Their prices are higher and it isn't advisably to book through them
We booked hotel and entertainment through the website www.ritualholidays.com. The website is real rip off, because they took larger sums for the reservation and other services. When we arrived in the hotel, it turned out that all trips, excursions and some entertainment programs were cheaper and the prices were lower. So, be careful is you use this website and don’t book everything through this website.
No info about the trip
We booked two packages on the website www.ritualholidays.com. We transferred money in advance and the rep promised to provide all necessary info within a week. After that no news from them, no info about the trip and these scammers ignored all our emails and phone calls. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.
The rep wanted only money and couldn't provide trip and entertainment
We decided to use the website www.ritualholidays.com in order to book the trip. We contacted the agent and she helped us to choose the hotel and entertainment. But after 3 days, we got the email from the rep that our hotel was full and no places were provided. We decided to change the trip, but the rep told that we would need to pay for that, and after she asked only to pay for everything. I think that they fooled and scammed us. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this company.
