I am so blown away by the generosity of Resort Advisory Group. I am the President of a small non-profit, called *** Ministry. We do humanitarian missions across the country, often feeding and clothing the homeless. Resort Advisory Group has been a consistent supporter, even during the uncertain times surrounding COVID19. Their support of godly causes like ours, and their honesty and integrity, especially in difficult times, has marked me and I am happy to recommend their services to anyone they can assist!

These guys are amazing. I called in and enrolled into the process and I was very comfortable with the way the process was explained to me. They answered all of my questions about helping me get out of this Timeshare Developer Contract. The customer service was great! Everything they said came true and the bonus was, the timeshare was removed from my credit as well. This really worked for my self and my wife. We are so much less stressed due to this process. Well worth the time and money spent to complete this process. : )

Weve tried contacting our case representative on more than 5 occasions within the last week regarding a time sensitive issue, and havent received as phone call as promised. The response has consistently been itll take at approximately *** hours for a response or call back. Our first time attempt was on December 23rd, and today is December 31st and we still havent spoken with anyone regarding the issue. The customer service and follow through thus far has been poor, and feel as if the company has failed to meet their end of the agreement.

I wanted to keep my timeshare at first. I had it for 3 years and used it a lot. I went to many cities and beach towns and enjoyed it, until the pandemic. I had about $10,000 still on my mortgage and they wanted me to keep paying during the pandemic! Ridiculous. I even told them they could keep the rest of my weeks and I would pay my maintenance fees for that year and be done with it. They wouldn't do it. I tried to sell it, no one would buy it. I felt hopeless until I saw the Resort Advisory ad. I called them and they helped me, I was timeshare free in about a year!

I had it a few years and my wife's family used it once but they were shut down during *** so I didn't see the point in keeping it and paying on a mortgage for a house, a mortgage for a timeshare and the *** fees they charge kept adding up every year. They had many staff changes and moving about within the company so I never knew from one minute to the next who I was dealing. Everyone that I talked to was nice and helpful tho. Everything was not perfect so I wanted to be honest. In the end I am so grateful to RA for helping me get out of my timeshare. I really thought I was doomed but they did it. Don't despair, they can help. And side note, Wyndham is horrible, don't ever get a timeshare with them

My husband and I have been trying to get rid of our timeshare for quite some time. We dealt with other companies promising us that they could help us get rid of our timeshare. They all failed. We came across the Resort Advisory Group. So we did some research and found out they had an A+ rating from the ComplaintsBoard.com. We contacted them and they were very courteous and professional. They were honest and upfront with us. They continued to keep in touch with regarding the status of our case. We are so happy that the Resort Advisory Group was able to help us get rid of our timeshare! If you want to get rid of your timeshare, I HIGHLY recommend the Resort Advisory Group!

I thought I would try it even if I gave it away for free it was better than paying to get out or having to keep paying maintance fees that were thousands of $$ every year. I found someone to buy it but the issue was my timeshare refused to put the deed in their name. So once again I was stuck with it. I called RAG after hearing them on the radio. That day changed my life, I did not want to pay to get out but after spending months doing it on my own RAG was the only way out. I enjoyed the entire experience, my rep was knowledgeable and patient. I recommend them highly.

We contacted Resort Advisory Group in Dec 2019 to get us out of our timeshare
We contacted Resort Advisory Group in Dec 2019 to get us out of our timeshare. They said a rep would be in our area ( a different state) in a few days and could stop to talk to us. Jaime explained the process that RAG goes through very clearly to help cancel a client's timeshare contract. He said that it would take up to a year and that we should stop making the payments during the process. While the cost was going to be a little bit, it was going to be less that a year's total of the monthly payments that we were making. We were led through each step of the process, filling in the paperwork, talking to the law firm, etc by a representative to make it easy. In addition, we were contacted regularly, at least once a month, most of the time by Aimee, and given an update on our case. Finally, in Feb of 2021, just slightly more that a year later, we received our timeshare agreement cancellation documents. There was no additional cost beyond the initial payment. We couldn't be happier with Resort Advisory Group.

Approximately 4 years ago (2018) we contacted RA Group hoping to conclude a contract with Worldmark by Wyndham. We were charged $15,000. They agreed to get the contract cancelled and "possibly even get some of our money back. The contract was large and we had already paid over $100,000 plus dues and maintenance fees all kept up to date to Wyndham so we were hoping for some kind of settlement. (They stated that many had received a settlement of some kind.) We paid a large down payment and paid $1,000 per month til it was paid. We heard nothing from them, and I assumed we wouldnt until the balance was paid. When it was paid off we were given an attorneys name to call. Months and perhaps years, I called them every month (they did not call me) for an update. Finally we got a notice from the attorney that he was no longer working with RA Group. Months later I received another attorneys name and number. Another year went by and finally as of September our contract is cancelled. No other money was returned. I just want folks to know that if they say 6 months or a year, its a lie, and they will never see a refund for anything. They dont call you. You have to initiate every conversation. The attorney is not much better.

No one is more skeptical than me! I don't trust anyone. We had a simple every other year time share. We enjoyed using it but didn't want our daughters to have to worry about it down the road. The maintenance fees were getting out of control. After much research we went with Resort Advisory Group. *** was a good salesman but there was also something about him I trusted. In the beginning of the process he would immediately get back to us or have someone get back to us that could answer our questions. As time went on those return calls slowed down. We signed in October and were told it could take up to a year because of Covid. They were just terrible at keeping in touch but when we did get a call or email they reassured us, it was not a matter of IF but WHEN our title would be transferred. After a while, I believed them because I figured if they were going to take the money and run they wouldn't continue to touch base (although not very often). Another problem was there seemed to be a huge turnover in employees. Seemed like we never emailed with the same person more than once. However, 16 months later we got the news we hoped for. We were out of our timeshare obligation. The title had been transferred. So thank you RAG and if you have a lot of patience and your goal is to be out of your contract I would recommend this company.

It has been almost two years since we began our timeshare exit from Wg***, and at first, the communication between us and RAG was on a regular basis, but as time went on, that is not the case. We paid RAG over $5,000 to resolve our timeshare, and so far have heard nothing in over 5 months. We keep getting generic automated emails regarding "cease and desist letters to send to the developer, along with alerts about sending the developer money. the attorney is impossible to get in contact with, as they do not answer phone calls, nor do they respond to emails, except only to tell you to contact RAG. RAG does not communicate at all except to tell you that they are still working on the case. This is very poor customer service to say the least. They kept blaming the pandemic, the developer, or anything else they could come up with. RAG did not hesitate to take our money, but after that, it was a hurry up and wait. Not sure where all these good reviews are coming from. If nothing is done witing the next 30 days, we will request a refund. We have also spoken to an attorney about this and would like to work this out with RAG (either by refund of all monies paid to them, or a refund from the developer of all monies paid to them. I would not recommend RAG, do more extensive research on reputable timeshare exit companies before thinking about using RAG.
