Technical support
I bought a second hand Fujitsu TP7000S from a store, the bios is admin locked and there is no way for me to access it, I tried multiple times to get in touch with their technical support just to be told if I did not buy the computer from a reseller of fujitsu or fujitsu them self, They cannot help me as they need all kinds of proof, I think that is a bit unprofessional from their side, how are anyone whom bought second hand fujitsu equipment suppose to get help if fujitsu don't want to help them.
Desired outcome: To please help me unlock my bios
Scansnap ix1500
Futjisu promises to "offer" a second scanner but makes it so complicated to ask for the second. The request must be done not before 30 days but before 60 days, why?
Of course I forgot to reclaim my 2d scan on time and now there is no way to access anybody at futjitsu...
This is a lying/bad/misguiding way of doing business.
My request is to obtain the 2d scanner mobile one, smaller one that was promised.
Conditioner multiflex g fujitsu
In November 2014 we acquired, by appointment of an expert in the field of refrigeration, equipment (02 condenser and 10 evaporators) Fujitsu brand that the market believes to be the best existing equipment. It turns out that since the facility in February 2015 we faced a real hell because the equipment does not function adequately, the causes? Already they made us change all wiring, installing energy measurement equipment in real time, change all the equipment installation and we continued suffering. The equipment presents unexplained stops and even reversal hot / cold with no sense, so we have to frequently having to shut down the entire system and turn it back on to resume normal functionality. We have already requested the distributor (STR) to get in contact with Fujitsu because demand the immediate repurchase of this equipment that only has wronged us. The answer received is that Fujitsu does NOT make the repurchase
Windows activation
I bought a Fujitsu Lifebook A series on 12 December 2012, I cannot personalise or fully use the noteboook because it always prompts for windows activation . Activation by phone or web failed and I took it to the store (Makro Springfield, Durban) where i bought it. They took it and sent it to Fujitsu on the 07th January 2013. I collected it on 08 February 2013 and found it still has the same problem. I wonder what were they doing for the whole 4 weeks. It is almost two months now since I bought this laptop but I cannot use it. Have they forgotten that the reason for buying a product is to use it? I think the best thing they can do now is return my money and take their laptop because they are not willing to help me with their faulty operating system. I bought the product but they are refusing to give me the product code. Is that fair?
Poor customer support
I bought a Fujitsu notebook PC from a local Fry’s store. The PC showed abnormal termination when I tried to make backup DVD of factory default image. I reported this issue to Fujitsu and received an email about this on July 16, 2012. The reference identification number is [protected]. As instructed by the email I called 1-800-8Fujitsu the agent transferred me to second level support. After long waiting time someone answered my call and asked briefly about the problem. Then he said that he was busy and promised to call me back one hour later. It did not happen. I have sent a email to inquiry about this on July 17, 2012 and have not received any response. In the last email I also report that the notebook PC only work with DVD-R discs not both DVD+R and DVD-R as it advertised.
I request Fujitsu to send me backup DVDs for the factory image and pre-loaded drivers, utilities and software. I also need a explanation about the issue on DVD+R issue.
Irresponsible service centre
Fujitsu Life Book Product Model No.C080401249 was given for repair to its service centre in Varanasi at Redington (India) Ltd., D-58/12, A-86 !st Floor, Gandhi Nagar Colony, Sigra, Varanasi-221010 (Tel.no.[protected]/83. It was given on 13 July, 2009. We approached them several times, but never received a proper or positive response. Today they said that they don't know anything about it, if we want to make complaint about it, we are free to do so. We did not find anybody responsible there even to talk to. Would you please help us in the matter?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
product stopped working after installing windows 10. it now requires a restart of computer to engage the scanner. after closing it down it does not
work without the restart. tech support has really not helped with a true fix.
I had purchased my Blackberry Gemini 8520 from a mobile store in Chennai and only after purchase I knew it was a officially unlocked device and not a usual Airtel Blackberry, I was upset at first as I have nearly 3 years of experience with Blackberry service at Airtel and its just awesome they do it so professionally. I used a Rs.999 (approx. USD $20) worth cover for the phone from case mate, after a month and few days the display brightness diminished to very low level and I had taken it to the Redington India Ltd. service center in T.Nagar and they told me about the Rs.730 charge if there is water lodged in the device and I was 100% sure that there isn't any possibility for the same, so I gave my device for service and was waiting for about 2 weeks and I received a call from them saying there was water lodge in my device and they want me to pay Rs.730 to get the device back and the most important thing is that the device isn't serviced. I was like what the hell? Why would I pay these cheats the money just to open and take look at it and return? These people don't have the basic common sense that if I had known there is water why would I give it for service to pay Rs.730 unnecessarily? I would rather go to private service center and get it done for same price or something additional, finally they sent me some fake snap shots of water damage and stuff. I doubt if they had done it on their own to rip off the money. Today I got the device back and the display totally doesn't work. They spoiled it even more. Blackberry has to stop sending officially unlocked devices let the people get good service from Airtel, Reliance and other service providers. Never from these local Redington guys, I wonder if they have ever seen a Blackberry phone, these guys would only have experience in spoiling local basic phones like Nokia, Motorola etc. Now giving the service order to these guys Blackberry is spoiling its reputation in India. I need a brand new device and also my Rs.730 to be returned and I am not going to live them till then.
People beware of these guys. Redington India Ltd is totally a fraud company. Redington India Ltd rips off the money and spoils your device. Redington Group has to replace my device and pay me my Rs.730 back. Redington Group has to stop the scam in the name of service Blackberry devices. Redington India Ltd should no longed be an authorized company to service Blackberry devices. Blackberry has to stop the contract right away.
