RushCard / UniRush my money was taken from my rushcard which was several charges and it mostly some of my rent money.

I've been with Rushcard for quite some time now and love my card and the company but i filed a dispute for the charges that was stolen from my card, but Rushcard is not handling the issue the way it should be handled and I'm about to get evicted before the holidays. After the representatives told me i should be receiving my credits today, December 19, 2017 but come to find out i didn't receive none of my credit. I hate to take matters to another level of suing Rushcard for not handling my situation but it looks like that's what it's going to take so someone please handle this. Thank you!

RushCard / UniRush provisional credit

I was scheduled to receive a provisional credit on 11/29/17 due to them allowing people to take money out of my account. I filed a dispute on 11/14/2017 and was told I would have my credit in 10 business days. Somehow that turned into 11/29/17. However 11/29 came n went with no credit. I called everyday since, several times a day, and keep being told don't worry we will have your credit on your account by the end of today. Still no credit, I was just told I could not speak to a supervisor because they aren't there. They refuse to give me my money and they are very unprofessional. I really want to sue them for their negligence at this point. I just want what is due to me .

RushCard / UniRush customer service

I have been calling rushcard over a week a transaction was put threw twice on my account and I’ve called to dispute ! It’s over a month old and somebody is getting over ! When calling I get out on hold and keep getting told I need to wait on a dispute form that 4 different people say they’re sending and don’t ! I have been patient but I need my money back. I’m currently on hold again after speaking to a third agent who told me a supervisor was going to come on the line, I’ve been on hold so long music isn’t even playing ! This is the worst experience I’ve ever had ! Then the lady tells me she’s disputing the charge which is the wrong charge ! I’m furious right now literally want to speak to corporate or a legal representative at this point

Corporate needs to put the reps back on the phone
.you can't talk to a human. That is just extremely unprofessional. People don't play about their money. We don't have time or energy to play with the Voice automated system and you don't even give the people an option to speak to a csr

RushCard / UniRush money taken and not getting the help from rush

i had 2 times money was taken from my card i filed with them a dispute just to be told 5 days later when i called back i was told i had to file all over again because there agent didnt put it in the way i told it to them so then when i start asks things about why there agent droped the ball she then got loud and told me if i didnt do what she say she was going to cancel it. then when i ask to speak with someone in rank i was place on hold for 2 hour and i am still on hold as i type.

RushCard / UniRush falsely informed of the return of my $1500 from a transaction

My Rush card debit card was lost and i sent $1500 to my Paypal account so that i would not be completely without cash but that didn't work because rush card said it would take 7-10 business days so i cancelled the $1500 transaction. Now it has been 2 weeks since i talked with an agent, which told me i'd have my $1500 within 2 business days. Here it is, two weeks later, and i still don't have my money. I've spoken with rush card several times to be told they don't know why i don't have my money yet (which clearly is mines so i shouldn't have to keep going through this). I was reassured on a recorded line more than once that my money would be on my card the next day and today i still haven't gotten my money.

RushCard / UniRush rushcard

I have been trying to have a pending amount of $850.00 release back into my account since Sept. 30, 2017 and those funds are still not available to me. I have a mortgage payment that need to be paid. I have spoken with multiple supervisors one being Che who stated it would be available to me today whwn I spoke with her on Monday and I called in to Rush to check the status and spoke with Rain who stated I need to wait another 24-48hrs and this is unacceptable. I requested to speak with her manager/boss she stated Supervisors are the highest. I have been a RushCard member since 2012 and this has been my worst experience and no one seems to care that I need my funds as I have bills to take care of.

RushCard / UniRush service sucks

I have two cards wish I ask for one to be cancelled last year. I order a new card gave my employer the direct deposit form from new card receive by mail. my direct deposit when to old card that I no longer have and ask to be cancelled last year I even pause the old card my self so I was charged $2.00 for a transfer fee to new account and a addition of $7.95, for something that not my fault I been with you guys since 2012 and reffed many coworkers to your company after this week realizing that this [censor] is not right I can never tell anyone about this company is great and I have to tell everyone this story because your customers service was no help and didn't understand English or what I was saying.

RushCard / UniRush charges unauthorized

Been customer since 2010, never used it much through years until this last year. And after today I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN. I just cut up both cards! DIDNT BOTHER ME TO MUCH THAT THEY CHARGED SMALL AMOUNT TO ADD MONEY TO IT! Made purchases in June & July this year, never thought anything about it afterwards! Until yesterday..made couple purchases and seen on my transactions that somewhere there was some $ not accounted for with what I deposited! Then I received text that card was charged $1 for purchase! Purchase I didn't make, woke up this morning and the $ I knew should of been there was all used up from being charged 1$ for every purchase ! BS! They even charged me 1$ for my purchases made back in June and July, they charged it yesterday! HOW DO THEY GET AWAY WITH THIS, EVEN THE SUPERVISOR I SPOKE WITH BASICALLY SAID SHE DIDNT CARE ABOUT MY CHARGES AND THEY EVERY RIGHT TO CHARGE ME TODAY FOR PURCHASES 3 months ago! I WOUKD RATHER PAY PAYPAL 9.99 mo for there prepaid card, never had issues with any other prepaid card!
RUSHCARD EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS SHOULD BE IN PRISON! THIS IS NO DIFFERENT THAN BEING RAPED OR BRUTALLY BEATEN! I'm disabled and only get so much $ a month and these ppl take advantage of it and get just about half of a disabled persons pay! They made $20 + off of my only $50 in one day from just me, paying couple bills!
NOTHING LIKE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF AN ELDERLY DISABLED WOMAN ON SMALL INCOME

RushCard / UniRush don't ever get rush card, I am a victim of fraudulent transactions twice. I will be filling a lawsuit.

i have been a customer since 2014 and wont ever recommend rush card to anyone ever. So today i received an email telling me i made a purchase of $102 dollars. i immediately called them and told them that my identity was stolen and that it was not me who made that transaction. They told to contact the company and ask them to cancel the transaction. The company told me that neither my name and card number weren't in their system. they told me that i have never made a transaction with them. It just seems extremely weird to me how rush card charged my card when the company claims i have never placed an order with them. Which made me think that the identify theft is happening from the same rush card employees. I was furious and called rush card back. All they told me was to wait until it the transaction clears and then i will have to file a dispute and that it will take 90 days for me to get my money back. I asked to speak to a manager and they told me that they weren't allow to transfer me to a manager. This is the second time something like this happens. Now i have to leave the country with no money. I am extremely upset and i feel at this point my identity will never be safe with rush card and they are a bunch of thief and don't care about their customers.

I am been a victim I have been a member of rushcard since 2009 and they always say when they get on the phone that they value me being a valuable member since 09" well I don't get treated like one that's for sure I am disabled and my disability check gets direct deposited into my rushcard account well this is the second time I am disputing unauthorized charges and use to my account and rushcard keeps giving me the run around I did my dispute form and turned everything in and I spoke with a manager Ms. Rene in the dispute department and she said everything is good to go and that I am eligible for provisional credit once I sign the dispute form and upload it into my account I did that well she said within 10 business days if the dispute decision has not been settled within 10 business days they will put the provisional credit on my account well they never did and I did the dispute on October 28th 2017i still haven't got my money back and they keep making more reasons and excuses ..now rushcard claims I need another dispute form or I need a rebuttal letter in order to get my money back but I will get it on the 27th of November i said no .that's not okay you told me it would take 10 business days to get my provisional credit back not one month..and a few months back I had the same thing this time an unauthorized ATM withdrawal of $300 I disputed and they say there were no error found I said I don't think so I told them to pull the servalence camera and look at the person at the ATM and that the person at the ATM that's withdrawing $300 out of my account is no me so how can you say that there is no error found .. and still to this day I still have not gotten my money back on that .. so I told them I will be reporting y'all and I did to the consumer fraud department and The BBB Better Business Bureau which also I did and I also have me an attorney now and I'm sueing rushcard and others also

i am a victim of a bank machine scam as to where some one duplicated my card and my pin. while i was home asleep my money was being taken off my card. 2 minutes after the money was noticed being taken i called rush card to let them know what had just happened and they made me fill out the dispute form for me to be told two weeks later even after me giving them a police report that they are not giving me any monies back because they don't see any wrong doing.So some one got $988.00 just like that and i got nothing after being with them for 10 years

RushCard / UniRush will not release my pending transaction

my name is jessika corbray [protected]. I have been trying to get my funds released for over 4 days from a pending transaction and rush card is truly not handing any thing. They are being the most difficult un reliable company i have ever had to deal with in my life. No supervisor are helpful they suck.
I have sent in all documents need to release my funds and still it is not good enough. I have had the hotel resort supervisor on the phone to speak to rush card reps and still my money has not been released. The hotel resort supervisor was on the line with a supervisor from rush card and they still would not take her word to let rush card know that they were only to hold 237.52 once and with a 100.00 deposit but there are two pending transaction for 237.52 and they still have not released my funds .
I will tell everyone i know that rush card is not a company to do any business with. I can not believe how i have been treated when i get my salary deposit on this card. Your customer service is horrible and they try to hold a pending transaction for 35 day i have never heard of such a hold time i hate this company

next i will but this on facebook and what ever other social media company i can advise to never do business with rush card

RushCard / UniRush rush card system

Hello My name Is brandy Sanders I have been a member since 2004 i am sending in a compliant to rush card on Saturday August 26 2017 i loaded money to my card to pay bills and the system has been down for a few days... Which i never received information they where down at all if so i would have not loaded anything i called serval times now i have a late fee because of the matter called the first rep said wait 2hours it will be back up on Saturday never happened then call sunday same story called back still a issue then waited 30mins on hold for a supervisor not one was available As a value customer i am really upset. Now i have a 13.95 late fee attached to my payment and i explained to the people its not me it's you guys... I really feel mistreated can some one call me [protected]

RushCard / UniRush unauthorized charges

I provided the company with the information to show that my online account had been hacked and an order made in my name. The company did not investigate this issue and I was stuck with a 193.77 charge that I did do. The customer service was not helpful in the investigation. I am outraged of the lack of customer service provided after I have been a long time customer.
Even after I provided the rebuttal letter with the further information needed to help the case they stated once it was closed it would not be reopened. I will be stopping my direct deposit and no longer using this company because I think it is a rip off.

RushCard / UniRush prepaid card services

On July 10, 2017 I inadvertently paid my rent to We Energies. We Energies put the money back into my account on Aug 10th - they even provided me the tracing number. The horrific customer service people at Rush Card told me there was nothing they could do and that I would have to contact the vendor. I told her, again, that I did and that they gave me the verification that they did send it AND that it was received. Here we are on the 22nd, and still no money back into my account. $500 is a lot of money to be holding onto. Violations of banking laws!

RushCard / UniRush not receiving my card

I called in that there where a unauthorized transaction was made on my card on Aug 2 2017 they cancelled my card and send me out a replacement card on Aug 3 2017 i still haven't received my replacement card I've contacted Rush card again on Aug 17 2017 requesting that to send my money to me threw money gram they states that I have to pay $30 for that request I said ok noone never responded back to me I called back 3 hrs later asking why I haven't received a confirmation number to pick up my money they stated the corporate office denied my request I said how come they denied me from getting my money they said I can pay $30 to get my card 1 to 2 days from ups I said ok I paid the $30 for that I've been going threw pain & suffering every since Aug 3 2017 I'm not understanding how was I denied my money I haven't had a chance to pay none of my bills I have late fees on my rent, car note ect. I'm so frustrated I never seen nothing like this my daughter party is Aug 19 2017 I had to cancel it do to I can't receive my funds out my account I cannot believe this please I just want my money

RushCard / UniRush customer service and not following guidelines

I have been a customer of Rush card since 2008. There were fraudulent purchases made with Xbox. Not one Not two but like 20plus. When I contacted Xbox they could not help me due to the fact that I did not. The email associated with the account? So I call rush card. Filed disputes. Got a new card. They never did any kind of contact via email, phone or text. When I call them they don't know what's going on. And when I spoke to a supervisor in the Philippines mind you that I can barely understand he gives me another window of time. So I wait 2 weeks call back today and they have closed my case. Did not contact me at all and they are not refunding my money. So hey its all right in their eyes to use someone else's card to make purchases. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I mailed my dispute forms to Nebraska not the Philippines. I would like to be able to understand why my dispute was closed. But hey they don't know the phone number?

RushCard / UniRush customer service no help!

I have been a loyal customer of RushCard since 2013. I've used them for my direct deposit banking for both my jobs for many years, I've never had a problem until recently. On May 27th, 2017 while I was at work I kept getting notifications on my phone, that charges were being made on my card. I immediately knew something was wrong, so I checked my purse and found that my Rushcard was missing. I immediately logged into my account paused my card and called customer service. After being given the runaround and transferred to several different departments by representatives who barely spoke or understood English, I finally spoke to a representative that could help me. After reporting my card stolen, ordering a new card and filing a dispute for the unauthorized charges to my card, I was told that an investigation would be done and my account would be credited. All lies! The so-called investigation took less than a week and it was closed! After speaking to a representative I was told that no fraudulent activity had taken place and I would not be credited back the $300 that was stolen from a card, I was made to feel like it was my fault my hard earned money was stolen from me. I am disgusted and disappointed with RushCard the way I was treated by RushCard and I am now in the process of researching many of the different prepaid card providers out there, so I can take my loyalty elsewhere. I will definitely make sure I tell everyone how I was treated by RushCard, so they don't make the same mistake I did.

RushCard / UniRush transaction

I've had transactions on my card twice one charge came off and posted correctly, the second one has been pending since July 29.2017. I have been without access to my funds while calling the company who charged my card along with contacting customer service it is august 8, 2017 and I still can't access my money. Someone told me in 10 days it would post, but I'm not understanding why

RushCard / UniRush rush card online access

I have been a customer since 2009. I travel a great deal and have always been able to access my account online or through my app to transfer funds and pay for items while traveling. Three weeks ago I was blocked from accessing the account via app and online. After numerous calls to customer service, I have been told that they have not blocked me and I should be able to access from the UK, however, no matter where I am I cannot access the site, but if I call I get through with my phone. This is extremely upsetting as I won't be back home for another month and have no access to my funds unless I transfer via PayPal. Has anyone else had this problem?

RushCard / UniRush rush card provisional credit

I've been a rush card member since 2015 I had my direct deposit set to load on my card. My card was used without authorization and I contacted customer service and was told that I would receive a provisional credit within 48hrs. That 48hrs came and went with no credit on my card. I called them back and have been given the run around ever since. Each rep tells me something different and no one allows me to speak with a supervisor. I've been told that it's processing, that it will take 48hrs and that it takes 90 days. The reps just lie to me and sometimes get attitudes with me and don't speak English very well. I cant believe that Russell Simmons puts his name on this and endorses this type of treatment to his customers, he needs to be made known what's going on.

P.S. Alls I want is my money and somebody give me Russell Simmons number PLEASE!

RushCard / UniRush card on hold

My card has been on hold for 20 days. They still cant tell me why its on hold, and they keep telling me that corporate has to lift the hold on my account. I have been calling everyday for the past 2 weeks and nothing has been done. This is unacceptable. My card has been on hold since july 12, 2017 and it is now July 26, 2017 and nothing has been done.
