Farah,
who started to trade with me.. suddenly my account became zero, never heard from Farah.

I am calling the numbers i was given, i am getting replied to by customer service person who promises me to let them call me back.

I am getting calls back from Saeed who keeps on pushing me to add more money to gain more.

Reliantco Investments / UFX Unable to close my account and refund my money

Hi I was being taunted by Ufx after i install their Ufx app over google play out of curiosity. when i register my email with them, they started to email and even call me from England to convinced me how trustworthy they are, and how they like to show me the rope in forex trading to become a competent trader . I eventually give in and deposit 1000 US Dollars with them before finding out their lousy reputation over the internet. When i decided to close my account with them . They refused to refund my money and request me to give them further detail of my identification card and credit card pictures front and back.

Reliantco Investments / UFX Manager provided only bad trades

I registered on the website of UFX Makrets and my account manager provided me several small trades. But later I had serious trade and I lost, and my account became negative. I received the phone call from my manager, and he told me that I needed to invest more. So after that I only saved my account, and all trades were bad for me. I think that the company did it on purpose. Now I can’t contact them and asked to delete my account. Please, if someone here had the same experience, can you help to return money back?

Reliantco Investments / UFX Put me in to Trade out

Today CRUDE OIL reached up to USD $99.36 and Lowest is USD $97.37 till now.
My Open Rate: USD $97.59
TRADE OUT or Close Rate: USD $99.43
99.36-97.59 (today's high rate - open rate)
=1.8*10'000
=18'000.
My balance was USD $18'513.44
18513.44*4% = USD $740.53
18'513.44*1% = USD $185.1344
18'513.44*0% = 0 (USD $13.44)

I sold Crude oil for Deal Amount: 10'000.00 contracts on 12/03/2014 at 15:59 GMT
Open rate $97.59
Closed rate $99.43 (including 7 spreads {99.36+00.07=99.43}) on 16/03/2014 at 22:00 GMT
My total deposit was USD $18'513.44
Each pip was $100
99.43-97.59=1.840
1.84*10'000=USD $18'400
They TRADE OUT me, when I have balance USD $113.44
UFX Market rules for TRADE OUT is that TRADE OUT will take place when you reached 4% of your total balance. I requested them to put my TRADE OUT at 0% YESTERDAY. My account manager he said that he will talk to his superior manager and get back to me, about the 0%. Finally, they TRADE OUT me, when CRUDE OIL REACHED its maximum price yesterday(16/03/2014 at 22:00 GMT) at USD $99.43, when I still have balance of USD $113.44. This balance is enough to retain me from TRADE OUT, if my account is at 0% TRADE OUT (as per my request). If the TRADE OUT is as per the UFX MARKET rules, then it is 4%, that means 18513.44 * 4%= 740.52. My complaint is they did not follow the UFX MARKET rules for TRADE OUT or they did not accept my TRADE OUT request at 0% either. Instead, my account manager defend him self by saying that they put my TRADE OUT at 1%, without getting my permission or further any notice. Because I did not agree with 1%. I was not happy with his answer, so that I requested my account manager to put me to his superior manager. His superior manager is saying something completely different that they put my TRADE OUT at 0%. If they really put me TRADE OUT at 0% that means my account will resist TRADE OUT till USD $99.44, BUT crude oil never gone up that high on 15th and 16th march2014. Instead, CRUDE OIL has gone down to USD $97.37 which means, I would have made profit.

According to superior manager statement (over the phone) they put my account TRADE OUT at 0%, which means they accepted my TRADE OUT request from 4% to 0%. That means my account can resist till $0 BALANCE, so the fact is I am not TRADED OUT YET AND I MADE PROFIT AT 15:30 GMT ON 17/03/14. I have few screenshots as a proof and I hope all my phone conversation with UFX MARKETS are recorded from the day one. I was helpless and cornered, because they are defending them-self to agree their fault. I request you to help me to get my full balance which is USD $18513.44 and profit, if possible.
*PLEASE NOTE: I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT FOREX. ON THE DAY 1, WHEN I STARTED TRADING. UFX MARKET PEOPLE PROMISED THAT THEY WILL EDUCATE ME. THEY ARE TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF MY INNOSENSE.
THEY FORCED ME TO DEPOSIT MONEY AND THEY ARE BEHIND ME FOR ABOUT 6 TO 8 MONTHS. THEY COMPARED THEM WITH A BANK. NEVER TOLD ME ANYTHING ABOUT LOSING MONEY, UNTIL I STARED THIS PARTICULAR TRADE. THEY JUST SPOKE ONLY ABOUT PROFIT AND FORCED ME TO DEPOSIT MORE MONEY. ONLY IF, I DEPOSIT THEY GIVE ME GOOD TRADE. THAT PARTICULAR DAY, I REFUSED TO DEPOSIT MORE MONEY AND THEY GAVE ME TRADE FOR $10. I GOT UPSET AND STARTED TRADING MYSELF AND I END UP IN THIS STAGE.
Thank you and regards

Reliantco Investments / UFX Refund my deposit

The account manager Gail Koffer agreed to refund me the money in my account less the £150 that I was given as a bonus when I open the account with Ufxmarkets. Initially I open the account with 500 dollares and paid in another 500 dollares.I have asked to withdarw from the company the total amount of my account which came to £966.07. The money should be transfer back to my credit card account as initially agreed. Despit several phone calls and emails the money has not been transfered to my credit card and they just are ignoring my claims with false promises asking me to be patient and so on.

I am sure I am not the only one in this situation.

Can you please help to recover my money legally?

ufxmarkets is a scam they delay giving any money back that you request from them or you don't get it back at all.

UFXmarkets is a regulated company by the Cysec regulation as well as Mifid. That means that European regulation covers them.

Your best option would be to check with both regulatory boards to see what those different companies histories are.

You other option is to go to Google News and see what's written about them. Iforex seems to have had a lot of trouble recently and have been all over the news. UFXmarkets looks clean. Reprofinance seems oddly too clean.

Reliantco Investments / UFX Software failure FX trading

Over the period of 3 months I had several problems doing fair trades on the companies platform. Initially they admitted and corrected my account in a small way. After that I had several problems and reported every single one by e-mail, phone or chat room. Some was resolved, but finally I lost most of my trades, like the first time, because the platform did not respond in time or gave error messages. Unfortunately, the personnel would not admit that they have an obligation towards their customers.I then received an e-mail in my inbox that was not meant for me. This really made it clear that UFX received money from customers(As much as account managers can milk out of you) and then are very reluctant to pay it back. For them it is a win-win situation.I have that e-mail where they discuss a certain customer and can make it available if needed. It makes for very interesting reading and it shows that clients are manipulated into taking bigger risks, as it suits UFX if they never pay the profits back.

If brokers just realise that for every trade that goes wrong, there are consequences for the trader and he has to make quick decisions. It can lead to disaster. They are so shortsighted to think that no-one will complain and they will not have bad publicity. Plse send the e-mail that you "intercepted" It could make nice headlines.

Complain to your credit card company if you made a deposit with them using a credit card and complain to your local Financial services commission.
