I bought a camaro from Madera Ford on April 19th and I've got like 10 to 15 notices of them checking my credit, with the latest one on June 5th, which was my birthday. I don't get it, it's been 2 months since I bought the car and they're still doing these credit checks with hard inquiries?

I bought a warranty when I got my truck half a year ago. The truck ain't running and needs fixing. The advisor can't file a claim 'cause the dealership never sent my purchase proof to the warranty company. My warranty is still stuck in "processing state". I called profolio and they said the dealership never sent my paperwork to them. I've called many times to sort it out, but I keep getting put on hold for more than 20 minutes and then they hang up. I've left messages for different managers and when I did talk to someone, they said they'd look into it and call me back. But I still haven't received a call back.

We bought a used 2015 Chevy Silverado on June 16th. It had less than 30,000 miles. But just two days later, the truck started leaking oil and making a loud clicking noise from under the hood. We took it to the service department, but they haven't been helpful. They don't return our calls or give us any information about what's happening. They sent the truck to Chevy, and now they're saying the engine needs to be completely taken apart to find the problem. We put $25,000 down on this junk. The customer service has been terrible, they never call us back. We only got information when we went there in person and asked to talk to *** himself. He gave us some excuse about miscommunication with Chevy and waiting for authorization to do the teardown. We're done with Madera Ford, their awful customer service, and this lemon of a truck. We want our money back.

My vehicle was purchased at Madera Ford on June 3, 2022. Within 10 hours of bringing it home, the emergency road service light came on the dash. They said the vehicle had been checked, but the wheels were on the wrong axle. I had to drive more than 3 hours back to Madera Ford. They just "reset" the advisory on the dash and didn't fix the problem. I had to take my car to another dealer, who told me that a tail light needed to be replaced. The vehicle was also missing an emblem from the front hood ornament. The salesman ordered a plastic piece from Amazon, which took three months to be delivered. It should have been applied at the dealer, but the non-trademark part arrived with no instructions or way to attach it to my vehicle. Another major issue is that my registration showed up at the wrong address with a lienholder on my car, even though I paid 100% cash for it. I can't trade it in, turn it in, or sell it. I want my contract completely canceled and all my money refunded. I am extremely frustrated with the runaround at Madera Ford. It's been six months and I still don't own my vehicle. I don't want to do business with them anymore, except to get my money back in full. Please help me resolve this issue with this very unprofessional business.
