This is the second time I received a pizza that was not made to my request. I called them and was told that she was the supervisor, and she made the pizza and added heavy sauce. I'm the consumer and I know the difference. I noted heavy sauce and added a note as per usual to please make it extra heavy. The pizza had a regular amount of sauce and that is not what I ordered. I would not have ordered it if they were going to disregard my specifications.
I called and the girl that answered was rude and when I asked for the supervisor, she said that she was the supervisor.
I loved RTP but now I am not getting what I am paying for and an attitude on top of it.
I don't want the pizza and I want my money back. It's dry as a bone. She offered me no resolution and I feel that she was probably not the manager.

It’s frustrating when a place you used to love starts consistently messing up your order, especially when it’s something as specific as extra heavy sauce, and you’re left with a dry pizza. On top of that, dealing with rudeness when you call to address the issue is completely unacceptable. You should be getting what you pay for, and it’s clear they didn’t take your request seriously.
It might be worth escalating your complaint to the actual management or corporate level, especially if you're questioning whether the person on the phone was even the real supervisor. Hopefully, they’ll resolve this by refunding your money and ensuring you get the service you expect next time, if you decide to give them another chance.
Unfortunately, the corporate number doesn't work. found another number but it only handled their gift card issues and they said this is the only way to complain. They have lost a customer.
