My name is Catrina Greene. I would like to inform you about a recent incident which I have experienced. I applied for a lease for furniture from the North East, MD Location on October 5th,2023. I recieved a call from a person by the name of Michelle who was extremely rude to me on the call. I reached out to the store manager Omeca who appeared to be apologetic about the horrible encoounter and insisted that she help me with the process. I placed my order and when it was time fot the items to be delivered, there was a delay due to the origional item being damaged. The next day I recieved my order. The same evening, I noticed that the delivery team had damages the dresser to the set. I immediately sent the manager a text with images. At that point I was offered $100 off,
or a replacement. I explained that I was not happy keeping and paying for damaged goods. I was told that the items would be picked up. Suddenly, I received a text stating that the king mattress that I also recieved was on a so call recall and that the replacement would be delivered at the time of picking the items up. The delivery guys told me that they were going to get the mattress from the truck instead they pulled off with no word. I called the manager who texted me saying that they had the wrong item and they were bringing the right mattress back. I never received the order and my bedroom wall was damaged by the guys. I would like to speak to someone asap about this horrific event.
Desired outcome: I would like to be compensated for the dameages and reimbursed for the initial payment .
