I keep asking Ride Now Motors to give me a refund that they owe me. I told them I want to cancel the $995 gap insurance and the $795 warranty. I asked them to give me a check for $1,790. The bank already gave them the funding, so I need the money.

Ride Now Motors I bought a car from Ride Now Motors on February 17th

I bought a car from Ride Now Motors on February 17th. I paid $1200 down and the salesman said they would cover the first month's payment. All the paperwork was done on the computer, and they were supposed to send me a copy by email, but I never got it. They told me my first payment would be due on April 17th, so I thought I had time. But they lied and only paid half of the March payment. I didn't realize this and my car got repossessed by Credit Financial with only one day's notice. On top of that, I gave Ride Now Motors an extra $500 for tax and tags. It seems like they are falsely advertising and scamming people with less than perfect credit.

Ride Now Motors I'm financing a vehicle with Ride Now Motors

I'm financing a vehicle with Ride Now Motors. I put $4800 down for the down payment. A week later, my car breaks down and leaves me and my kids on the side of the highway. I reported this to Ride Now Motors, and they had my car towed to their service facility. The service facility had my car for a week and two days. Meanwhile, I had to borrow money from close friends for a rental car while they were repairing my car. The same day I picked up my car, it broke down again and left me on the side of the road. I just had the car towed to my home. Being the holiday season and with Thanksgiving tomorrow, I'm most likely stuck without a car until next week because I don't have funds for a rental car and my car is broken down. I asked Ride Now Motors to reimburse me, but they refused to do so. I'm a little concerned about that because the *** has lemon laws.

Ride Now Motors Car payment was only ten days late and I owed $190

Car payment was only ten days late and I owed $190. There was no grace period due to COVID. They repossessed my car prematurely. I just paid my car payment of $XXX on 01/07/XX. The car was repossessed only 10 days late on one missed payment. The car repo was taken on Jan 19 for the amount owed of $190, which was ten days in arrears. In recent years, if you default with a lien holder, it takes 2 months before repossession. These practices they are using with me are not mentioned in the contract, which is discriminatory. They taxed me $450 for the repo fee in the middle of COVID, and I had to pick it up from the impound lot the next day. The impound lot charged $95 for the pick-up. All these charges are being billed for a $190 debit that was only 10 days late. This is insane. Please investigate. I even called the day before to let them know over the phone that I was running behind on the payment, but they still continued with the repossession. Unfair sales practices and no forbearance offered.

Ride Now Motors I bought a 2013 Cadillac ATS from Ride Now Motors in May at their Monroe location

I bought a 2013 Cadillac ATS from Ride Now Motors in May at their Monroe location. Since then, I've had to fix a bunch of stuff. In just 6 months, I've had to replace the A/C compressor and seals, alternator, radiator, radiator reservoir, battery, and some dry rotted tires. It all started in July and I've had to shell out over $2,750 on top of my monthly payments. I couldn't afford to use their mechanics or go to the Cadillac dealer, so I found a cheaper private mechanic. Honestly, it feels like I've practically rebuilt this car. I've tried reaching out to Justin, the service manager, multiple times since July , but it hasn't made a difference. I'm never buying another vehicle from here again. I even told my adult kids to go somewhere else. The only reason I bought this car was because I liked how it looked and drove, and the price was decent. But now, it's just embarrassing to have this nice car sitting in my driveway, waiting to be fixed.

Ride Now Motors and the confusion regarding the payment dates, she seemed dismissive and unhelpful

and the confusion regarding the payment dates, she seemed dismissive and unhelpful. It was frustrating to be met with such a lack of understanding and empathy.

Furthermore, the repo of my car was unexpected and inconvenient. I relied on my vehicle for transportation to work and other important commitments. The sudden loss of my car has caused significant disruption to my daily life.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of communication and clarity from Ride Now Motors is concerning. It is important for businesses to provide accurate information and ensure that customers are well-informed about their payment schedules and obligations.

I hope that this issue can be resolved promptly and that Ride Now Motors takes steps to improve their customer service and communication practices. It is crucial for customers to feel valued and supported throughout their interactions with a company.

In conclusion, my experience with Ride Now Motors has been disappointing. The confusion surrounding payment dates and the unprofessional response from the staff have left me frustrated and inconvenienced. I hope that the necessary steps will be taken to rectify this situation and prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.

Ride Now Motors I bought a car from Ride Now Motors on X-XX-XXXX, and it turned out to be a complete disaster

I bought a car from Ride Now Motors on X-XX-XXXX, and it turned out to be a complete disaster. I put down 2500 bucks and have been making 200-dollar payments every two weeks, all on time. But just a month after getting the car, I started hearing this weird noise that sounded like an alarm going off. I whipped out my phone and recorded the sound. A few days later, the EPC light came on. I went back to the dealer and talked to Justin about the noise and the EPC light. I let him hear the noise, but all we did was play phone tag after that. On X-XX-XXXX, I got an oil change, and two weeks later, my car was telling me I needed more oil. I went back to Jiffy Lube, and they told me all the oil was gone and that I had a leak. But we have a white driveway, and there was no oil there. They said fixing the turbo could cost me 1600 bucks. By the time I reached out to someone, my 6000-mile warranty had expired. I don't even know how I managed to put 6000 miles on the car in just two months, especially since it's parked for 10 hours a day, four days a week while I'm working at Amazon. Now, the check engine light is blinking, the car is smoking, and the EPC light won't turn off. I called Justin, and he told me I have to pay for the tow and for them to figure out what's wrong. Oh, and I almost forgot, three weeks before this problem happened, Justin sent me to a mechanic they use, and he said there was nothing wrong with the car after making me wait for 15 minutes. The guy even tried to hit on me. I definitely got sold a lemon, and I just want another car.

Ride Now Motors I bought a **** Lexus ES 350 from Ride Now Motors Monroe in March 2022

I bought a *** Lexus ES 350 from Ride Now Motors Monroe in March 2022. I put down $3500, and 2 days later, the car wouldn't start. I called the dealership because I remembered seeing a portable battery charger next to the car when I picked it up. I asked the sales rep about it, and he said it was for another car. They sent someone to look at the car, and the mechanic confirmed that the battery was bad. I told them I didn't want the car anymore, but they agreed to pay for a new battery.

Two weeks later, I woke up to the alarm going off and took the car to the Lexus dealership. They told me that the car had been in a previous accident, which the dealership didn't mention. They also said that the undercarriage was rusted, sensors needed to be replaced, and belts needed to be changed. The salesman had claimed that these things were done at *** miles, but they weren't. I ended up spending a total of *** on repairs.

On August 11, 2022, a really nasty and rude man showed up at my house with a tow truck, saying he was there to pick up the car. My payment was due on the 17th, so I wasn't even 30 days late. When I called the company, Credit Financial, they said I had to pay the full balance of the car. This company is a ripoff! They repossessed the car without giving me a chance to pay off the remaining balance, which is $14000. The car only has *** miles on it, and I'm not even 30 days behind on payments. This can't be the right way to do business, is it even legal?

The repo man was dragging the bottom of the car as he drove off, and it made a really loud noise. I'm sure the car is damaged because of that. I want this company to remove the loan from my credit file because I made monthly payments and they repossessed it unlawfully. I don't want to have a bad credit rating when I fully intended to pay before it was 30 days late.

Ride Now Motors On September 5th, my truck got wrecked by someone who was high as a kite

On September 5th, my truck got wrecked by someone who was high as a kite. I had to fight with the insurance companies for a whole month to get the money I deserved. Finally, in October, I managed to get it. So, I decided to go to Ride Now Motors in ***. They told me that I needed to put down $4,000 and pay $225 every month for 72 months to get a 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. Additionally, they asked for $502 in two weeks for the tag title and other stuff. Despite them telling me that the payments were only once a month, they actually charged me $450 every month. However, I was able to make the payments.

But then, in December, I was wrongly and illegally kicked out of my home. Now, I'm homeless with no money and only the Jeep that I'm making payments on. I've tried multiple times to explain to them that this unexpected life situation has happened to me, but they refuse to work with me or find a solution where I can make smaller payments to keep my Jeep. This Jeep is the only vehicle I have to take myself and my kids to work, school, and everywhere else we need to go. The car lot just doesn't understand that I'm homeless and living in my Jeep right now. They are unwilling to consider a different situation or possibility for me to make the payments. They keep sending me threatening text messages, saying that if I don't pay the full amount of $225 plus an extra $15 by 5 PM, they will put me on a collections list. I've explained to them that I have no money and I'm broke, but I can make small payments when I have some money. However, they insist on the full payment or else. They need to realize that when unexpected circumstances happen in someone's life, they shouldn't treat people who were not behind on payments like this. All I need is a little help. Especially since they already lied to me about my payments being $225 monthly and then charged me $450 a month.

Ride Now Motors I went to the dealership two days ago ready to sign paperwork, but the Spanish sales man kept telling me not to worry about the vehicle and to

I went to the dealership two days ago ready to sign paperwork, but the Spanish sales man kept telling me not to worry about the vehicle and to focus on other things. I told him I worked at a car dealership before, so I know the process. Once inside, I asked for the vehicle to be detailed again and to have the *** checked once more, which the sales person agreed to do. I asked him what would happen if the *** didn't work, and he said I have 30 days bumper to bumper warranty. If I had any issues, I could bring it back and they would fix it. I asked for this in writing, and he said of course.

Because of the *** and detailing, we decided to wait until the next day to complete the transaction, but we put $2005 down to hold the vehicle. I came back the next day and my mother asked for the keys, but the sales person said it's unlocked and didn't give us a chance to look at the . My mother left, and I went inside. Keep in mind, I'm on crutches, so I didn't ask for the key because it's difficult for me to use my crutches.

I asked another sales person if they would write in the "we owe" if they would fix the *** if it doesn't work, as the sales person promised me the day before. He said to let the finance manager know. I was in the office and asked her if they would put gas in the car, and she said it already had gas. I was also told I wouldn't have any warranty on the vehicle, even though the sales person told me the day before that I would.

The moment I refused to move forward, the financing manager was displeased. I called my mother to let her know what was happening. I asked if the sales person and the finance manager could step out while I spoke to my mother, as I can't walk far distances or keep my balance due to an accident on Sunday. We backed out of the deal, and as soon as I asked for a refund, the finance manager got an attitude. Check the camera.

Ride Now Motors dealer fixed broken windshield that it was bought with

dealer fixed broken windshield that it was bought with. I received car back with all service lights on and car is now broke down unable to drive. Bought a 2014 Dodge Avenger on april 30th of 2020. Everything went extremely smooth with the buying process, almost too easy. I bought the car knowing it had a cracked windshield but was told by the salesman Randal, that they would send someone out to my job location or house to get it fixed. After two days of having the vehicle, I can't brake in the car, very high pitch noise when trying to do so. The lights are flickering, almost causing me to wreck at night when I'm driving and the only way to stop it is to touch the blinker which it will go right back to doing it sometimes. Alicia, your general manager, went back and forth with me in email explaining that I needed to bring the car down to her to get the windshield and brakes replaced & I showed Randal a video of the lights flickering when I picked up my plate 4 days after purchasing the vehicle. A month and 12 days pass and I finally get my windshield and rotors and brakes replaced, leaving my car a disgusting mess with dirt and shoe prints all over inside the car. And during a time like this with a global pandemic nobody wants someone else's dirt and mess from replacing the windshield in their car to clean up after someone... I had taken a day off of work with no pay to get these things fixed on the car when I shouldn't have even been on the lot with these issues going on. When I received my vehicle back from the Monroe service department 2 days later, I'm noticing all lights are coming on, check engine Battery light and a few others. I then contact them back and let them know none of these issues were going on before I dropped the car off and they all suddenly appear after receiving my car back. My car now has broke down, and left on the side of the road for my towing service through my insurance to pick it up. The general manager here at Ride Now Motors, Alicia, has been no help.. I expect her being the general manager of a dealership to give me some type of input on what I should do regarding having the vehicle only 2 months and it being broke down not even being able to be driven, she gives me the warranty number that covers powertrain and engine issues. But let's keep in mind none of these issues occurred until AFTER picking this car up after the windshield and brakes were fixed. Now I'm left with no way to get to my job. No help from your "general manager". I was expecting some type of let's take a look at it and see what we can do. I'm not expecting a handout with this car, I know it was bought as is. But no car should be doing this after two months and no car's engine lights and etc are going to come up all of them just days after picking the car up from the service department. I feel like I've gotten taken advantage of with money, and now my time. Now Alicia at the *** location will not be accepting any of my emails because this is the second incident that has not been my fault, and now I feel is doing things out of spite because she says she has the right, to not work with any customers. This has been absolutely the worst buying experience I have EVER had. And I expect nobody to fall for their "no credit, your job is your credit" motto because you will have your money taken, and most importantly put your hard worked for money into this company that is no help.

Ride Now Motors I bought a car from this place and the clutch burned out real quick

I bought a car from this place and the clutch burned out real quick. They want me to pay for the fix. On June 27, my mom took me to Ride Now Motors to get my first car. I'm 19, just started a new job, and saved up $2,000 for a down payment. I wanted a manual car, so we test drove a 2012 Hyundai Veloster Coupe 3D. I told the salesperson I never drove stick before, but my mom knew how. The odometer showed 42,000 miles, so I thought it was a good choice. Mom test drove it for me since she knows stick. She said it was a bit tough to shift into third gear, but she blamed it on not driving stick for a while. I signed the contract and mom drove off the lot. But after driving half a mile, the car wouldn't shift into any gear. Mom pulled over, but the car wouldn't move no matter what gear she tried. She called Ride Now Motors and told them the car was stuck. A mechanic from there came after 20 minutes and said the clutch was busted. Mom called a family member to pick us up. We went back to Ride Now Motors hoping for a refund or another car. But the Manager said we couldn't do either because of a "No Cool Off Period" rule in my contract. Mom explained I only had the car for about 45 minutes before it broke down. The manager told me to call back on Monday so she could talk to the owner. On Monday, they said the owner wouldn't be back for weeks, but I had to pay for the clutch repair. When I asked why, the manager said the mechanic told her I burned out the clutch. But I never even got to drive the car. I've never driven stick before, so I wouldn't risk it without practicing first. We live in Winston Salem, NC, but we were in Monroe, NC visiting family when we decided to look for a car. People said Ride Now Motors would probably finance a car for me even though I just started my job. Mom called them many times to talk to the owner, but they said nobody owns the business. The Office Manager at Ride Now Motors keeps saying I have to pay for the clutch repair. I don't have the car or my $2,000. Sadly, I didn't check the Carfax until after I bought it. The report says the original odometer got replaced. A local mechanic told me the new odometer might not show the right mileage. He also said the clutch probably burned out from wear and tear before I bought it since it happened so soon after leaving the dealership. On 7/6, the Office Manager said they'd repossess the car if I didn't pay $365 for the clutch repair. That's only half the bill. She said the owner (finally admitting there's an owner) would pay the other half. She also said if I paid for the car in full, the owner would cover the whole repair cost. I couldn't believe they expected me to pay for a burned out clutch in a car I never even drove. Ride Now Motors won't fix the clutch without me paying. I haven't talked to the owner yet, but I'll send a certified letter asking for a solution to avoid legal action.
