Wrong pizza slow service
I waited almost an hour past time staTed on website for actual receipt of pizza. Then when I got home they were completely wrong. My wife is ill and I ordered pizza for her. Sucks.
If you can't handle the business don't advertise as such. My wife and I are real people with real problems living in a surreal roundtable wrong, late world. Below is what was ordered and what was received
Pizza
First I want to start by saying I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life I get pizza from around table all the time and this was by far my worst and most unprofessional experience ever Me and my co workers purchased a pizza and wings pizza was supposed to be half meat and half veggi but we received a extra large cheese pizza called the store and the manager told us that's what we ordered and that there was nothing she could do because they are not connected to the online ordering $60 is a lot of money to spend and not receive what you ordered and to be talked to like it's ok I feel like this was not ok and the manager needs to be re-trained she is very unprofessional and the experience was unpleasant

I chose 515 as a delivery time on the website. The pizza delivery came almost 45 minutes prior to that and no one was around to receive it. Upon calling the manager, he told me there was no delivery time promised, I was the one that "screwed up, " and if I didn't accept the pizzas he would never deliver to me again. He wouldn't let me speak, talked over me the entire time and wasn't considerate in the least. I love round table pizza but this is the worst store I have ever seen in my life. Service like this happens repeatedly. This was not a One-time Event.
Burnt pizza
Hey there, my complaint is that I ordered some Pizza' on Sunday 9/30/2018. When the food arrived at m house, one of the pizza's was burnt. This wasn't the first time it happened so I wasn't too happy. I called them right away to where the driver was probably still in my subdivision. The girl manager said that the first one was burnt but didn't check the second one. Come on, if you know you burnt the first one, you should check both before sending them out. I was pretty amazed when the girl manager responded like she didn't care. I work sales and I know the customer must always be taken care of.

Hello, i live in Valley Springs, i have a Ba degree as well as being a certified pastry chef graduating LecordonBleu in 2009-i was previously a manager of extreme pizza in berkeley for 2yrs, yet even when the sign outside says u are hiring the same manager 'charles' doesnt want to hire me-I just want to work, i dont care if its with kids or cleaning or making pizzas or delivery-i was by last month n the sign was up n so i went in and 'charles' said 'oh i have to take the sign down!' So u are hiring just not me-I feel as though im being diacriminated against because im a little older than some of the applicants but why keep hiring these little kids when 2weeks latr he has to hire more-im a guy thats more than qualified to work there or be gm for that matter but willing to do whatever it takes because i want to work-wouldnt u just hire a reliable guy, a man that wants to work, knows customer service and how to make pizza n food better than some kid still in high school? Triple pepperoni pizza
I ordered a triple pepperoni pizza last night for delivery. The delivery took about an hour. I guess they were busy. The pizza was delivered Luke warm and the amount of pepperoni on the pizza was minimum. I have always gotten great service from the antelope store but the last two times my orders were not up to par. I have always ordered round table pizza but the quality that I am getting now is not worth the extra money that I pay. I am so dissapointed that it looks as if I'll have to stop ordering from Round table because I can pay $8.99 for a pizza that would have been hot and had more toppings.
17.99 pizza special
We had ordered a 17.99 pizza that you guys have right now which we looked forward in getting since it looked sooooo good in the commercial.
We picked up pizza and regret that we did not look at the pizza at the time because once we got home the pizza was hard and not close to being good.
I called and asked to talk to manager in which i spoke with Ms. Puga whom was manager at the South main St location in salinas, ca. Basically i feel my matter was not resolve because she was blaming me for the pizza being that way. I am very upset with how she handled this. Her out come was giving me 15 percent off my next order.
That is ridiculous! To think i will return after this matter and the out come.
Please look into the matter of this complaint because if it cannot be refunded or any be given a fair offer round table just lost a customer.

This is the second time we have ordered pizza from here and had problems . The first time I called it in and when I went to pick up I stood there 10 min waiting, funny thing is no one was there. Two people in the back standing around talking and the lady in the bar flirting with the only other person inside. She was so busy chatting with him, that she took her time even acknowledge me, a few min after I arrived she said I will be with you in a min. I am thinking, what about the other two standing around doing nothing. I was so ticked I told my husband we won't go to this one again. The second time my husband decided to ordered the pizza for pick up and try it again, so he calls, and the man on the phone hangs up on him then he calls back puts him on hold, comes back asks him the same thing he did before, puts him on hold again, needless to say by the time he called, put in his order, gave his name twice and phone number, he goes to pick it up, and they have no such name or phone number for any pick up order's . My husband tells the gal what he went through to order this pizza, Then he say's "wow" you all need to get it together around here. I told him we will go to the one up on mill plain because this one by the Vancouver Mall does not care. about customer service.

Pizza was under cooked and the owner screamed at us

Last night 5/10/16 we ordered a pizza from Round Table Pizza in San Jose CA on Redmond Ave. My dad went to pick it up. Once we got it home and dug in we realized that the pizza was under cooked. The veggies were raw and the bread was soft.
My mother then called the restaurant to complain and get a refund. We have ordered pizza from this place for over 15 years and order pretty much once a week. My mom explained to the owner that the pizza was raw and he started yelling at her. He would not listen. She asked for a refund and he refused to give her a refund. He said he would give her a credit but at this point she felt that he didn't care to fix the situation. He just kept screaming at her. He then hung up on her. My father called back and he proceeded to yell at my father as well before he told him that we would not be back and hung up.
If you own an establishment this is not how you handle issues. It was very rude and unprofessional. I will be letting everyone I know in the neighborhood not to order from them again. We still did not receive a refund either.
Round table pizza coupons, apparently are not in the system
A group of innocent children walked into the restaurant: Round Table Pizza, they were spending thier break to get lunch. The five of them were using valuable time. They thought an X- large would do, and pulled out thier 3 sets of coupons: one from Seaside, two from Menlo Park. These coupons specifically said for Round Table Pizza. They aproached a woman, who took the orders when the woman said that the Menlo park coupons were not in the Seaside "system" the eldest, attempted and pulled out the coupon from Seaside. The lady took it and without even checking to see if it were from Seaside. She said "It's not in our "system."" They were shocked, these children had not seen such poorly rateed coustumer service, after all this WAS the Last "Honest " Pizza. we called in the manager ; Marco Chaveras . They thought that maybe the manager would help us and accept the coupons. Alas, they were wrong. The manager wouldn't help and accept the coupons. Worst of all, he answered with a negative response: "If your not happy here go somewhere else." The youngest of all had a birthday and was looking at this treat as a birthday gift, the children, were left unsatified and worried for their cousin.

i called round table and ordered a pizza i was given one price on the phone and when the delievery man he gave me a higher price i didnt have the money cause i told the girl on the phone what i had and she gave me the price i talked to the manager there he told me the price had just gone up the day before and the girl was new and didnt know the price so it didnt matter for my service even though it wasnt my error i asked for the corportate office he told me it wont matter cause its his franchise and the pizza was taken back by the delievery man cause i didnt have the more money they wanted to change to charge

Let me start off by saying that I have had a horrible day. I don't normally walk, but due to a fault on my Toyota, the throttle was stuck wide open, and I was in an accident. As I was picking up some dinner, I was accosted by a delivery driver on 91st, near the Beaverton Hillsdale location on 04/09/2010 a little before 8:30. I was walking with my friend, when I was passed by a driver in a green honda. He revved his engine, and parked on a lawn, and came out of his vehicle smoking a cigarette, pants around his ankles and started accusing me that I threw ice at his vehicle. I defused the situation by turning the other cheek, and agreeing with him so he would get out of my face. When I got home I called the manager, and as soon as he picked up the phone I was given and unprofessional attitude where my word didn't mean anything over the word of the driver. The drivers' story apparently differed from my own, whether that is due to drugs, I do not know. This manager proceeded to get more and more aggressive as the conversation went along. This isn't how I expect to be treated when filing a grievance. I feel left out to hang. How can this happen to my favorite place to eat?! Generally I try to support Round Table because of their excellent pizza, but this encounter has left a sour taste in my mouth.

Bad service bad quality
I have been dinning at Roundtable Pizza for over the past 25 years, during that long time things are sure to happen no one is perfect, but I have to say due to the last 2 year of my patronage, I am no longer going to throw away my money at what has become a garbage product and company! I believed I was a loyal Roundtable customer, I can honestly say I ate there 1 once a week with friends, in fact one friend we have a dinner date thing we do every Sunday for the last few years and Roundtable was the preferred meeting spot. So I have witness to the last 2 years of total meltdown of His and my confidence in this eating establishment. To many complaints I have that I can write a book, and where I live Redding California there are 6 or more Roundtable stores close to me, so this isn’t a gripe about 1 location, all in some ways have contributed to me boycotting Roundtable completely! And when I finally got upset enough to call corporate office to try and get a resolve, I was told NO!, you cant have it, and leave store now or ill call the cops Store #0622 I believe, On lake Blvd for the simple act of asking of a coupon or pizza deal, and was told NO FREE FOOD? Somehow the employee kept saying free food and I asked for Meal Deal?, I wanted a coupon, “Why do you keep saying free food?, no one asked for free food?”, I Said to who I believe was the Asst Manager? One track mind I guess? And the 4 or 5 customers behind me in line was Dumfounded as I was. Anyway I gave up, went to finish meal. Other Customers sitting near asked what was deal? I passed it off as a misunderstanding. As everyone enjoying pizza and drink, a table cleaner came buy to pickup dishes and such, I stopped and asked him if he could please bring me back the phone or address of corporate, he said no problem, 3 min later in front of all, the same Free Food employee storms over to the table, tells me NOI!, she will not give me the info to corp and If to leave now or she will call police! To add insult to injury she had 2 guys standing buy outside tell me its just there job but I must leave the whole Mall, I guess I wasn’t allowed to walk 50 feet away and visit the Furniture store or any other in that shopping area? I went to another store and got the phone number, called the Regional Manger, left Voice Mail 3 times, 4 days later call back. Got cold shoulder from him, didn’t even get a “Sorry you was upset with our store” He said he look into it and talk to all the employees like this was a police report and all witnesses had to be question be for I got a “Sorry for not getting a Coupon” this Is one of a few of the Bizarre things that happened over the past 2 years, The Why/Reason I am never going to visit a Roundtable Again is this last Saturday me and my Dinner Pal like always went for Pizza (Different RT location). Round Table has (HAD) a Pizza Club, Buy 8 pizza get A one (1) topping free. This Card I have with 7 stamps on it ready for the last stamp and a free Cheap 1 topping pizza, I was told Round Table was no longer could get a stamp, was given all kinds on false excuses like, we have not given out stamps in years, to some story that a package of these cards was stolen (cards were free for asking, take one), and there not giving out new stamps because of it?. In last 2 years I have filled in completed 7 or 8 of these cards (pizza 4 times a month it not hard too). After this last insult to intelligents and the tens of Thousands of Dollars I spent over the years at Roundtable, and the pizza quality has gone down, to the point of it tasting like cardboard, I Remember back in the day a Large King Arthur was so thick, and had so much toppings there was no way to eat a slice with hands, you had to use a fork, and it was a orgy in your mouth, the one I had Saturday 07/11/2009 was nasty! Weak on toppings and crust was paper thin for a PAN style. Just for fun a week or 2 back I went and got one of those Take and Bake Kind, Bought A Combo large, and a Hawaiian style Large. Sorry round table but these Take and Bake pizza was 100% better than your King Arthur Supreme pizza. Because of the way I was treated and ignored, and the Quality of your product as of late and the bad economy witch forces me to be more selective, and not just do as I was so used to doing just out of habit, Roundtable isn’t the only Circus in town. My friend/s and I will be doing our pizza party and dollars somewhere else.

Bad food
For the third time I have tried this Pizza Resturant and I'm am so disappointed. The breadsticks were burnt to a crisp along with the pizza. I don't know who does the hiring, but they should start over and hire a quality control person before orders are picked up. If I had the owners address I would send the bread stick to him by mail.

way way way over priced
I Visit 6 or more Roundtable Pizza stores in area, and been to all, but one of these store has burned my pizza on several times, to the point where and employee comes to my table and sez "sorry pizza burnt, were making you another sorry for the long wait". this has happend rarely at others the others stores, but this one store is burning them almost every time I visit that store. for other probs i ve had with Roundtable

I ordered Pizza from Round Table Pizza. I requested a large pepperoni Pizza, and told them I had a coupon for a large one topping. They delivered a large cheese. I called them and they refused to acknowledge their error. They offered a 25% off coupon, which did nothing for the wrong pizza I had. I also called the corporate office in concord and was told they would call back and to this date I've heard from no-one. At this point I have no intention of doing business with them again.

Tonight I called round table Pizza to speak to a manager regarding an order that was incorrect. When I spoke with the manager at that particular location, the manager laughs at my complaint, she was extremely rude, and she was talking over me continuously. When I asked to speak to another employee, she refuse to give the phone to another employee.
We ordered online with 20 minute wait and they were not ready when we arrived 45 min later. Had to wait for them to be made. They didn’t care to help us. They offered no compensation. They were so rude. Even management and we were super nice. It’s ridiculous they acted out and totally forgot our order and made us wait even longer.
On 2/25/2023, I ordered a small pizza from the store on San Juan Rd in Fair Oaks, CA. I brought the pizza home and after eating about 3 pieces, I found a small circular piece of plastic that was baked into the slice. At first I thought it was a hair, but upon further inspection I found that the object was plastic.
I ordered pizza with lite sauce and when I got pizza it had heavy sauce ot clearly said lite sauce
We seen your add on Facebook for the Buffett kids under 5 free and over 5 eat for 5.99.. The local Round Table in Fortuna ca. said " we don't honor every deal that is posted because corporate post so many deals we can't keep up with them" .. So instead of paying the $18.00 we thought, they ended up charging us $44.00.. Ridiculous
I am pretty sure it said at participating locaitons. Ridiculous that someone who is supposedly a grown man cannot read.
The manager and staff was very rude to me, the manager is always rude every time I come in . even after they got my order wrong they didn't apologise and was very rude about making another pizza .
