I was sick and felt very bad. I went to the website of Rexall Pharmacy and indicated what type of medicine I needed. I also sent the prescription from my doctor. The rep told me that within 48 hours I would get the medicine. I was shocked that 5 days passed and they again told me to wait 48 hours. They have slow delivery and it wasn’t appropriate for them. Don’t waste time.
Crappy service
I would like to say that the service at the front counter is very slow in the morning. I waited up to a half hour to purchase my products, and during the whole time one tellar was available.
So dissappointed, by chocolate milk was warm by the time I got out of there.
PS. Rexall sucks.
I am still very angry. I went into a rexall today with a visually impaired friend who has a cart. He had a list of things he wanted. He went to the back cashier in the pharmacy. When I got there he was the only customer. There was a black lady with a child over on the right side not in the lineup at all. My friend wanted to get vitamins (as on sale) so I had to go get them as he cant see the front of the bottles. It turned out he wanted me to go a second time to get 2 more, so I did. Note its only 4 feet away and still no one behind us. The cashier seemed kind of cold. So we were about to ring in the stuff (he had about 12 items in total)- I felt a nudge to my left (note on the left there is a wall about 6 inches away and a box on the left on the floor). Bill was standing beside me to my right w ith his cart. I saw things flip in front of me on the counter, it was the black lady with her baby! Then more shocking, the cashier did not say a pee, she rang her stuff in she was almost standing on my toes as she pushed in front of me. I got angry. Bill was trying to find his c. card and bill said"you cant even qualifty for a c. card (to me), so this made me more angry. I told the lady why did u do that, you have to finish with the customer your dealing with first, i forget she sasid something stupid like' you walked away to get the vitamis" but its a load of crap because bill never left his place and she knows its all his stuff and his c. card. So she rang in the stuff about 13 items and she screwed it up because of all this- so a manager had to come to straighthen it all out! Then bill says to them"i apologize for her behaviour! (meaning me!)...now am i cracking up who is in the wrong here? Bill is a regular customer they know he is visually impaired...
