Angry Birds 2 windows platform
I started playing Angry Birds 2 windows platform about two weeks ago and it has had three different problems and now I start the game it runs for a few seconds and then crashes. And it's been over 10 days with no response from Rovio and the game still crashes. So, I have four different problems and no response from Rovio. The first problem that I submitted it has been 20 days. Then it started crashing submit again and it's been 10 days no response from Rovio bad business Rovio. I think everybody that plays a game that Rovio entertainment puts out there should be boycotted until they get their act together. Video attached of crashing.
Desired outcome: I would like to play the game without having any problems every other day.
I know my next complaint is going to the Better Business Bureau I am going to try to have Rovio entertainment shut down because they are stealing money from everyone that plays the game.

Incident: today I purchase 30k rainbow feather with 500 mighty eagle coin as today is double feather event is ongoing. I leveled up Silver card power to 30 then the game crashed without any reason. when I logged in I saw bird card power is showing not up but I lost 500 coin. this happened twice and I lost total 500 mighty eagle coin. So, please tell me how it is possible and its not a joke to collect this much coin.
similar crashing also happened in Arena coin craze event. back the I just got minor compensation which is not appreciated at all.

Over the course of 45 days I participated in an angry birds event spending a lot of money ($600), time and effort. At the end of the 45 day event I waited up until midnight to see my rewards paid out for the first time. The event ended, the game froze up, an error message was posted, and after 40 minutes of frozen game it turned off. I rebooted game and received no rewards! I sent multiple requests to Rovno’s and they never answered a single one! I will never play another Rovno’s game again.
They are criminals!

I be been emailing Roio because Angry Birds 2 won’t load. Deleted app 10-12 times didn’t fix problem and their automated system keeps sending an “ someone from our team is looking into or will review”, to no avail I still can load game. It says where I went to look for an explanation, that their team had to manually fix, meaning nothing has been done since I can get into game and no one has reached out! I want all my money back that I spent trying to get to where I got in the game! If this is happening on a grand scale something must be done! I’m on an iPhone XR 16.3 version so there shouldn’t be any problems!
Desired outcome: Either get my game up and running or refund all the money I put into your game!Below is the point where the game gets stuck then crashes!!!

My game of 4 + years simply vanished in october 2022 & no I had not updated my ios.
Since then i've had off & on contact with support & now i'm off again.
In october I contacted support & finally after several attempts at support someone contacted me saying my request had ben received & they would be in touch soon... Two weeks went by... I reached out again!
Finally someone responded, telling me nothing could be found indicating I ever had an angry birds account & asking me to provide the account start date, bird levels & star levels & they would be transferred to the new account I started... Not!
Screenshots were provided with all the information they requested.
Contact halted.
So I reached out again... Forwarding every email exchanged & with all screenshots previously included!
Finally...
Support contacted me to tell me they were "suspending" my ticket, but he would investigate the issue & get back to me.
Oh hell no!

If you suspend my ticket "nothing will be investigated & no one will get back to me!
He didn't respond.
About a week later...
Someone named zilla contacted me, said she was looking into the issue. Got back to me fairly quickly saying she had applied the progress to my account & to let her know if I didn't receive the progress.
I notified her I had not.

I understand you must be eager to get back to your game with your correct progression and as moving your progress over manually did not work, I would like to dig deeper to do all I can to get you back to your gameplay.
I apologize for the repetition, but would you kindly confirm your current player id? (the one you see when logging in on your current device)? I want to make sure your"new"account was not re-created at all during this process.
Then, would you please also confirm again your last known hatchling name, account name, clan name and any other identifiable information from the account you are attempting to retrieve?
Well, I let her know I had not received it & asked if perhaps they'd found my initial account & maybe that's were the progress was being sent?
No response to that question!
Couple more days go by & she emails me stating she had"manually "applied the lost progress to my new account... Nope.
Notified her I had not received it again asked"where"this was being applied to?
No response

I would like to know if you could please attempt to reinstall your app and create a brand new account? If you back it up, please be sure to use a backup method you have not yet already used.
Once this is done, kindly confirm the new player id for me after you have chosen an account name and played 1 or 2 rounds in the arena to complete setting up your new profile, and I will attempt to manually recover your original progression once more. Should this work, I will then send your purchases over to your newly recovered account and complete the process.

to reinstall the app means everything I have will be completely deleted and I will be completely starting over... Again, I can't go through that again.
My current account isn't on back up as I was told not to have that on my account so previous progress"could be applied" as well as to remove my startup method from apple which I did, while at this point still taking the risk of losing my current progress.
It's not making sense if my previous progress can be applied to a whole new account, why can't it be applied to this account as it is new as well?
No response!
A few days later I was on fb to go into my games to backup in case they tried to do anything that would wipeout my current account.
I found my angry birds account # from 2021 with a fb statement I may need the # if I ever needed to reach out to the game developer for game support!

They again have just stopped responding!
I've already spent $25 just trying to get to a level even playable. The support working with me, just up & vanished!
Is this some kind of scam in order to make players spend $ to restart an account & try to increase their progression levels? 😡
My first account I was well in $100+ & out of nowhere it disappeared!😡
Apple did an ios update to which after several ag's players lost their accounts & in the words of rovio...
The game & ios aren't compatible so do not update the phone until an acceptable resolution is found & they would notify players when they could safely update the ios.
This was in oct if not earlier & at this point no announcement has been given.
I had not done the update yet my game miraculously disappeared 🤬
I'm beginning to question how many players have been ripped off while this game is blaming apple.

Angry Birds 2 for Windows
The windows version of Angry Birds 2 has been ignored by Rovio since March of 2022. You refuse to reply to letters asking for support. Member can't get into the game to play. The game is not maintained. Parts of the game do not work at all and there is no hint that they will ever be fixed. We would like an announcement that the game has been discontinued so we don't just keep hanging on. Rovio is still taking money for a broken game which is bad form.
We as Angry Birds 2 Windows players, would like a mass mailing explaining why the problems have not been addressed. By that I mean something other than, "Well, you need to update your game" which doesn't work. There is no update to use. They can be read by those of us who can still get into the game.
There are hundreds of complaints about the game on the Microsoft Store. Why can't something be done?
Desired outcome: We would just like the game restored back to the old version in working order or updated to the new version that is used on the android game.
Fair Play
I've play Battle Bay for 4 years now. Not able to advance because of matching. I can't build my weapons so I can try to fight back. Lineup, I'm always on the bottom where I always finish. I usually only last about 15 to 20 seconds in a battle. You receive bonuses and resources from battles and where you rank . Their matching me against nightmares is fair play only for them
Desired outcome: Put me back in my division. Where I at least have a chance of bettering my chances.

Ok, just now at 10:00 pm mst, on June 12th, 2022. I made a purchase of the advertised special that was supposed to be 5 each on the weapons plus 750 bird coins for $6.99. That’s not what I received! I got 5 of 2 of the weapons and the others I got none! I was shorted on the scope, the earthquake and the tnt bombs. I did get the 750 coins. I know it’s not a lot but I do expect to get what I pay for. Its only fair. I trust that you will do something about this or I have just made the last purchase on your game. Understand?

Game freezing
Playing Angry birds match on Fire tablet. Game constantly freezes, but it only seems to do it when I have boosters. So, game freezes and then I lose my boosters. Today bought mystery chest and got extra time of a total of 1 hour and 18 minutes. When I closed that screen and opened up a new level to play, the time said I only had 47 minutes. This is very aggravating, and no wonder I can't advance in the game because I'm too busy rebooting my tablet.
Desired outcome: Fix these issues please. I don't have any apps running in the background and have cleared my cache, so the issue is not my tablet.

So today fri feb 11 3:45 I’m dark Birdy user name player I’d [protected] a start with 80 gems for tower of fortune so a hit first green pig and push to go on and it took 20 gems off fine the next one it took 50 every tithing OK at the last turn I us the watch video so that a can go on and suddenly a had like a black out no ad video noting a circle start turn a round and I wait a couple of minutes and All mine winning price was gone please fix that please

This is the 3rd time the game has locked up on me. Troubleshooting says to uninstall then reinstall game. Every time I have done this I lose all my bird coins & powerups. I paid $200.00 the last time this happened in order to get coins & powerups. Once again I have lost everything & I am not very happy about this. You start new players at levels that require powerups & coins. Impossible to play if you don’t have them.
This time I am not gonna let this slide & will be looking for ways to have this resolved. This is obviously a planned thing because if you look at the reviews plenty of people have this happen to them.
I love your game but $200.00 is a lot to me & I would like some kind of resolution

Angry Birds 2 is a horrible product. There are pay-to-win games, and then there is Angry Birds 2, which is pay-to-lose - the game is deliberately trying to drive you mad so that you lose your temper and spend money to buy gems.
The game is positioned as a game of skill, with each level being sort of a puzzle you have to solve - choose appropriate birds for each move, and you will win. The experience resembles more that of a slot machine game and I seriously wonder why the game is not marked 18+ as all gambling apps.
Tower of Fortune is pure unmasked gambling - you pull one card out of four, and the game either gives you a prize or threatens to take away all prizes you won in the current attempt unless you pay money (well, gems, but gems can only be bought for money).
What's worse - the levels you have to pass, especially when a competition is on (Clan Battle, Rowdy Rumble, Mighty Eagle boot camp) are consciously designed so that the exact same move will give different results. If you do not like the results, pay Rovio money (in the form of gems) - and in fact, that's the only way to succeed.

On my kindle I play Angry birds transformer game. I had pigs in thee thousands on this game and my pigs are being stolen. I have been playing angry birds transformers for five years and this has never happened I have spent a lot of money playing this game. I cannot even enjoy the game anymore because of what I have earn is being taken. I would like my pigs restored and to find out why my pigs that I earned are being stolen. Thank you in advance.

They have no problem taking my money but getting to play is impossible. 45 minutes of sitting and waiting and I still don't get to play. I was told to VIP and I would be able to. Wrong ! Casual will let me but I HAVE to fight players with more than triple the firepower. Ranked will not let me play at all . Thats where you get infamy. You can't move up without infamy. Estimate wait SOON is all you get but SOON never gets here. I've spent over $500 and I think that I should be able to play. They promised something that they can't do.

My player name was "General X" and my player id was # 266723621400. I was just permanently banned for complaining about them massively cheating me in the arena. In the arena they were giving 1 to 4 extra cards to my opponents, despite the fact they didn't earn them. My destruction meter was being frozen, preventing me from getting extra shots, even though I did earn them. We are talking about a game I spent a lot of money on, a game that has competition, meaning you're not supposed to be massively cheated by the company just because you're a good player. The cheating was completely out of hand yesterday and I complained multiple times, because they never replied to my complaints before, they simply kept massively cheating me. For complaining about their unethical cheating (probably crimes, as i've spent a lot of money on the game) i've been permanently banned. This is so wrong. I shouldn't lose my game because I was unhappy at being massively cheated by some coward. Whoever was massively cheating me should be fired and I should get my player back.
My bird power dropped twice
Hi... I'm here to complain about my bird power dropping down twice.. I've been playing this game for a long time now and i've reached my bird power to 632 and I got a message to sign it to facebook to save your data... So I did and it dropped my bird power to 613 then I kept playing not minding it too much but then I did it again a few days later and it did it again. It dropped my bird power to 593 now.. Its really getting me annoyed for the fact that I put a lot of my time to reach a high bird power for your game to rob me of that time and effort.. I hope you can make it right and fix it...
