I gotta say, these Right at Home folks have been a godsend. Yeah, it ain't exactly cheap, but when it comes to my dear ol' mom's care, I ain't skimpin' on quality. And let me tell ya, these guys deliver.

They've been so dang accommodating, it's almost like they're part of the family. Whenever I need to vent or just have a good cry, they're there to listen and offer a shoulder to lean on. And they're always so dang understanding, even when I'm being a real pain in the you-know-what.

From day one, they've been on top of things. They really get the situation and know just what needs to be done. And let me tell ya, having someone there to give me a break and catch some Z's has been a real lifesaver.

All in all, I gotta say these folks are just plain wonderful. They really care about their clients and go above and beyond to make sure everything's taken care of. Sure, it ain't cheap, but when it comes to my mom's care, I wouldn't trust anyone else.

I managed to find me a home caregiver on Craigslist for a lot less dough. I don't know if I got lucky or what, but the person I found on Craigslist wasn't any worse than them Right at Home folks.

I had the pleasure of having Nasja from Right at Home come to my home to help take care of my 96-year-old dad. I gotta say, I'm really impressed with her work. She's a real gem! She listened to my concerns and jumped right in to help my dad as directed. I can finally run errands and do other things without worrying about my dad's well-being. Nasja is so sweet, kind, and compassionate. You can tell that she really cares about what she does. She's not just doing her job, she's doing it from the heart. I recently had an experience with Right at Home and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. I paid a hefty $30 per hour for assistance, but the quality of help I received was subpar. The caregiver who was assigned to me came in and introduced herself, but then proceeded to sit at my kitchen table for a good 20 minutes eating her lunch. When she finally finished, I reminded her that I had paid for a 4-hour shift and that the time had started now. To my surprise, she objected and I had to call the office to sort things out.

To make matters worse, the caregiver did not even finish the 4-hour shift that I had paid for. As a result, I did not pay for the remaining time. I was extremely disappointed with the service I received and decided to terminate my contract with Right at Home over a month ago. However, I am still waiting for my deposit of almost $1000 to be returned to me. When I contacted Tony, the owner, he informed me that the person who handles this has been on vacation. I couldn't help but wonder if they had someone else handling billing during this time.

Overall, my experience with Right at Home was not a pleasant one. I paid a lot of money for a service that did not meet my expectations, and I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned to me. I hope that they can improve their services and customer service in the future, as it is important for those who need assistance to receive quality care.

One of the biggest issues I had with Right at Home Townsville was the overcharging for cleaning services. I felt like I was being taken advantage of and that the prices were unfair. This added to the stress of an already difficult situation.

Despite the fact that the people who came to our house were lovely, I cannot recommend Right at Home Townsville. The lack of communication, transparency, and honesty made this experience terrible. I hope that in the future, they can improve their services and provide the support that people need without causing unnecessary stress.

Right at Home is a caregiving service that charges a whopping $25 per hour. However, they send a caregiver who only gets paid $10 per hour, and you have to train them on everything. On top of that, they charge time-and-a-half extra per hour on holidays, which can really add up. If you ever have an emergency and need the caregiver to come back ASAP, they will ask for even more money, which is totally uncaring and unprofessional.

One of the biggest issues with Right at Home is that they are unable to provide staff like they promised. They won't even call to let the family know that they won't be able to send a caregiver. You can see all the openings in the picture that I posted from just this week. The caregiver for today never even bothered to show up, and they still have not called us about her.

Overall, I would not recommend Right at Home. They are too expensive and don't provide the level of care that they promise. If you're looking for a caregiving service, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

But it gets worse. Apparently they've hired an LPN to train their workers. Now, I don't know about you, but I wouldn't want someone who's not qualified to be teaching me how to do my job. And yet, that's exactly what Right at Home is doing. It's like they don't even care about the quality of care their clients are receiving.

And to top it all off, they've raised their rates to the customer by $4 an hour in just one year. That's a pretty big increase, if you ask me. But guess what? The workers aren't seeing any of that money. It's all going straight into the company's pockets. It's like they're saying, "Thanks for all your hard work, but we're gonna keep all the profits for ourselves."

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Right at Home to anyone. They don't seem to care about their workers or their clients, and they're more concerned with making money than providing quality care. If you're looking for a home care provider, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.
