Scammers! Never pays anyone! Thieves
This site should be shut down IMMEDIATELY! I'm reporting them to ALL international cyber crime divisions. I sold three accounts ONE MONTH AGO totaling $200 and all I hear are excuses. They said money would reach my account within 1-96hrs but that's obviously a scam!
DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS. THEY NEVER PAY ANYONE.

Middleman Services
I trusted PlayerUp's Middleman Services for an account transaction, but instead they took my money and have held it for almost 2 MONTHS. I have sent countless messages, created multiple tickets, but heard NOTHING since their first message on May 19th, 2023. The last message they sent me said "Your transaction is now officially complete. Your payment has been successfully scheduled to be sent and it will appear in your Account within an estimated 1-96 hours." It's been almost 2 months and nothing.
The buyer has received the account and PlayerUp has received my money, but I have lost my account and lost my trust with this business. I am so disheartened because I trusted this company.
Desired outcome: I would like them to release my funds.

I used their "Middleman" service to sell an account. Followed their instructions step by step, the buyer paid 412$ for the account, I delivered the account to the buyer as instructed on their middleman three way ticket, and from that moment my payment has been in pending and I get no replies by any of them.
Read the reviews on multiple sites and most of them are complaining about missing payment, this guys are doing this as if it was their job to scam people.
Recommendation: Do not use it. They just dont care about their customers, and from all the reviews I read, they have defrauded people for hundreds/thousands of dollars.
This review might have been a little early. I got contacted by MM team just a couple of days out of the deadline and they are now handling the process.
Middleman
I tried to buy an state of survival account only to find it had been sold a month before. but the site hadn't been update. The seller complained about the company, as he was still waiting to be paid a month after selling the account. I canceled the sale and asked for a refund. the seller agreed to cancel and thats it. my money 50usd is still sat there I have tried to get it back and I am waiting on it. I have complained tried to get in touch and still nothing its been over a month now. from what i have read online now this company should be blacklisted!

Payment not received
I made a transaction, sold my account on the game called Seafight, Friday the 09th of June on the website PlayerUp, using their middleman services.
I followed each and every step that they indicated, giving the buyer full access to the account, even the email.
The buyer confirmed the delivery, the seller (me) confirmed the delivery, and I updated the payment information as requested by them.
Since them I have not heard anymore from any middleman despite writing them a few times to ask for information on payment status which shows up as "Pending".
So at this moment I have lost the account, am out of 400$ and cannot get an answer by anyone of them.
Saw their middleman online a few times but he doesn't reply.
Desired outcome: I need the payment to go through and receive the amount that was promised.
I got contacted by the MM team and they issue will be resolved.
More than 2 week waiting still didn't get my payment
I have waited for my payment over 2 weeks still didn't git it, i wrote 0 star review a week ago then they blackmail me to delete my review so i can git my payment so i did then i waited more than a week still nothing i will not change my review again until i receive my payment, look at the screenshot for the proof

Not paying 2000usd by middleman 1 years
I have been a seller on this site for several years. In the past, they used to process payments within a few days or weeks. However, in 2021, they didn't pay me around $1000 USD due to their money being blocked in the bank, and I haven't received any updates since then.
Our team has been patient and understanding, as it's part of our job to deal with these situations. But now, at the end of 2022 and until now, I still haven't received any payment. We have sent numerous support tickets, but we haven't received any response.
The only response we got was a message on their support Telegram channel asking for our payment method, and after a month, they asked the same thing again. It seems like they don't even care about our situation.
As a store seller, we are struggling financially and this site's lack of concern is making it even more difficult for us to continue.

Buying an Account
I found an account that i wanted to buy, so i added the seller on discord and spoke to him for a while about the account. We agreed on a price and decided to buy it through the website (even after reading all the terrible reviews, we took the risk).
It took 2 days to actually start the transaction as the website wasnt working properly, and it only started to work properly after i emailed support threatening to get the bank involved.
The seller has not responded on discord or the site in a week so im requesting a refund, yet have seen no movement whatsoever. The middleman hasnt replied, and the seller hasnt replied, no matter how many messages i send.
STAY AWAY from this site, as all i have had is problems, and im doubtful that i will even get my money back.

Keep promising payouts but not delivering
There's a trend that you can see across all the websites where someone had a bad experience and doesn't get the money owed to them, they leave a negative review, and then playerup contacts them and promises to pay them if they remove the review. This is the kind of company you'll be dealing with if you go in to business with them.
I sold a game account, using their middleman service. If I would have just asked to get paid directly, then there wouldn't be a problem. However, I wanted to give the buyer a sense of security with the transaction. When I was notified that the buyer paid, I sent over the details and the buyer confirmed the transaction was complete. I tried to get in contact with someone on the site, but they wouldn't reply to any of the messages I sent.
I posted on the subreddit r/PlayerUpHelp, which is operated by them, but their bots removed my post as spam. Eventually I was able to get them to reply, but they simply told me they were queuing up my funds to be processed and then they locked the post, not allowing anyone else to reply, including me.
More time has gone by and I still have not been paid. I have tried to contact them through their website (support tickets, forum posts, private mesages), I tried Reddit, Telegram, Facebook - all places where they replied once, but as soon as I said I needed a payout, they stopped replying.
I wish I would have done my research beforehand and I would have used a different service. Hopefully this post will help other avoid this scam of a website.
Desired outcome: The full payment that is owed to me.

Lack of refund despite sale being cancelled by both parties

seller posted account for sale, i purchased,but after seeing screenshots I believed this sale is a scam as the screenshots shown included commander gear which was removed a few updates ago,and wouldn't be in screenshots now, and also seller wanted me to purchase via discord
I cancelled sale almost immediately my side before any middleman ticket was opened
I've messaged support and middle man a lot of times and had no replies
both myself and seller have now requested a cancellation, even though he still says he has no notifications of a sale and wants me to buy on discord

this website is not only full of people trying to scam you out of money, but even the site support itself is nonexistant
players are waiting long times for refunds, or payments, receiving no replies from support or direct mails to middlemen
most of the time the only way you'll get a reply is to post a negative review on a review site, which almost instantly guarantees you a response which they couldn't manage on their own site.
however this reply will often just be to say they'd be happy to help, but please first remove your negative review, followed by them going back to non responding

Amazon seller account
I recently purchased an item from PLAYERUP ON 25TH APRIL 2023, made the payment via middleman and I received no further communication since then. I have opened a support ticket with the middleman via the website and no reply. I have left various negative comments about them in various web site but nothing seems to affect them. There is no other ways to communicate with them. This site is a total scam where they take the buyers money and seized all the forms of communication with the buyer and provide no further support or communication regarding the status of the order. You were never billed for this transaction and the transaction was cancelled because the seller was fraudulent.
Timeline of Events
On April 25, 2023, @deusadevas placed an order on the website. The order did not activate immediately as we were conducting a review on the seller as the seller had been reported by 3 members.
On May 3, 2023, we concluded that the seller sy-ping-ko that the buyer purchased from wasn't legitimate and terminated the order. The buyer received all funds back and the transaction was terminated.
Account selling
I'm waiting for months to complete my 156 usd bank cashout, I wrote negative reviews on different sites 3 or 4 times.
When I ask for help or to complete my payment anyone response. But when I write on those "review sites" response as quick as hell. Because they do not want to pay you, they want to jerk over sellers on their site.
For example, now a "agent" will write me on site and he/she will say "we don't help on review sites, you have to contact via chat bla bla bla."
I won't delete or edit my review until I get my payment. "Agent" will suspend my transaction again and will suspend my payment, then he will ask for "delete" comment here. In the end I won't get my money. It is a cheap circle of tricking customers.
Site is not safe for trading, owners are scammers.
EDIT: yeah as I say "agent" response is fast as lightning after I wrote that comment. Same scamming tactics, same lies.
After I don't agree to "delete my review" moderator deleted my playerup profile and ip banned me.

Payment not received after two years, and still waiting
I think that waiting more than 2 years for payment is just nonsense. They say that this a Nuvei's issue, but Nuvei says they aren't responsible for releasing funds on the merchant's behalf. What am I supposed to do? PlayerUp doesn't reply anywhere. They leave your messages on seen and will even ask you to remove your negative reviews in order to "help you" as they "don't provide support on review sites". So basically they're saying: we won't give you your money unless you remove the negative review. Guess what! Even if you do that, they'll keep ignoring your messages. So, I'm done with this. I've been patient, and I guess the only solution will be to tell my negative experience with them everywhere. Perhaps they'll finally solve my issue and pay my money this way. I'm attaching the proof they ask you to remove negative reviews; I mean, if I won't my money, at least I'll be able to warn everyone. Please, don't even use their service. Their support is inexistent, they don't have good business practices and they don't care about you.

Middleman services
I'm waiting almost 3 years for my payment, but middleman just refuses give me my money with excuses for 3 years, i'm waiting patienly for nothing. I'm very depressed about this because I really believe them... Two years ago I sell 3 accounts in a row, even thinking in selling more accounts but not anymore because this site is a scam. Stay away from this scam site because if there is any error, they told you that "xxxxxxxx" web is responsible, anyone but them (why clients must to pay for bad business practices from playerup?). I was waiting middleman three years for nothing, I hate liars like him. I have proof of his excuses and lies.

I'm exactly in the same position. Besides, they'll always ask you to remove negative reviews in order to "help you". Meaning they won't pay unless you remove the negative reviews. However, they won't reply after you remove the reviews anyways.
Middleman services
Before you decide to work with PlayerUp and their "amazing" middleman services, please consider the following:
1.) In terms of customer support... They have no support. Questions? Ignored. Payment delay? That's your problem. Got scammed? Skill issue.
2.) Do not under any circumstances provide them with your personal information, especially with any copies of your ID. It will be revealed, posted on their site and used against you without your permission.
3.) If you leave any negative reviews or mention their service in a bad way: first you will be asked to remove it as they only handle support on their own site, and somehow it disturbs their work. They will try to sway you with the promises of payment. Then they will cancel your payment without your approval because you refuse to work with them. They will now try to manipulate you into deleting any negative reviews to "restore" your payment. Next, they will post every piece of your personal information that they have to blackmail you. You will be branded as a scammer and a fraud without any proof from their side.
4.) The best solution that they could provide in my situation was claiming my account from the publisher after I sold it two years ago, which basically means that they screw over both the seller and the buyer. So think very carefully before using their service to buy accounts too.
Now about my case. I sold my account two years ago, but still haven't received my money. And I never will as I am now branded a fraud on their site, my personal information is revealed, and my transaction is cancelled. Before this, I tried contacting their live chat and support numerous times, and had several two-hour long sessions in their live chat. I also tried to get any updates to my situation in the main ticket and three others.
No response since the beginning, where they post about issues with their bank and publishers. They had a main thread about it, but it stopped updating very soon and got deleted shortly after. Total radio silence since then. Until I wrote to them about my negative reviews of their service as a last resort. That and the following conversation was mostly done as a joke, just to get their attention, as I have already lost any hope to receive my money. Got instant response and the situation unfolded just as I described in point 3. At this point I don't care about money, my illegally revealed personal information or their accusations. It is about sending the message and warning to any possible users or even victims of this dishonest sorry excuse of a middleman service. Even if there really is a serious issue with their bank, the way that they handle any negativity about them, how they treat their users, customers and their private information is simply atrocious, illegal and unprofessional. If you are looking for a place to sell or to buy accounts, this is definitely not a good one, avoid PlayerUp at any cost. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.

Scam products in scam site with scum moderators
I'm a seller here. And I did everything I can to be a seller, satisfy the customer and get the customer to buy through this [censored] site's midman (when you can always do it outside the app as most sellers do) what did I get for doing that? An unjustified ban, the pieces of [censored] who moderates and handles this bullsht... Don't even have one bit care when something good or bad happens, as long as the customer cancels the order (which happened in my case, refer to picture 7th) the laziest scum of all people who doesn't know any moderation will suspend you and then find a bs excuse to ban you.. Like seriously they made a "new" rule just so they could ban me (refer to pics below). I feel like they don't deserve anything and deserves to be shutdown, bankrupt and cancelled. The scams in this site is also very prevalent, not just hacked account from other people that often get sold here (very illegal btw yet they don't care) but every seller also leads me to other sites (which I know for sure are accounts that this site owns) top notch sellers with "gold" and "silver" (their scam badge system, stupid af) leads me to other sites to buy very doubtful things (refer to picture 11 and 12) like comon that's obviously a common way to scam people yet this site don't ban it 🙂 while someone who genuinely just wanna sell something gets banned and suspended for having an order cancelled

Middleman service is a scam
In May 2021, I gave the game account details to the buyer. He had bought an insurance option, the Middleman took an extra 40$ from the deal and the seller (me) had to get about 200$. 20% for the dealer sounds quite fair, no?
Well, after 6 months, in October I'd open Super Urgent ticket (as they ask for on Trustpilot) and...
Now it's December and the payment is still pending.
P.S. When you are unemployed and this kind of trader is around you, life looks "funny".

I listed my LBC accs in Playerup website and after the buyer paid for the item. When I wanted to withdraw my money, they refused to pay me. My money withdrawing keep saying pending for nearly a month now and I have contacted them many times, but they always saying "We are processing your payment blah blah..". They are trying to keep my money and don't want...
