John and his team did an amazing job at replacing 8 of our windows in just one day. We initially went to 4 different window companies in our area for quotes and Royal View Windows were 100% the best price. John's communication and response to our questions were very quick and his onsite crew were really great people. We would highly recommend Royal View Windows to anyone looking to get their windows replaced.

I had several window companies come out and give us a proposal for 17 windows and 2 sliders and they were all very expensive and did not really listen to what we wanted. Royal View Windows, Doors & Exteriors came out, listened to what we wanted. Made his recommendations and took his time to educate us about his product. He did not try to oversell us. He had the best prices out of all the vendors. We hired him on the spot. His install crews are great, quick, friendly and do excellent work. I am a construction project manager and very picky and I could not find any issues with the installs. Trust me I looked and tried to find issues. You will not be disappointed if you buy your windows and doors from Royal View Windows, Doors & Exteriors.

Great job done by Alex and his team. We replaced our windows and the patio door from french doors to slide with screen. Couldn't be happier with the results. Alex & RVW Ltd is awesome. They replaced my 2 big windows, that was damaged by the recent hail storm, by upgraded ones and for the best price. Alex makes sure you are completely satisfied with their work even before he takes the payment. Even replaced window screen of a window that wasn't part of the contract. Their quote was significantly less than other places quoted me and I couldn't tell you why as the quality of product and the install/warranty are exactly the same. His guys showed up on time, were very respectful, clean, and professional. Everything was done in two days and left no trace they were there aside from new windows. I've had 16 windows replaced plus a patio door. I've asked quotes to more than 10 companies in my area and I've found Royal View Windows to be the most competitive. Before awarding the contract to them, I've asked for more detailed info about warranty and type of glass they'd be installing, they've been very detailed in their reply, qualifying exactly the kind of products I would have installed. They kept the promise on the installation dates, did the job quickly, they cleaned everything behind them, left the house in perfect conditions. The team at Royal View Windows is extremely nice to deal with, there's wonderful communication, they're very responsive and honestly I couldn't be happier to have chosen their company for this job. The cost saving compared to the second lowest bidder was significant and more than 60% cheaper than the highest bidders. The team at Royal View Windows was very helpful with suggesting the type of window opening that would be ideal for my situation, also they care a lot about the exterior aspect of the house and they do everything possible to leave the customer happy with the end product. I hired Alex Smith for the installation of my new windows. He sends me two employees which they hide the real names, one is named Davyd Johnson and another is Anton Thompson. It is important to note that the names have been changed for privacy reasons. On the first day, they arrived at 12:00 noon. Anton came with his own car, not a company car, which was unusual. This became clear to me later when they took property worth $2,000 from my home. On the first day, Anton removed seven old windows, but they did not replace them all with new ones. They worked until 2:00 am the next morning, leaving some windows covered with boards. As a result, it was cold to sleep at night. They also left dirt and dust all over the house, which I had to clean. Additionally, they opened my gate repeatedly, putting my dog at risk of being hit by a car. They even left nails in the dog's food and water. Their work was disorganized, with one employee upstairs and another downstairs in my two-story house. Alex had measured the space for the new windows incorrectly, resulting in windows that are bigger than the old ones and cracked walls between them. The next day, the employees arrived at 5:00 pm and worked until 5:00 am the following morning, causing disturbance to my neighbors who couldn't sleep due to the noise. Despite the long hours, they still did not finish the job. In the afternoon, Alex showed up for the cash payment, which I paid. However, I was too tired to discuss everything with him at that moment. When I finally had a chance to rest, I informed him about the poorly made windows and shared my bad experiences with his employees. Since August 15, I have been trying to reach out to him to resolve the issues, but he has not responded. He took the cash payment from me, did not finish the windows, and disappeared. I consulted experts from another company who informed me that it would cost more to repair the bad windows than what I paid for their installation. I strongly advise people to avoid this company. It is difficult to believe that the advertisements from this company are genuine. I hope my review helps others make an informed decision. Thank you for reading.
