I live with other people and we split the bills, but Spectrum has been pulling money out of peoples accounts illegally forcing us to dispute charges. Not a small amount either. close to 1000 dollars. Recently, Time Warner Cable evidently went in to business with Spectrum and we lost the one TV Channel...Channel 7, KETV, which has been a part of our package and gives us the BEST news and other T V programs for the last 35 or more years. Why did this have to happen? Everyone in our David City area community are complaining of this change. It's amazing...take away a channel and the monthly bill still seems to go up!
We like the sports channel, news channels and education channels and at our age, we don't need all of the other "junk" that comes with our package. Please come back with the KETV Channel so that we again can enjoy the local news that was a good morning eye opener.
Thanks for considering putting KETV Channel 7 back into our package at Spectrum
