I cannot find info on an account for myself when looking up online. I received the vitamins and was charged but they taste so so bad that I cannot take another one! I want to cancel and get a refund but phone number is bogus. It goes to a machine that tells you go to online! There is no way for me to cancel! I must turn in to dispute the charge!

I signed up for a monthly subscription. On the first month, I received the vitamins. However, for the second and third months, the vitamins never arrived even though my card was charged. I contacted *** support requesting the tracking number as all packages entering my building are signed for and recorded. Ritual was unable to provide a tracking number for either shipment. Each time they said a replacement is on its way. The replacements never arrived either, and also mysteriously had no tracking numbers. What are the odds that 4 separate shipments should go missing? I cancelled my subscription and reported them to my credit card company.

I have repeatedly tried canceling my membership. Several emails with no response. I moved tried changing my address but the vitamins stopped coming Yet my card has been charged all year with no product. No phone number to talk to anyone just email. I have requested my subscription to be cancelled but no response. Card has been charged for $30 for the past 10 months with no product or any response from this awful company

the vitamins never arrived. I was also charged twice for a product that never came. I ordered these vitamins feb 11, 2020. They shipped the same day. They were suppose to arrive feb 17, 2020. The tracking never told me where the package was and i never received them. I emailed a complaint and they said they'd send me a new bottle and give me *** credit. I never got a shipment confirmation. I tried to cancel my subscription with the company but they said my package wouldn't ship, they then charged my debit card on file a 2nd time even though I didn't order another bottle and it wasn't time for the subscription to send a new bottle. I emailed them again and got no reply.

It's a scam, I want a refund. The vitamins were average, no better than generic brands.

Money taken out of bank account, NO product was delivered as online agreement states. This was a monthly vitamin subscription. Giving me the runaround I signed up for a monthly vitamin service. Per agreement I agreed to a monthly withdraw from my banking account and they would send vitamins in the mail. I received April shipment, but May shipment has not been delivered, they already withdrew money from my bank account. I received a delivery notice and promptly contacted them via email. I still have not received the product. They first tried to say I needed to make sure my address was correct. I had to show them THEY sent a confirmation that my product was delivered. Then they blamed USPS, citing COVID -19 was the reason. Then they claimed my product was being delivered again..the whole thing is very confusing.

Every month so far the order has been at least a week late, resulting in a lapse of vitamins for several days. This month the order is already a week late and was initially promised a free replacement order to be expedited immediately. My credit card was charged and upon signing into my account, it showed the order was not slated to arrive for another 2 weeks. I contacted *** to inform them of the mistake and asked for a tracking number and an explanation on why my order is not being expedited. I still have not heard a response back. This is extremely rude business practices for pregnant customers who rely on taking prenatal vitamins for their pregnancies. My doctor prescribed me to take a prenatal vitamin every day and recommended Ritual vitamins. I have informed my doctors office of the poor business practices of Ritual so that they do not continue to recommend this company to others. I regret my decision choosing Ritual and am now halfway through my pregnancy am beginning to research other company brands to purchase instead.
