Hi, I was using SIFR water from Romana. i was not getting the right flavor of water & decided to switch to another brand. Now when I informed the delivery boy mobile no and asked him to Refund Deposit paid for bottles, he said to talk to his supervisor Mr Murali who has been saying since 2 weeks that he will tell the delivery boy to make the refund. Now on calling them, both are not responding to my calls. I stay at Reem island Abu Dhabi.

We are taking about 50 5L bottles every month. Just requested to change the water dispenser as the cold water tap is leaking. It is been 3 months now still no action. finally decided to stop the service.

I am fed up with this company.. I have to call them every week for water delivery! And im spending more because I always end up buying from small stores for water.
I want a refund of the 3 bottles so I can transfer to other water companies.

Delivery issue
I don't have a single bottle left here, am calling Romana people from yesterday onwards. They are not even taking the calls. Finally one of the staff attended the call today he told me he will call me back within 5 minutes but I didn't get any call. I waited for half an hour I made a call again then they are not attending the call. Incase if there is some issues you people from Romana they can inform me, but you guys are not even responding. Am staying in illya 2 building Al qusais just above their office floor. I want some one authorized to take action against these people who are so irresponsible. I went out and brought two 5L can of water only because these people from Romana didn't respond or deliver the water, that also can be done once in 3 days.
Super bad service
I have been calling Romana daily for the last 4 days (Literally daily) and everytime they tell me that they will deliver the bottled I requested. Today a called twice and till now they never come! Everytime it is like the first time you call. They type the address and next time you call nobody knows your request!

I am Romana customer since 2017.
Initially I paid for two can deposit (30aed for two can during 2017)- I received deposit bill.
Then later one year 2018, I bought two more can (30aed for two can)-i received invoice bill after I paid the amount.
Now I don't like Romana service, I want to use other water service.
I asked Romana to take back all the four can and return the money.
They replied after few weeks when I called their customer care service that they could return amount for only two can.(i.e 30aed only)
Around two months this conversation was going on.
I frustrated and I replied them at least take back all the four can and return 30 at least which is occupying the space in my room.
Still they did not replied properly ( every time they say ok we will come today), but in vain.simply they ignored the customer like this.
I experienced from Romana Water their service was not good interms of their service only I mean.

drinking water
I am a customer with Romana water since 6 years. This is the third time recently the can leaks and water is getting wasted. How can we ensure that the water in the leaking can is hygienic to drink safely? The money which I pay for it is getting wasted too. When I inform the sales man, no action was taken asif the company is not bothered about the customer grievances. I and my family are worried because consumption of unhygienic water can invite many health issues. Please do the needful.

Hi. Romana is a good water, however the contact person in the website is not responsive and does not deliver good customer service. I asked them to please deliver water since sunday and its wednesday they replied only tue and said ok. I thought it will reach us but it just gave us false hope. Please be responsive and we need the assurance for customer service.

water delivery and deposit refund
After using the 10 bottles it was time to get the deposit of the 2 initial bottles of romana water. Took me more than a month to contact the salesperson and I couldn't reach him, at the end met him by chance in my building and he kept telling me not to get the deposit and get new bottles, I insisted to get the deposit as it was the deal between romana and me, he took the receipt and after a week ofcourse he didn't show up. I kept calling the salesperson non-stop, at the end he came and gave me the deposit with the worse attitude as if it wasn't my money. When they try to sell you something they're very nice, but when it comes to your rights they are the worse!
Never romana again.
lack of professionalism
I have a recurring incident with this company.
They are supposed to deliver water to me every Thursday and they never come. When I call them to complain, the person on the line doesn't understand me, and he/she only replies that they already came or that is not Thursday so they won't come.
I spent a lot of money and time going for water to the supermarket due to the lack of professionalism of this company
I will ask them for a refund of every single dirham that I spent. It is totally unacceptable.

Bad service & Doubt in water quality
Dear Mr/Ms Whomsoever it may concern,
Had been using Romana water for a month or more.this time we felt, , the water was tasting like normal tap water.We opened the bottle 2 weeks back & had been using not so frequently as it was Eid & we were out most of the time & dint notice the problem.Had been giving it to my 1 year old baby too.. Complaint was given & they wanted me to pay to replace the bottle.. whatever i wouldnt mind paying it atleast if their marketing manager, one 'shaila'(A keralite Lady) it seems, , , who dealt with the matter had been polite enough..It was not the matter of 7 Dhms for me as that's how we usually buy theirwater..After all its their duty & our need to get the problem rectified ! but it was insulting when she told me I need to pay because we couldn't notice it or we can test it from some other lab.. & so on... ..as if we were trying to trick Romana..
Any ways thanks for your valuable service.. we 'll get it tested from some other lab.. & even if its 100 % pure .. we & our friends wont go for Romana water any more.

Very bad service.they dont deliver water on the specific day and if at all they deliver its after 6 pm!the water bottles are kept outside the building door early in the afternoon and it sits there till evening.its high time we stopped using romana water service and switch to some other company.
