of Atlanta and their ability to provide competent and reliable service
of Atlanta and their ability to provide competent and reliable service. It's frustrating to have to deal with such incompetence and lack of communication. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for quality service. It's a shame that they can't seem to get their act together and provide the level of service that customers deserve. Hopefully, they will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to improve their service in the future.
I had a bad experience with this dealership since February when I took my car for services
I had a bad experience with this dealership since February when I took my car for services. I had problems with my 2013 Infiniti G37, like loss of power while accelerating and sputtering while idle sitting at a light. They said it was due to my sensors and I paid for it. But the same issue happened again. I returned my car back to be serviced, and they said it was a different cause for the same symptoms. I had to return my car back for the same cause even after the second time on other occasions totaling 7 times.
Each time I brought my car back there was a different diagnosis for the same symptoms. I sent an email to the manager over the service department, but he forwarded it to his subordinate. Till' this day my car has not been fixed. It is with them currently at the dealership and they refuse to service my car. The service advisor continues to try to find numerous reasons to charge me for another diagnosis and problem that is "supposedly wrong with my car."
When I came to this dealership, it was because the dealership specializes in Infinitis. I had high hopes that these specialists would exercise their expertise and correctly diagnose my vehicle and get it back in good health. But I didn't get an Infiniti specialist, I got a beginner. All I require is an explanation for why my car has not been fixed and why they continue to charge me for multiple things without giving me a correct diagnosis and results. I will not continue to pay my money for services that were not rendered on behalf of me and my vehicle.

We had to pay for tire replacement and dent repair out of our own pockets
We had to pay for tire replacement and dent repair out of our own pockets. It's a shame that this dealership doesn't stand behind their promises. The service manager, *** Millitello, needs to be replaced with someone who actually cares about customer satisfaction. Don't waste your time or money at Nalley Infiniti of Atlanta.
I had a bad experience with Nalley Infiniti of Atlanta
I had a bad experience with Nalley Infiniti of Atlanta. I tried to get a response about my RO# ***, but I didn't get any answer for two weeks. I called and left messages for the Service Manager and ***, but no one returned my calls. I even spoke to Matao, who said he delivered the message, but still no response. I asked for a statement on my invoice to show that my car was fine, but it wasn't corrected. I had to tow my car to another repair facility. I paid my *** in full, but I still need a corrected invoice. Please contact me and let me know when I can expect it.
I am not happy with the service I received at Nalley Infiniti of Atlanta
I am not happy with the service I received at Nalley Infiniti of Atlanta. The repairs were not done correctly and now I have to pay more money to fix the same problems. The staff was not helpful and did not seem to care about my concerns. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I got a 2016 Infiniti QX80 on Feb 28, 2020
I got a 2016 Infiniti QX80 on Feb 28, 2020. The finance manager, ***, told me to get an extended warranty for 72 months (same as the loan term) that covered the whole car. I paid off the loan on Feb 11, 2022 (4 years early) and now I'm owed a refund. I called the dealership many times and left messages for *** and ***, but they haven't called me back.
I had a bad experience with Nalley Infiniti of Atlanta
I had a bad experience with Nalley Infiniti of Atlanta. I bought a 2013 BMW X5 Diesel in Jet Black/668 from salesman *** Smith for 18,425 USD on 4/12. I sent the money wire. The car was supposed to be in good condition, but when I received it on 4/15, it had damage to the driver front bumper and fender, and paint transfer from a red car. The salesman didn't want to fix it or give me compensation. He also didn't give me the proper paperwork, which is making it hard to register the car. I tried to contact him and the dealership, but they ignored me. Don't buy from them!
I went to Nalley Infiniti of Atlanta for a buy one get one free oil change
I went to Nalley Infiniti of Atlanta for a buy one get one free oil change. I scheduled an appointment for 7:20am on 12/18, but it was never completed. I have an Infiniti Q50 and I needed to be at work by 10am. I thought I would be the second car to be serviced since I had an appointment, but when I arrived, there were already 6 people there. I don't know if they were walk-ins or if they had appointments before me. My car sat there until 10am and the service was never completed. I was late to work and had to go to a different dealership to get the service that was due for free. It was such an inconvenience and I lost money and time. They didn't explain why my car sat there for almost 3 hours without being serviced. I had a bad experience with Nalley and I wonder if they put a note in their system and are punishing me for previous interactions. I left a message for Mike and spoke with Terry, but Mike hasn't returned my call. It's unprofessional.
I got a 2019 Infiniti Q50 from Nalley Infiniti of Atlanta and it was a big letdown
I got a 2019 Infiniti Q50 from Nalley Infiniti of Atlanta and it was a big letdown. I had to buy a second key for my car which should have been included. I had my own financing, check in hand, car picked out but still had to wait for 3 hours at the dealership. Two different employees tried to convince me to use their financing, but I declined. We finally started the paperwork, but it had to be redone twice because of unnecessary fees. When I was ready to take ownership, I was given only one key. I went to an Infiniti dealer to buy a certified used vehicle, but it only came with one key. They couldn't give me a second key, but offered me a discount from $480 to $275. I reluctantly paid for the key out of pocket. If I had known the key wasn't included, I would have had them include it in my loan. This was the worst experience I've had buying a car. The sales person was helpful, but overall, I would give this dealership a 1 star rating.
I got a car from Nalley Infiniti of Atlanta and an extended warranty
I got a car from Nalley Infiniti of Atlanta and an extended warranty. They said it would cover all oil changes and service for as long as I had the car. I went for an oil change in September at Nalley after 5-6,000 miles, and they charged me for this service from the service department. I paid, then asked that my service and extended warranty be cancelled because they lied to me about coverages. Finally, I met with the Finance Manager, who reluctantly agreed to cancel my service agreement and warranty. He gave me a cancellation agreement to sign. They only refunded a part of the cost of the agreements. I went to see the General Manager, who suggested we all meet to come to an agreement. We did; the General Sales Manager, Finance Manager, and I met. We agreed that ALL of the money I paid for the service and maintenance agreement would be refunded. The General Sales Manager agreed to cover the amount the service contractor did not refund back. They said it would take a couple of months. It's December, and I haven't received a refund, and I can't contact anyone from this dealership. This dealership has been a thorn in my side from day one. I just want a refund for my service agreement. Please help!
I went to Nalley Infiniti of Atlanta on May 2 to fix my air conditioning and a "whining" noise while driving
I went to Nalley Infiniti of Atlanta on May 2 to fix my air conditioning and a "whining" noise while driving. They said it was the front driver wheel bearing and my warranty covered the repair. But the noise continued and they found out it was the transfer case, which costs over $5000 to fix. My warranty won't cover it because they said there was no oil. The service department said metal shavings turned the oil to sludge. If they checked the transfer case oil during regular maintenance, they would have caught it. They said they checked it during my oil changes, but why was there no oil? I tried contacting them and my warranty company, but no one has called me back since May 27.
I got a problem with my Q60's convertible top and I'm not happy about it
I got a problem with my Q60's convertible top and I'm not happy about it. I had the same issue with my G37 and they quoted me $4000 for the repair, so I traded it in for the Q60. But now the same thing happened with the Q60 and they want to charge me $2000 for the repair. I contacted Infiniti Consumer Affairs but they won't help me because I haven't brought my car in for service since I bought it. But I've always used Nalley service department for the previous 4 years with my G37. It's not fair that they sold me a "mint condition" car with only 17,000 miles and won't fix it or offer any financial assistance. I'm willing to pay for the labor, but they should install the defective part for free. I bought a newer model so I could have a convertible, but now I can't even use it.
I went to Nalley Infiniti of Atlanta on 12/16 at 9:30am to pick up my car, but the service coordinator *** told me that the part for my car
I went to Nalley Infiniti of Atlanta on 12/16 at 9:30am to pick up my car, but the service coordinator *** told me that the part for my car needed to be ordered and it was not ready for pick up. He also said that I couldn't get a loaner vehicle because my account was flagged for supposedly taking one of their loaners across state lines to FL, which I am sure I never did. I tried to speak with a manager, but I was told that no manager was available. I went to the office to figure things out in person and was shown toll booth pictures of an Infiniti loaner that was attached to my name in their system during the time of the picture being taken, but I know for sure that is not the loaner they had given me during that time frame. The car on the picture was a sedan and the actual car that I was given was a truck. They told me that the previous service manager *** flagged my profile with these false accusations based on incorrect data. They also said that the part needed to fix my car is on back order and they don't know when it will be in stock, so there is no set date for me to get my vehicle. This same dealership took my car in for service in April and had my car until June for the same reasons (parts on back order). The same service manager *** confirmed that I could pay my portion of the *** as the bulk of the damages were caused by third party vendor and I had already opened a claim with them and he was in contact with the claim company ***.
ever done to fix the problem
ever done to fix the problem. Overall, my experience with Nalley Infiniti of Atlanta was not good. They sold me a faulty vehicle and then tried to avoid responsibility for it. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable car.
I went to Nalley Infiniti of Atlanta to lease a 2020 QX60 and was told by two different salespeople that there would be no mileage overage fees
I went to Nalley Infiniti of Atlanta to lease a 2020 QX60 and was told by two different salespeople that there would be no mileage overage fees on my old lease. However, I received a bill for $5300 and the dealership is now avoiding me. I asked Pauline if we needed to do the inspection and she said "no". She delivered my 2020 model and drove off with my 2017 model. After about 20 min down the road, she texted a picture of the mileage to me and stated there would be mileage fees. I told her that I was told there would be no fees. She asked me to find the email. As I worked to recover my emails, she emailed me on Aug 6 to see if I found the email. I told her I was still working on it and if this was going to be an ongoing issue, then we should cancel the transaction and I will take back the 2017 lease and I would trade elsewhere. No response back. Then I receive a bill from Infiniti Financial for $5300 on Aug 16 for mileage overage. So I immediately emailed (because my phone calls do not get returned) Pauline to let her know I received this bill and that I was not willing to pay this amount and I would like to cancel the transaction. These fees could easily be avoided if I had outright purchased the car or traded elsewhere. This is my 3rd lease and I have never had to pay for mileage overage. Pauline continued with the sale against my wishes knowing we would get stuck with a bill for $5300. I sent numerous emails and made several phone calls to Pauline and the GM *** only to not have my calls returned. Their avoidance tells me they know they were in the wrong. I even asked if the mileage could be rolled over into the new lease. I was willing to work something out, but they clearly are not standing by their promises.
