and they were happy with the results too
and they were happy with the results too. The installers were friendly and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and left no mess behind. The only downside was that the installation took longer than expected, but it was worth it in the end. Overall, I highly recommend Rite Window for anyone looking to upgrade their windows and doors.

I got 4 windows from Rite Window and they cost me just under 6 grand
I got 4 windows from Rite Window and they cost me just under 6 grand. They explained everything real good, no surprises. They sent us some emails while we waited so we knew they didn't forget about us. They came on time and there were no surprises on the day they put the windows in. Vinny knew what he was doing and got right to work, no problems. I would tell other people to use them.

I ordered an ENTRY DOOR from Rite Window on 2/12 and paid a Deposti of 1,700
I ordered an ENTRY DOOR from Rite Window on 2/12 and paid a Deposti of 1,700. The door was delivered on 5/21 and installed the same day. I paid the balance of 1,700 on the same day. However, the door did not fit properly and some parts were damaged. Despite this, they installed it anyway. The replacement parts came in the wrong size and when the correct ones arrived, they were also the wrong size. I am still waiting for the correct parts. The hinges had a VERY LOUD creaking noise, which was fixed at some point but has started again. The lock bolt and latch had to be replaced. Sometimes, light can be seen at the bottom of the door when it is closed.
We hired Rite Window for a window and door install
We hired Rite Window for a window and door install. The door was not installed right and started giving us problems after. We contacted Rite Window to fix it, but they came out three times and still didn't fix it. The last time they came out was in August, but they didn't have the right parts. They said it would take months to get the custom parts, but we never heard back. I called and emailed, but no one responded. They broke the door warranty and now we might have to sue. The door was installed on 12/31 and still doesn't work right.

I got 11 new windows from rite window and I told them I wanted full screens
I got 11 new windows from rite window and I told them I wanted full screens. But these screens are too hard for me to put in and take out because I'm old. I tried to call and email them but no one answered me. I even left messages but still no response. I said I would pay for half screens if they couldn't give me full screens. These full screens are dangerous for old people because they might need to use the window in an emergency. And if you have a window a/c, forget about full screens! The salesman should have told me about the good and bad things about full screens before I bought them. I need new screens and I need a response from them. I don't trust this company anymore because they don't care about their customers.
Me and my wife agreed to pay $8000 for 9 windows from Rite Window in April
Me and my wife agreed to pay $8000 for 9 windows from Rite Window in April. The contract said it would take 12-16 weeks to complete and they estimated it would only take 1 day. The windows arrived on July 19th, which was just inside the 16 week timeframe. But, 3 out of 9 windows were the wrong size. The technician who came to our house to measure the windows made a mistake. We were told that the right size would be a priority for the manufacturer and would be first in the production line. We were also told that it would not take another 12-16 weeks. Finally, the 3 windows arrived on September 27th. But, two of the screens that came with the windows were damaged. We have to wait for an undetermined amount of time for replacement. I wrote on the Project Completion Form that I wanted to speak to the owner/manager. I want compensation for this disaster.
rite window is bad
rite window is bad. they lied to me about how long it would take. the salesman was there for 3 hours instead of 30 minutes like they said. i signed up for no finance but got charged $29 anyway. they said they would refund me but they didn't. the guy who measured was really rude and made me do it again even though it was 14 weeks out. the salesman never said it would take that long. i complained about the $29 fee on 1/4 but they haven't done anything about it. they said they emailed me in february but i didn't see it. it's 3/19 now and they still can't tell me when they'll install. they don't communicate and they lie. i don't trust them. i contacted them today but they didn't help me. i just have to wait more. they don't care about me.
I had a window that needed fixing under the warranty from Rite Window
I had a window that needed fixing under the warranty from Rite Window. I had the windows installed in 2013. One of the parts of the window broke recently, causing the bottom double hung window to open into the house without warning. It broke the glass, but luckily no one was hurt. I spoke with John (Direct: XXX-XXX-XXXX) at the warranty department on 03/23. He was nice and told me it was covered under warranty, but it would take a couple of weeks for them to get it from the manufacturer. The next day, the Governor said all businesses would be closed because of Covid-19, so I understand why there was a delay. When they were allowed to open, I called John on 4/26. He said the window would arrive in the 2nd week of June. On 6/16, he told me it would be another 2 weeks because they were just getting in March orders. When I reminded him that my order was from March, he said he would check with the manufacturer the next day and call me back (so he never checked all the other times we spoke?). When he didn't call me back on 6/18, I called again. Now John says the manufacturer is delayed and it will be another 4 weeks. He says there's nothing more they can do. I can't think of anything else to say other than this seems like a scam. They just keep dragging the warranty repair promise until the customer gives up!
Rite Window put in 17 windows and 3 sliding doors in our house
Rite Window put in 17 windows and 3 sliding doors in our house. We had some big leaks and we called them up. We thought the leaks were from 2 of the windows. There was also water coming from a broken seal on one of the sliders and a screen door that didn't fit right. It was hard to get them to come out because they were all on break, but they said they would come. They came on May 4 and looked at the windows with a contractor we hired. They looked at the slider too, but one of the guys went into a room without knocking and scared a dog. Rite Window broke the wood in a few places when they took apart the window trim and frames. They said they didn't see enough proof that the leaks were from their work. They left without telling us and left a mess. They left glue and caulking on the walls and a piece of trim on the bed. We had a hard time talking to them and their boss, Jack F, won't give us any contact info for his boss. We got windows, sliders, and screens from them. Order number: XXXXXXX.
I got 23 windows from Rite Window in May
I got 23 windows from Rite Window in May . They put the windows in right, but the trim work was wrong and didn't match the trim work of the 18 windows they put in before. They came back to fix it, but just put more trim on top of the bad trim work. Now there are 3 layers of trim and big gaps that they filled with caulking. This is going to cause water problems later because the trim work was done bad. I talked to the owner, Bill, and he gave me his phone number after I put a Yelp review up. I wasn't happy with the work and I called him a lot. Bill said he would make sure I was happy with the work. He sent someone to my house to look at the problems. We talked about what needed to be fixed. A few weeks later, someone came to fix one window to see if I was happy. I was happy, so they were going to fix the other 22 windows. Bill called me 2 weeks later and asked me to take down my Yelp review. He said he would give me $1,000 if I took it down. He said they were too busy to fix the windows right away. I said I could wait. I haven't heard from them since November . They lied and said I was happy with the work and signed a form that said the job was done. But the job isn't done right and I'm not happy with it. I paid for the work and it's not done right. They need to fix it.
I bought windows and doors from Rite Window on 6/6 for $14,000
I bought windows and doors from Rite Window on 6/6 for $14,000. The installation happened on 8/28 and there were many issues that the company did not address at that time. We had damaged windows and screens, they took off a support beam that held our railing to our house and never put it back, scratched a window frame with a razor, drilled the locks in the incorrect spot on the storm door, and one of the installers took our old door lock and passcode. Rite Window had a service person come out and asked that we take a concession on one damaged window and would replace one frame, put in a service call for the three screens, told me they would fix the deck support, and there was nothing they could do about the door. We were told it would take 5 weeks. I then reached out again as we did not hear a status and spoke to John the service manager. He knew nothing about the door and only a couple of the window issues. He sent out a service person to fix the screens. The service person broke one of the screens and left and said nothing. The service person never replaced the deck support. Both of these were identified after they left and I immediately called Rite Window. They asked to see all the pictures and I told them at this point I wanted compensation for all these problems and the door lock their associate took from me. John assured me he would call me the next day. I followed up three times via email as I never heard back. Fast forward a month later and I called again on Monday 10/19 and he said oh there must have been a miscommunication? I said no this is what you said, I followed up via email and no response was received. He told me he would call me by end of day on the 19th for a status on the replacement windows and that he would want someone to come out and look at all these problems AGAIN. I told him he could send that person out WHEN they were coming to replace the windows as I was no longer bending over backwards for this company and I wanted compensation. Today is now 10/23 and I have yet to hear back from John about the status on our replacements. This company is terrible and should not be allowed to treat a customer who paid $14,000 for windows and a door like this.
This company is not good at all
This company is not good at all. We bought 13 windows and 1 door on August 1 for $14,200 from Patrick R. The installation team was terrible. One of them didn't wear a mask even after we asked him to. They rushed the job and didn't insulate the windows properly. One window had a big gap and they didn't want to fix it properly. They broke some molding and didn't replace it. They also messed up our door and cut into our floor. They didn't care about safety and ignored a fire hazard. We had to wait 49 days for them to fix it. The team that came to fix it was better, but they didn't have everything they needed. They also didn't fix the windows in our girls' room. They promised to replace a damaged window and give us a discount, but we haven't heard anything. And to top it off, our patio door leaks and ruined our Christmas.
