I went to Roger Dean Chevrolet to get a new bed liner for my 2022 Chevy P/U truck, but they said no. They won't replace it even though it's defective. That's not cool, man. I mean, come on, it's a brand new truck and they won't fix something that's clearly their responsibility. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. I'm really disappointed with their service.

I bought a part from Roger Dean Chevrolet to put in my truck. I got the part and took off my back bumper to put it in. I should've checked if it was the right part, but I trusted the folks at Roger Dean. They got the wrong part. I called the parts manager and service director, and they said they'd order the right one. I told them how much work it was to take off the bumper and that they should cover the labor cost this time. They said no. So, I offered to pay half of the labor cost. They still said no! All they said was, "Check the part before you install it next time," with a sarcastic tone.

Overchargng and fraud chargng. On January 2nd we took our vehicle to Roger Dean Chevy service department for a diagnostics of camshaft solenoids. The part costs $50 the labor takes 15 minutes for an inexperienced mechanic, but we were quoted at over $500. This is when I told them I would not be getting the repairs done with them and explain the reason why, at this time they charged me $143.58 for the labor of the diagnosis. To diagnose the problem of the vehicle you would plug in a computer and it would spit the air code out this process takes no more than 10 seconds yet I was charged for over an hour of labor. These type of charges are the exact definition of fraud I tried to explain this to them at the shop they were unwilling to communicate and tried to explain their costs with more lies. they have lost me as a customer forever. Too top it off I just finished the repair myself and it cost me $50, they quoted me at 540.

I called your parts department on Dec 7, XXXX X:XXPm to check if you had a TCM for my 2013 Chevy 2500Hd truck. The parts person said it didn't need programming and was plug and play. I paid $540.38 for this part, only to find out 15 minutes later that it actually needed to be programmed. When I called back, Chris from the parts department said he couldn't take the part back because it was already opened, and he mentioned that the box was open at your location on the counter. Now I have this part and had to buy another TCM from a different vendor because I couldn't reach your service advisor all day and my truck was out of commission, causing me to miss work. I had to spend more money on a company that could send me a TCM programmed with my VIN. I want a refund for the TCM that your dealership sold me with incorrect information about the programming. Someone needs to call me to discuss this issue, or else I will seek legal representation and contact Wink New because it's not fair. I called just 15 minutes after buying the part, only to be told to go away. *** invoice number XXXXXX.
