Tried to steel flowers using my credit card
I ordered some flowers. They told me they could not use my Discover Card so I gave them my Visa Card number. While I never received order placed, I called my card company and they told me that they had put a block on the card and all orders, because they made an attempt to order a variety of flowers, different amounts and that flagged the use of my card. They are a bunch of crooks and thieves. I contacted their local BBB and they do not respond to their inquire. I even wrote a letter to Carmelin Cintron, (according to the internet, the person in charge or owner, and the letter came back to me RETURN TO SENDER).
There are too many good florists out there to use. They had even told me that they were in my neighborhood (my arrangement was to be delivered about 5 miles from my home). I am not finished with them yet. I will be contacting the state that they are registered in and do business in. I need TO SHUT THEM DOWN, and I will do my best to make that happen! C R O O K S!

We booked birthday flowers to be delivered on 19th January 2023. They sent a mail on 23rd January that they were not able to deliver and have refunded full amount ie USD 83.43.
I kept on writing mails and they used to reply that payment has been refunded. Please wait for few days.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my family when my uncle passed... They were never delivered. I received an email saying they couldn't deliver and have already issued a refund.. the payment of 71$ was drafted out of my account and refund never received.. because of this I wasn't even able to send my condolences to my family.. 71$ is not a lot... But for me that makes a difference whether we eat this week or not! I have emailed them about 20 times... And nothing. The phone number doesn't work, the chat doesn't work, nothing! I'm so frustrated with them! I can't believe this happened to me!

Placed an order on 12/30/22 For a bouquet and teddy bear to be delivered to my sister in the hospital. Got a call on 12/31/22 that it could not be delivered and I would be refunded.
Have contacted them various times via email about the refund and some lady named Denise who says she is a manger sent me a confirmation ID of my $71.93 being refunded and said to email back with her name in the subject line if I still didn't have it by the end of the week. It's 4/26/23 I still don't have it and now no one is emailing me back.

I had order flowers from them to be sent to my mom after a week went by they told me that she lived outside their service area. So I asked for a refund they told me it would take 7-10 days. 2 weeks went by I called again they hung up on me. I called again the next day told them I hadn’t received my refund they told me again 7-10 business days. This was January it’s now the end of April no refund they took my money and never delivered the flowers.

Failure to receive credit
In late February (24th or 25th) , I submitted an online order for flowers to the Rogers Florist company as a get well gesture for a work colleague.
In haste I didn’t keep a copy of the submitted order.
The day after submitting the order, I received a call from the company indicating they could not arrange to deliver to the Massachusetts location and stating they would cancel the order and credit the card on which the purchase was charged.
I did not receive any credit notice and did not think about it until Accounts Payable notified me on April 14th that no credit had been received.
Since that time I’ve made numerous calls to the number listed for the business only to receive a continual busy signal until the call is automatically dropped.
I have done some additional research to see similar issues filed with the Better Business Bureau about customers not receiving credit for unfulfilled orders and it currently appears that Rogers Florist is out of business.
Desired outcome: Receive credit for $70.60 purchase that was never fulfilled.

The flowers for my grieving mother they did not bother delivering were supposed to be refunded in 3 to 5 days. It's over 2 weeks later but no refund. I've called the customer service line HUNDREDS OF TIMES. It's either busy or immediately puts you on hold and then hangs up you. When I did talk to someone they couldn't speak English. It said someone would respond in the live chat on their website, but it immediately ends the chat the second you start typing. They haven't responded to dozens of emails either. A TRULY DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE.

April 1, 2023 I ordered a plant to be delivered on 4/2 to my daughter for her birthday. I never received a confirmation number or tracking. Plant was never delivered. However, the $80.50 charge was on my credit card on 4/2/2023. I tried calling the florist (no answer), website "chat" does not work, sent email to "customer service" and got a reply that the product was undeliverable and that they issued a refund back onto my credit card which I should see in 1-2 days. I waited for six days and no refund. Called several times & no answer, no response to my emails. I contacted my bank to contest the charge, provided the emails as evidence, and filed a complaint with credit card fraud division and the BBB of New York. Company's website says they're in Melville NY, but the address is for a Bank of America and bank staff don't know of this company. Never order anything from Roger Florist in Melville NY. It's a scam according to many other complaints I've read on the Better Business Bureau website.

On April 4th, 2023 I searched online for a florist in Clarinda, IA. It was my late brother in laws birthday and I wanted to send my sister a plant. I found Roger Florist in Clarinda. On 4/3/23 I ordered flowers for my mom. In an effort to track the order to see when they'd be delivered I couldn't get thru to this BOGUS "company." The fone goes straight to canned music or rings forever, no answer. I tried to order flowers to be delivered to a funeral home.
I looked for a florist in Houston, Tx. And the website for Roger Florist stated 30 years of hand delivery. I placed my order online thinking this is a florist in Houston. Then found put a week later that they were never received. Tried to call and am immediately put on hold and no one ever answers. Tried to chat, but chat window closes immediately after opening. Sent an email to the email address on the website and am.waiting for an answer. Do not have high hopes of hearing back. Why hasn't this site been removed as it is a fraud?

I was hung up after being put on hold and them telling me my order was just canceled because they didn't have the materials to produce my order.
