Thank you Kingdom Trust for all your help and support
I would highly recommend them. Kingdom Trust has great customer service and is generally very helpful.
They automated everything and you can't get anyone on the phone anymore and it's leading to a bad customer experience. It's really unfortunate because you could call in and get an actual account manager. I'm writing this review hoping they go back to having dedicated people to help you.

We have never dealt with such incompetence, inefficiency or level of excuses. Absolutely, if you have any other option than to deal with this company, do it. Simple tasks seem to be like asking them to climb Mount Everest or something, horrible. They have more excuses than reasons to get it together and just get the job done. Call them, you likely won't get someone to answer. Leave a message, likely won't receive a call back. Email, you may or may not get a response, if you do, 'they'll work on it' and the problem persists. Set up ticket after ticket through their recommended chat button on their site, nope, that doesn't work either, no response, issues remain. They're dealing with your financial assets; do you really want a company that is unresponsive, ineffective and just plain complacent in handing your financial assets? Terrible experience - look elsewhere, this is not the place you want to do business with in handling your assets.
Called the company to open an account and they do not respond. Just leave the phone ringing for an hour. At the end of that time, they say will call back to the number called but never do! A very poor customer service company- How can anyone do business with such a company? Please be warned!

I just transferred my sep ira to Kingdom Trust Through the recommendation of Brian *** of ***, what a disaster, it took them too long to complete the process and acquired additional fees. I started the process 6/1. I got a welcome letter on 6/5 from Marie *** and also *** but because of their computer problems I could not access the message, I was to set up a log on account and was to get a code to be sent to me which never happened and bottom line it never worked. This was to be used for sending messages, send files, sign documents, and collaborate with ***. It was unsuccessful so I emailed *** back that is not working and not a great way to start out as a new client so strike one. I have yet to receive a call back and complete transfer took until 7/13 and 7/16, way longer than was told. Kingdom Trust waits until 8/2 to email me and informs me more funds were needed and doesn't bother to tell me how much and late fees would be added and no statement provided just an application for credit card auto draft to pay a bill I don't have any idea the amount. I called *** and Kingdom Trust on 8/3 and have yet to get any resolution to this. I have to leave at least a 1 star review and should be none!
I called Kingdom Trust today, August 13 at 4:59 EST. 3:59 CST. I have been on hold for 17 minutes. The entire time I have been told repeatedly that I am caller number one. There is no opportunity to leave a message. When I called *** who suggested I use Kingdom Trust in CA earlier I got an answering machine. I am still on hold and am still being told I am caller number 1. Very Strange... I will attempt to reach them tomorrow, I give up tonight... I have now been on hold as caller number one for in excess of 20 minutes. It is 5:22 EST.
I have had a similar issue trying to transfer funds out of Kingdom Trust to another rollover IRA account. They have had the paperwork from the other bank for 9 days (confirmed receipt from the overnight express service); I have called and emailed multiple times with no success. I finally reached a customer service representative who informed me that they were waiting for "verbal verification" from me. Then they wanted to charge me $35 to wire out the money they've been holding all this time (I would have been fine with a wire fee if there hadn't already been such a long delay on their end). Was on hold for nearly half an hour waiting for a supervisor to hopefully approve waiving the fee and finally told that she was in a staff meeting and someone would have to get back to me. Very frustrating--one would think they would see all of these negative reviews--and the complete lack of a single positive one--and sort it out.

Kingdom Trust has been fantastic!
Kingdom Trust has been fantastic! I reached out to them regarding my parent's IRAs. We wanted to get them into self-directed accounts and everyone we dealt with at Kingdom Trust were extremely knowledgable, patient and helpful. Everything happened exactly as stated and they were a pleasure to work with. Very happy with our decision to work with them, great experience.

Transferring my SEP IRA to Kingdom Trust on Brian's advice was a debacle, with delays and fees.
I just transferred my SEP IRA to Kingdom Trust on the recommendation of financial advisor Brian, what a disaster, it took them too long to complete the process and I incurred additional fees. The process started on June 1. I received a welcome letter on June 5, from Marie and another staff member, but due to their computer issues, I couldn't access the message. I was supposed to set up a login account and receive a code, which never arrived, rendering the system inoperative. This system was intended for messaging, file transfers, signing documents, and collaboration with the staff. It was unsuccessful, so I emailed the staff indicating the system was not working and expressed my frustration as a new client. I have not received a callback, and the complete transfer took until July 13 and July 16, much longer than I was initially told. Kingdom Trust waited until August 2, to email me requesting additional funds without specifying the amount, mentioning late fees, and without providing a statement, only an application for credit card auto-draft to pay an unspecified bill. I contacted the staff and Kingdom Trust on August 3, and still haven't resolved this issue. I am compelled to leave at least a 1-star review, though it deserves none.

I use Kingdom Trust to host my IRA account with some digital assets (bitcoin etc
I use Kingdom Trust to host my IRA account with some digital assets (bitcoin etc.) Not only do they have very high hosting fees (charging roughly $35/month for a $50K account value) and trading fees, their service is very poor. To make a transaction, you have to go through their customer service to create another account, the Choice platform. I had terrible experience doing those. Calls to the CS number *** is never picked up, even after hanging there for 40 minutes. Online Chats were to a robot, which told me a ticket was created and then auto-closed. Never any response thereafter. Email to *** only got sporadic response and then dropped. A simple request to resolve 2FA (after changing a phone) has been pending for several days. No help!

I am very dissapointed that I cannot speak to someone live at Kingdom Trust. I have a self custodial crypto currency account and I have alot of questions I need answered. When I leave an inquiry for someone to reach out to me it takes 1 week to even try to reach back or send an email to me. This is ridicolous! What if I want to take out my money from my self custodial IRA and at the time the price of my crypto is at a good price? Me the consumer loses out on withdrawing my Crypto IRA if the Crypto Asset drops down in price becasue I have to wait a week for these *** to call me! This is a bunch of *** and it shouldn't be allowed.

1) I contacted Kingdom Trust by web email on November 11 with a request for a phone call and there has been no response by email or phone. They have no phone service except to tell the caller to submit an email via the web page. 2) I authorized *** to initiate a transfer from Kingdom Trust. The form was submitted by *** to Kingdom Trust on November 16 via the standard process, a fax. *** has tried to contact Kingdom Trust several times since then with no result, no response. 3) What I want is for Kingdom Trust to release my account to the new Custodian, ***. If no action is taken I will seek regulatory and legal remedies. Account information.

We have been having off and on issues with Kingdom Trust for the past 2-3 years usually, because they are unreachable to address any questions or issues we have. This continues to be an iterative problem especially when we have issues that need to be resolved. They don't answer their phones and it takes at least 3-5 days for them to respond to automated chat responses for help. Early yesterday 9/16, I went to access my account only to discover Kingdom Trust changed their access requirements from username to an email address. I attempted to login to my account several different ways using my established email address and finally gave up. Then I tried the "forgot my password" option only to receive the usual haunting response, "an error occurred, please contact Kingdom Trust for further support" which is not possible. My level of distrust continues to grow exponentially with Kingdom Trust, and I find it hard to believe there is no movement by them to provide better service to clients.
I had a gold silver Roth IRA with Kingdom Trust, paid annual fee for safety deposit box. Somehow my bullion account was changed to a bit coin account without my permission. My account was then transfered to another Trust all based on bitcoin. I have never received any documents from this new Trust my account was supposedly transfered to. Kingdom Trust made a financial transfer from bullion to bitcoin and transfered my account without my permission. Also, information about this transfer came only via email and not thru any official mailed documents.
I requested a transfer of my PLTR shares and cash assets from a custodian to another IRA.
On Monday, August 23rd, I submitted a request to transfer my 2,052 shares of PLTR and all uninvested cash assets from Kingdom Trust to another IRA. I received a message on Wednesday from Kingdom Trust that I was required to make a phone appointment to verbally confirm my request. The appointment was completed on Thursday, and I was told that Kingdom Trust would take $100.00 as a fee to perform the transfer. Plus, I would be charged another $30.00 to wire the cash. Today is Wednesday, September 1st, and the cash is still not in my other IRA account. All my previous experience with wire transfers taught me that they happen within minutes, not days. It is nearly impossible to reach anyone at Kingdom Trust. They do not list a phone number on their website, and their chat is automated. I want Kingdom Trust to wire the money ASAP for no charge (refund the $30.00 charge). Currently, the uninvested cash totals $38,923.51.

I set up an account in Jan 2021. Right after setting up the account I was never able to get in touch with Kingdom either by email or by telephone. They would only get back to me after I threatened legal action. On their website you could never get a account printout. I finally was able to get the paperwork filled out to close my account. I emailed them to get the account closed. They informed me that they were charging me $300 to close my account. Just adding insult to injury.
Kingdom trust is holding my crypto in my IRA account and will not allow me to transfer to a different company with better service. They do not provide a phone service for me to verify the transfer authorization of my account and is holding it hostage due to no service. These guys should not be allowed to do business and hold people's money with no way for them to access it and move it elsewhere.

My *** passed away Feb
My *** passed away Feb. 4, 2021 I am his legal trustee of his revocable trust. He owned IRA through Kingdom Trust in Murray, Ky. valued in 10's of thousands of dollars. I have made numerous attempts to call, email, fax, and sent certified letter to this company since Feb. 22, 2021. I provided my cell #, email address, fax #. I sent a copy of death certificate and trust agreement to [protected]@kingdomtrust 2.26.2021 asking for acknowledgement and instructions on proceeding with closing his account and having proceeds directed to appropriate beneficiary (s). My attempts to contact include the following dates: Feb. 22, Feb. 23, Feb. 25, Feb. 26, Feb. 28, Mar. 1, Mar. 3, Mar. 8. As of this writing the only response I received was an email on Feb. 28 from their Client Services (no name) indicating they have NO INBOUND PHONE NUMBER (very odd) for me to call and suggested I email or live chat to reach a rep. I have emailed and tried their Live Chat feature which did not work.

Have been trying to contact Kingdom Trust for well over a month for copies of current statements to close accounts. They will not return phone calls or respond to emails.
I am trying to close an investment account with Kingdom Trust. They have delayed this for 3 years ... while charging me a service fee for each year. The principle has dwindled down to a little over $200 now. I just want my money. They, not only won't send my money, they won't even answer the phone when I call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
May 14, purchased $75,000.00 in precious metals for storage and SDIRA holding
On May 14, I purchased $75,000.00 in precious metals for my self-directed IRA (SDIRA) to be stored securely. As of September 20, these assets are not present in my Kingdom Trust SDIRA account. On September 13, Kingdom Trust acknowledged my inquiry, promising to liaise with the involved parties and update me. Despite multiple contact attempts through email and their 'Choice' platform, I've received no further communication. Telephone contact has proven extremely difficult, and I've not been provided with a case number for this issue. I possess an email confirmation of the purchase and seek assistance on how to share this document for verification. The metals were expected to be delivered to the designated storage within 8 weeks of the transaction and should have been recorded in my Kingdom Trust account by now. The lack of updates on this matter is alarming, and I am seeking immediate support.

I rolled over a large amount of Roth IRA funds to new Kingdom Trust Roth IRA for precious metals in March and April
I rolled over a large amount of Roth IRA funds to new Kingdom Trust Roth IRA for precious metals in March and April . Assets were purchased via broker (***) and were supposed to be deposited into my account within 8 weeks. To this day, the purchase is listed as "pending" in my Kingdom Trust Account. Per tracking info I received from broker, they were delivered to the *** Depository on May 7. I have been trying for weeks to find out why they still are not appearing in my account. The broker sent me proof June 4 that they had notified Kingdom Trust of this. On 6/7, Kingdom Trust said they needed confirmation from broker that they need to go into my account (!) I have repeatedly emailed Kingdom Trust since then, asking them to please confirm they have my gold/silver assets secured at the vault, and tried creating another support ticket too -- but no further response! Such horrible communication (lack of!) from an IRA custodian! No way to call them either!

I encountered hurdles transferring $50,000 from my IRAs to a gold IRA in June
I encountered hurdles transferring $50,000 from my IRAs to a gold IRA in June. The funds were directed to Kingdom Trust. A representative instructed me to 'establish my online presence with Kingdom Trust. If you have any trouble or get stuck on their website at kingdomtrust.com, please email our support for assistance. Also, if by week 9 your metals aren't visible in your online account, let us know via email, and we'll ensure they're recorded promptly.' I haven't been able to access my account with Kingdom Trust. I've repeatedly reached out to their support by phone and email, wondering if this might be a scam?

I am trying to take possession of my retirement IRA
I am trying to take possession of my retirement IRA. I have found it impossible to contact anyone by phone. The online chat only allows you to answer specific questions - and then says that a person will respond in 3-5 business days. I started trying to make contact to get my IRA in early-mid August . I was finally able to schedule for them to call me on Thursday, Aug 19. She was very helpful and assisted me in completing all their forms and instructing me on how to submit them. I followed her directions and received an email that my request had been received and forwarded to the proper department (email dated 8.23.21). This morning, I received an email stating that they needed verbal verification of my request. Once again, I tried contacting them unsuccessfully. I resorted to the Chat and tried to schedule for them to call me. We are very concerned about the safety of my retirement IRA and would like to take possession of it as soon as possible.

On December 9th I filed a Kingdom Trust documents requesting distributions of assets held in a Roth trust
On December 9th I filed a Kingdom Trust documents requesting distributions of assets held in a Roth trust. We communicated by phone with verbal acknowledgment on December 10th. We have never received execution of the request (after repeated phone attempts) There has been no confirmation or communication regarding this request. A number of calls have been made, despite the fact we were put on hold for up to 40+ minutes. Parties representing KT, by phone, said three times that it was in process, yet, no one would give their name, or extension for follow-up. Still no confirmation or execution. We keep being sent a bill with on indication of what it is for. No services rendered, not date of service rendered. no product purchased. They do not use email to communicate, they do not use extensions to allow follow-up, they will not give out names (except *** - same name for everyone who answers the phone) and they will never return a call. From just being unprofessional it seems that this company is hiding something, I would recommend the SEC, the state of Kentucky to look into their affairs.

I retained this financial services agent to manage a self-directed precious metals IRA and submitted a distribution request by email on 8/7
I retained this financial services agent to manage a self-directed precious metals IRA and submitted a distribution request by email on 8/7 and asked for a refund for the adjusted annual fees upon closing my account. Receipt of my email and the distribution request was acknowledged by phone by *** on 8/7 and I was told I would be contacted within 2-3 business days to verify my request. I asked that my request be expedited and was told Kingdom Trust would expedite the request and that Kingdom would request and email me a shipping quote once Kingdom Trust received this from the depository. I heard nothing more from the company and emailed *** and the general mailbox on 8/14 and did not receive any response whatsoever by email or phone. I called the company today 8/18 and my account was verified by ***. I asked to speak with a member of the executive team regarding the failure to process my distribution request and was placed on hold and no one came to the phone. They are mishandling my investment and preventing me from accessing my assets. Their failure to distribute my assets is creating an unnecessary delay that could result in an additional tax burden, not to mention that they are obstructing access to my funds. I called back and spoke with *** on 8/18 who said ***, a supervisor, had just emailed me. According to *** email, she scheduled time to speak on 8/19 and never called. She emailed on 8/21 to apologize for not calling and said I would be contacted regarding the distribution but she has failed to call. I emailed *** on 8/21 and 8/24 and also left a voicemail for *** on 8/24. Subsequently, I filed an email to ***@kingdomtrust.com asking to make a formal complaint for the company's failure to process my distribution request. I have paid the annual fees to this company and they are not providing the service I paid for.
