Roger Florist Scam

There is no other explanation.

On February 10, 2023, I placed an order for flowers in the sum of $69.63.

Delivery was to be the following day. It took 4 days for the charge to hit my bank and flowers were never delivered. No email confirmation, nobody answers phoned, and the live chat closes the moment you try to type.

I made the sorry mistake of using a debit card so I'll probably never see my money again.

Desired outcome: Attorney General investigation into what I'm sure are multiple thefts totaling millions of dollars.

Roger Florist Order cancelled and refund never received!

My issue is like all the others. Ordered new baby bouqet, paid $66.85 for same day delivery, 6 days later they email it was cancelled because they didn't deliver to that hospital (only one in the area?) and I asked for a refund. They asked for the order ID but I said I don't have one because I never received a confirmation email. No refund and runaround ever since 2/10/2023.

Desired outcome: Just want the refund.

Roger Florist flower delivery

ON February 27th 2023 I ordered flowers for my sister in the amount of 52.41 whom lives in Cloverdale In and they were suppose to be delivered on Sat March 4th 2023. I called them to find out where my sisters flower delivery was @ the man that answered the phone replied, We canceled your order due to it not being in our delivery area. I explained to the guy that answered that when I placed the order it said it was. SO he replied that an email of cancelation was sent me and as of today 3/14/23... I have never gotten an email. I have called several times to get a refund like I was told on several calls that I have made to them. 1st it was 7-10 business days, on the 10th day He said it would be 2-3 business days then the last time I called the same guy said 3-5 days and nothing still, I tired to call again and never an answer

Desired outcome: I want a refund immediately, they took my money immediately just like they took my money

Roger Florist Did not receive flower arrangement

I called and order a Sympathy Flower on March 7, 2023. I was told that the Flower would be delivered by 12:00 noon at New Generation Funeral Home. I called the Florist to make sure it was delivered and I received a lot of music only. I called for two days and still no answer. My credit card was charged and that was the last I heard from Rogers Flowers. I was promised a call back from Michael letting me know if everything was o.k. or not. Never received a call nor did I receive and e-mail. This Company is Bogus and it should be brought down Immediately. I am reporting them to the BBB and The Fed's.

Roger Florist Refusal to refund

I ordered flowers on February 5th to be delivered on February 9th. The flowers did not arrive. I contacted customer service, talked to Denise, who said I would be refunded the full amount. It is now March 9th and still no refund. Now they're not even returning my emails.

It seems it's the same for everyone, same schtick - "flowers are undeliverable, you'll be getting a refund shortly."

You can't even leave a review on their website. They have a F rating on the BBB.

It has to be a scam.

Desired outcome: I'd like a refund and for this business to be investigated and shut down.

Roger Florist Zero customer service - no refund - order got cancelled

i ordered flowers on January 23rd, on 25th they cancelled my order as 'undeliverable', i have called and emailed multiple times, there is not response, only once someone named 'Denise' responded that he is the manager and we'll see the refund within 2 days, today is 3.9.23 and still there is no refund - they are definitely scammers

below is their email :

This is to confirm that we had to cancel your order because it was undeliverable.

You purchased from us a very little while ago so we wanted to respond to you almost immediately so you can have a chance to go search for another flower service.

Sorry again but we cannot deliver to that address.

We issued a full refund to your card. Please allow 1 or 2 days for the funds to appear on your account, if you used a debit card it may take a bit more time depending on your bank.

If you have any other questions, please reply to this email.

Roger Florist Charged my account without delivering product

I googled Huntsville AL Florists and Rogers was at the top saying Huntsville #1 Florist. I'm normally VERY careful when ordering online but this looked legit. I ordered flowers for my Grandaughter's birthday and was supposed to get a confirmation email. When I didn't receive an email I made a phone call, they did answer but hung up on me when I asked about a confirmation. Since then I've been investigating and I'm appalled at the numerous amount of people that are scammed everyday and I don't understand why their website has not been taken down. They immediately charge your account with no intention of sending flowers at all

Roger Florist Flowers were never delivered

Never received a reciept in my email for the order i purchased, when I call to speak to customer support to find out when my flowers will be delivered I get hanged up on. When you finally speak with a representative they always transfer you in the middle of explaining why you are calling or they will just hang up on you. I ordered flowers on 03-07-2023 for same delivery and no flowers was delivered. It is 03-08-2023, I call to find what happened to the flowers I ordered that was suppose to get delivered yesterday and they tell me I will be refunded and hangs up. No explanation to why my order was never delivered and non-apologetic. I am afraid I will not see a refund and please review where you purchase from first. This company is a scam and will take your money. ORDER ELSE WHERE!

Roger Florist Scam purchased flowers

This illegitimate company has takes your order, pretends they can’t deliver to you and then does not refund you. They may talk to you once but they will hang up on you after, when you realize they just scammed you. They provide no order number and they don’t email you confirmation because they are thieves stealing from you.

I thought I was purchasing flowers March 8, but they are scam, hung up on me ten times, because I realized they’re scam.

Desired outcome: I’d like to be refunding. But I know that won’t happen, just trying to help warn other people .It was first company on my google search, and said trusted in town I search in. They are not there.

Roger Florist Flowers not delivered

On February 3, 2023 I found Rogers Florists on google. I had to send flowers for a funeral. When you do a search for the town you want a florist at Rogers Florists come up, so naturally I assumed Rogers Florists was in that town. THEY ARE NOT! The day after my order I got an email from Rogers Florists stating they could not deliver my flowers and that I would get a refund. I never received credit on my card. I just got off the phone with my credit card company to dispute the charge, My credit company stated that Rogers Florists is a SCAM company and that they get many disputes involving them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY...

Desired outcome: disputed charge with Credit Card Company and will be credited.

Roger Florist Do not want to wait 3 months for a refund. Would like one asap

Scam company. They just hang up on your when you try to get a refund. Real garbage people operating this. They essentially are showing the yelp of Rogers Florist, which is a real company. I'm fairly surprised a scam company is this detailed. They have quite a few different people working for "roger florist" as I kept calling from different numbers and as soon as they realized they it was me would hang up on me immediately. They say email them to get the refund, which their email doesn't work. Once I finally got the guy on the line, who seems to be the head of the operation he will just sit in silence when you request something and not really respond or say anything. I don't get how they can still be up and running when there are so many complaints against them.

Roger Florist Sympathy arrangement

Around 2/28/23, I collaborated with family to order a sympathy arrangement for close friends. I received an on-screen notification the order was submitted, and that an email confirmation would follow. I never got the email confirmation and the arrangement never showed up. I also never got a call or email indicating there was a problem, even though this info was provided. The website emphasizes providing the best customer experience. So, I called the 800# on 3/6/23, to further investigate and request a refund. The first male agent blindly transferred me to a second female agent who asked for the confirmation #. Upon telling her I did not have one, she asked for my name and was able to advise they could not find a local florist to fulfill and I would get a refund. I asked for some confirmation info on the refund and a reason for not contacting me and after a long pause, she said I think they sent an email. I said I did not receive, then in a low whisper, said they sent you an email and hung up. This felt like a scam from the moment I did not receive the confirmation, but I gave the benefit of the doubt b/c it was a florist claiming 15 yrs of experience and we were dealing with funeral services.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund and I hope the company investigates further to improve customer experience. It is also worth investigating the reviews.

Roger Florist Flower delivery - charged but delivery not made!

I ordered flowers on 2/21/23 to be delivered for my daughters birthday on 2/22/23. When I called my daughter that evening I was told the flowers had not been delivered. I contacted Roger Florist customer service, the only option was via email, to ask about the delivery. They responded and said they could not deliver to her address and had issued a refund. I waited several days but did not receive the refund. I contacted them again and they sent a record of $81 being refunded and asked me to give my bank another day or two to deposit the refund. The first issue was that I was charged $91.70 for the flowers not $81 Roger Florist states they have refunded. The other issue is that the refund has never actually been sent to my bank. At this point, Roger Florist has refused to tell me why the supposed refund is only $81 or give me any update of the refund itself. Roger Florist has stalled on information regarding the refund and refused to answer my question about why the refund amount is not the amount they charged. As of yesterday, I asked for resolution within 24 hours. Roger Florist has not answered my final message or issued the refund that was promised.

Roger Florist Florist

Ordered a bouquet of flowers for a friend returning from hospital on December 23rd 2022 accepted the credit card payment. The next day they sent an email canceling the order and said they would refund the money within 2 to 3 days that they could not provide service in my area. I've been emailing them for months they keep saying they did a refund but they did Not. it's been 2 and a 1/2 months now. It sounds like a out of country company because their English is not correct they say dear customer their supervisor will call in the morning so have a nice sleep and be assured that we'll take care of the problem tomorrow. It's a total scam you cannot get a any person. Do not be taken advantage of by Roger's florists

Roger Florist Ordered flowers, not received and put on hold or hung up on when attempting to call

What a joke this company is! I ordered same day delivery to a hospital for a sick friend 3/2/23. The order was not delivered. My friend is now home so I attempted to call to file a complaint for it not being delivered, and now to give the friends home address. I tried to call several times and I am either put on hold, or someone answers and after I say why I am calling, I am hung up on. I also emailed and received no response. I’m out nearly $72! Completely unacceptable service! I want a refund immediately.

Avoid them like the plague!

Roger Florist Flower Order

I saw this company and thought it was legit. I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday on 1/16/2023 and never received anything to this day. My account was charged $128.38 on 1/18/2023 - the number listed on their website doesn't work. This is a shame to see how people are stealing others' hard-earned money. It's a total disgrace. I'm trying to get my money back and I'm yet to receive or find a way to get to those thieves.

If you're out there and came across this company... Please do not do anything with this company. They are a bunch of thieves working to collect people's money.

Desired outcome: I just need my money back.

Roger Florist Florist - Flowers Order # 125175

I did not receive my flowers on February 23rd that I ordered in January. I called several times without a response then finally got an email saying it was canceled and I would be refunded within 1-2 days. It has now been 7 days and I am not able to get a response by phone, chat or email.

Roger Florist This business is a scam!

My wife bought flowers online from this company. They were supposed to be delivered to her 89 year old mother for Valentine's Day. Her mother lives in Alabama. The company says they are a local delivery. However they are out of New York so she canceled the order. we have called them several times to get funded. They were rude and hung up on her. I emailed them and never got a response. Needles to say, my wife was never refunded the $89.00.

DO not do business with this company.

Roger Florist Delivery

Called Roger Florist on 1/27/2023 for a delivery. Worst experience and yes, the same person who answered the phone all three times sounded like he may have been from India or another country.

Called the local "Roger Florist" to have a bouquet deliver to my girlfriend for her birthday. The florist was within walking distance of the school I was looking to have the delivery made. Guy who answered at 9:00 am said there would be no problem delivering the order within a few hours. Took down how I wanted the card to read, took my credit card info and call ended. Spoke to my girlfriend around noon and no mention of receiving anything. Called the flower shop to check on status and he said they were still scheduled to get delivered. he called me at the end of her school day and still no mention of receiving anything? Called the shop back and still same guy who said he had to cancel the order and would just refund the purchase to the credit card. Here I sit over a month later with the charge still on my credit card and no refund. Hours of time dealing with this issue. Never again will I deal with "Roger Florist"! They

This Company is a scam and should be brought down Immediately. The Fed's need to get involved with this guys made up Company. I am going to contact the BBB and I am also going to contact the Fed's about this matter. Called and placed an order for a Funeral. I never heard anything back from the company so I decided to call New Generation Funeral Home to see if the Sympathy Flower had arrived. Guess what? No flower. I called the fake company back and I did not get an answer at all. Never again, I will call FTD from here on out. I hope the company Burn in HELL!

Roger Florist Flower ordered

I did online order 2/24/23

I never got a confirmation except a thank you for the order quickly after it was placed. I became concerned. I looked and saw my credit card was charged. I attempted several phone numbers, and either got hung up several times or had got a phone that was not in service. I was somehow lucky to speak to someone eventually. I was told my order was canceled because it wasn't it the delivery area. It never said that when I completed the form and it said it delivered to that zip code

I made mention of my credit card being charged. He said check back by Monday it should be recredited.

I attempted again on Monday 2/27/23. Several unsuccessful frustrating attempts , hang up calls and even trying to email and live chat failed.

This has been nothing but a scam. I ontacted my credit card company. I should have read the reviews. I see that there are over 500 complaints against this fraudulent organization.

Please take their website down and stop them. I learned the hard way unfortunately. So disappointing 😞

No service provided. My floral delivery never happened. However my charge card transition went through. I could never get through to anyone to talk to . Phone numbers would hand up! So frustrating and exhausting.

Like all the other complaints mine is exactly the same. Ordered flowers for my daughter in law, when order was completed it said they would email conformation # never did. Flowers were never delivered. When I called they kept hanging up on me. 10 times I called and 10 times they hung up then blocked my number. Tried the chat and all it did was tell me chat failed. Now I'm mad. Went to my bank explained what happen and they told me I had to wait 15 days and then they would file a fraud complaint. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM BEWARE.
