Money debeting without consent
Bigflix lure with cheap offers like subscription at Rs 1 and then they start auto renew services and debiting money from my account.
For the month of Apr, they have debited Rs249/- and a registered a complaint. They told me to uncheck the renew button in your account. So I done the same and unsubscribed. But this same happens in month of May also. And there is no option for deleting the account.
Please look into this issue and revert my money back
The worst movie rental company
Hi,
This is a big scam. They take the membership money in advance, deliver DVDs promptly for 2-3 days to falsely establish the fact that they provide good service and then disappear after that with no trace. I have called almost everyday for the last 8 days to get a movie picked-up and the next one delivered, but nobody in rental Bigflix is remotely bothered for this basic service running their whole movie rental business. The Customer Care is full of dumb parrots who can only say one line, 'I have taken your complaint and I am forwarding it to the concerned department'. That is all they have been told to say, seems like a bunch of zero IQ school dropouts. If you request the CSE that you want to speak to a supervisor/manager, they will put the call on hold for eternity and come back saying they could transfer the call. They do not come any dumber than renal Bigflix customer service executive. Rental BigFlix has set the bench mark for the worst customer service, dumb of the dumbest customer service agents, zero responsibility and money making scam.

hey reviewer..being a big flix customer for the past one month, i haven't faced any such problems yet which can b considered an irritating one..its ur bad luck i guess tht i dont know what made u write all theses stuffs out here..im using the service on ma i-phone and its works really good..
i'm member of bigflix from last two month it is my playlist i use to watch movies online and great way of entertainment nice,
This is not the case with me.I have been using this service for a while and its working good.Im using it through ma i phone as well it is smooth enough...love it..
I had opted for a “7 Movie - 6 Movies” plan with a discount on this package; where I had to pay just 99 Rs.
But I see that my credit card had been charged Rs 700.
No bigflix is not ready to refund d money. They have illegally & fraudently charged my credit card & misused my credit information.
Its a big sham !

Let the customers beware of the fraud
I had subscribed for Bigflix 3 months (limited) promotional offer and was told that I would be entitled to a scratch card which would lead to certain gifts being gift free of cost. I was not told of any additional costs at that stage. The Scratch Card invariably contains Benetton Sunglasses. I waited for the Sunglasses for almost a month and when I did not receive it, I checked with Bigflix. To my utter shock, I was told that you have to shell out Rs. 350 towards courier charges for the same. When I said that this was never told to me at the time sale, I was asked to see the scratch card.
It is quite clear that the scratch card would be given only after the customer has paid for it. Unless they tell the customer in advance about these charges, how is he going to know about it?
This is an example how Bigflix is cheating its customers. If they have any decency, they should refund my money immediately.

Service is horrible.
when a customer signs up ...a lot is promised and graduaaly rules change ...I signed up for a yearly contract and no i am suffering as there is no home delivery which was promised earlier.its been a month and most moviesI have watched, I have to go to their store to pick up physically.As i am bound by their yearly contract I am at a loss ...unless I take them to the consumer court.Despite complaints no one gets back to me and solves the issue...all that is done over and over again is that the complaint is recorded .I would not recommend it to anyone and after my yenure is over will never go for this service again.

I have not received my PF no. MH/KAN/210899/80, I had applied for my pf withdrawal on June 2010.
My company officials says that my document has been forwarded to PF office (Kandiwali, Mumbai) on summited 10 feb 2011 and I have been provided acknowledgement for the same.
Now I am trying to reach kandiwali branch for more than 3-4 months thru there landline no [protected]/[protected] but nobody picked up the phone & and a lot of time I get response “not reachable due to faulty line”, moreover that I have sent mails and many reminders to their email sro.malad@epfindia.gov.in and acc.mhch@epfindia.gov.in. but I didn’t get any response and many times mails i send PF office but no respones.i check my pf status online they say under prosses.my pf form summit in 10 feb 2011 pf office but onlie status is showing my forms recived 2 may 2011.so i request you pls help me withdrawl my pf amount.
I agree with the complaint. At the time of rental payment Mr Sameer and Mr Pratik spoke to me from sales dept. and said in case of any probelm I can talk to them. I paid and I was promised 6 movies a week (thursday being holiday) but I am not geting movies regularly. Local delivery incharge lied to me two times that movie is on the way but I didn't get movie, later he switched off phone. Today when I spoke to Mr Sameer, surprisingly he told me to talk to customer care dept and rudely said he is not responsible to look after complaint. Don't believe these sales guys of Bigflix, after getting money they will not listen to you. Posted and mailed complaints to CC dept but only assurances no solution yet, yesterday posted another complaint and sent a mail to CEO but so far no reply.
