pending unauthorized charges
I have had some unauthorized charges that posted to my account on [protected]. I was advised by the merchant that they never collected funds and proceeded to speak with rush card. Several reps from rush card advised me my money will be posted on my account today which is Friday [protected]. I have spoken with several reps now speaking with the third supervisor since the other 2 kept me on hold for a total of 2 hours and then hung up. Now someone new is telling me I need to wait another 10 days which is unacceptable. I been with this company since Dec 2007 and have been treated unfairly about funds that belong to me. All I want is for my money to be posted back to my account. At this point rush card will lose me as a customer and I will advised anyone not to do business with their unfair business practices.

March 6 2018 I rec refund of irs of 5000 my ispent iver thousand my remaining balance was 4848.66 that was my balance so I requested on line direct deposit to my bank they did bill pay to be mailed to my address I never received a check so they cancelled bill pay reissued another chk well never received so we cancelled bill pay rep said we'll just do direct deposit in rush card faster process u will rec funds after corporate reviews it time frame will take 24 to 48 hrs process i've been going thru the same thing call us back one two days since march i've been getting no results time frame has been up now we're in may 3 mos they still have my balance if 484866 what's the promblem my funds r on hold where my deposit rushcsrd services metabank have my deposit since march I need my funds they never depbon my card

In 2017 rush claimed suspicious activity, asked me to fax documents proving identity I have faxed all documents 4 times and I keep hearing a check will be sent in 48 hours this is bs every time I fax paperwork they don't send my money but when I call they claim fax wasn't clear or need additional documents I finally contacted Bibb and fdic I faxed paperwork to rush again and to Bibb and fdic as well let's see what their exude is this time! My money has been held since 4/21/2017 it is 5/2018 now I am hiring a attorney as well rush is a criminal organization management is reaping the benefits of holding our money and getting away with it Do not Open a account With Rush Card you will be Robbed! change of address and replacement rushcard
I Shyketa Freeman a rushcard customer since 2013 contacted rushcard to let them know I lost my card on 03/24/2018 they told me to send a letter stating I wanted to change my address and needed a replacement card along with a copy of my social security card and identification card and proof of a bill by fax, I sent all required documents, now today is 04/02/2018 and they are saying I can't have these services rendered due to my state issued identification card picture is too dark, I have a son with muscular dystrophy whose money for his care is on this card and they are still refusing to send me a card. This is so ridiculous it's starting to make me stressed out. I'm continuously talking to rushcard employees and supervisors and still no resort. They recommend faxzero so I use faxzero and they still saying it's too dark.. I need to get my funds off this card, I'm complaining

I'm very dissatisfied with Rush Card BAD BANKING . My IRS refund was handle poorly ! I Spoke To numerous customer rep over the past 3 Days & the communication shared from the rep from Your Corporate Office was unacceptable .
You advertise direct deposit your IRS refund than if it's over a certain amount you give the customer the run around requesting more documentation once you receive information no follow through on your end .
My refund was sent to your institution on 3/27 & I called to inquire what was needed, only to get more delays .
You was prompt with the email on 3/27 then the ball dropped in a never ending circle .
I sent in the Information per your request & I called for an update the next day informed by rep the information was illegible ! I faxed the documents again, I called for update told it can take up to 3 hours before the information is upload in the system, more delays .
Finally informed later that night the information wasn't legible again this is Day #3 more run around & delays .
Finally informed by rep my refund was sent back to IRS More delays .
After speaking with Mel the Manager, telling me my Check was returned on 3/28 .
Why was I being told to send documents in & your corporate office had already sent my refund back to IRS .
Manager asking me to have IRS remit the my refund again, This is CRAZY !
Talk about BAD BUSINESS.
I have been a member since 2005.
I've had other concerns in the pass but this one has broke the camel back .
Enough RUSH CARD .

Now IRS telling me another 5-6 weeks ! Why all because you fail to communicate & poor customer service .

locked card money missing
I would not recommend rush card to anyone you people just take our money then lock up our cards I don't understand how y'all are still in business at this point I've been with y'all for about 8years at first I was satisfied when my money would go missing or my card got locked up I would get the best costumer service but for the past 5 or six years y'all have done nothing but continue to take my funds off my card then when I call and complain you guys act like it's nothibg you can do it's sad that I work my butt off and I get hit by a card that supposed to protect my money it's so sad
But I will Be suing if nothing is done soon I have all I need to move forward with this lawsuit so if you guys don't fix this I won't have a choice ... Not recommended sorry not sorry now I gotta find another card service unless this problem get fixed

I have been a Rushcard member since 2007.in February I contacted customer care that my account had been compromised. The next day I received a text message stating that it had in fact been compromised and they would be canceling the account and sending a new card. Upon calling in, I was told I needed to file a formal dispute to receive the funds back. I filed the dispute the same day and asked for the forms to be emailed to me. I never received the forms. I called back to notify them I did not receive the forms 4 TIMES and then finally received them in the mail to my physical address about 2 weeks later. Upon submitting them I was told that I would not be receiving a provisional credit because the forms were not received in time and when I explained that it was their error they told me there was nothing they can do. I was then told I would receive funds within 10 business days. I did not. Then I was told within 45 days. I did not. Now I'm being told it will be up to 90 days for the investigation to be complete and for me to possibly receive the funds. Every time I call I receive different information. One call I was on the phone for 4 hours with no resolution and when I told them I was dissatisfied the response was that they would gladly cancel my account for me. 11 years and that is the service I have received? It is a slap in the face. This is by far the WORST customer service I have ever received.

My card was recently eaten up by an atm machine. I was making a transaction at the same atm I make withdrawals at. The machine ate my card so I contacted rushcard to order a new card they charged me $5 to replace my card and on top of that I paid $30 for expedited shipping. They told me that I would receive my card in 1-2 days. The card never arrived I called them about my tracking number which they don't have they kept placing the blame on ups saying that they are having problems with their shipping services or better yet ups haven't sent them a tracking number yet. I've been going back and forth with these foreign people who I can barely understand they sit on the phone and lie about their names asked for the supervisor there isn't one available asked for corporate number they don't know I contacted ups they told me that the sender makes the label and already have a tracking number yet rushcard denies it then on top of that I asked for the information on the invoice and was told that they're not allowed to give the information out. So i'm not allowed to receive information about my money! Where the hell they do that at? As of today i'm 4 days behind on rent and bills with accumulating late fees. I've been calling so much trying to get answers that they know it's me and most of the agents will hang up or place me on hold for long periods of time.. I'm beyond pissed

I deposited $1000 onmy rushcard February 24th for building Detroit. Building Detroit sent a form to rushcard March 1st to release my money, corporate lied and told me wait 1-2 business days and I did and of course my money is not on my card. neat company
I was charged $119.99 back on december 22, 2017 from neat company. Which was not authorized and which i don't do business with. I contacted them after i seen this charge from them. I was told that they would refund my money because it was an un-authorized charge . I have called this company every week in january and now we are in february and i am still getting told the same thing. That they are going to refund my money and it will be back into my account with in 7 to 10 business days. I am still waiting as of 2/13/2018. I have tried calling my credit card company and have been put on hold each time and never has a dispute rep picked up the phone to take my dispute. I have even tried sending emails and i get back that there mail box is full at this time.

I have been with Rushcard Since 2007, and I have never experienced the problems that I am having now with Rushcard..I had my plan changed from pay as you go, to the Rush Unlimited plan, upon doing so, Rushcard told me the plan will take affect 1/1/2018..My plan was not changed as it should have, been..I have been waiting for 2 months for Rushcard to do the right thing..Every time I CALL rushcard, they give me the Same (Bull)Censor) excuse, oh it's been escalated, and we are still waiting for a response..How do I company allow people to constantly read, a (Censor) script, and tell customers all these Lies..I am highly upset, and frustrated behind rushcard, false lies..

I'm making a complaint because 1 I've been a customer since 2014 I've been trying to have text alert since then. Last month for the first time there were about 4 text alert occasionally I get email alerts I'm having a problem with the customer service in the call center not trying to resolve the problems I've been having since 2014. On February 5th 2018 I've talked with several customer service agents and they keep sending me back to what's my balance and transactions not allow me to speak with supervisor. I've been having tolerance and patient long enough.

Rush card employees are a bunch of liar. I've been with rush card since 2012 and I receive my income threw rush card. But lately they have been a bunch of bull [censor] charger me over fee price and if u leave money on ur card they take it off. N can't explain where it went, they lie bt where it gone at. They even lie bout when my deposit going. I say anybody don't mess with rush card they are fraud, scammer, liar and will take ur money. Go to another company don't. I called in on nov 8th to dispute 3 charges rush told me to contact to merchant to get 1-3 charges refunded because it was still pending. On November 11th the merchant refunded 1-3 charges. On November 14 the sent me confirmation that they sent the forms back to rush Card and and agreed that they invalidly charged me rush Card tell me that even though they sent the funds back I have to wait 90days to get the rep majeed rep Id number 0150369 was the most ignorant of them all just tell me to just wait n stop asking about MY MONEY By far the worst rep EVER
lost card
I was robbed on Christmas and I put in for another card on the 26th. Today is January 10th and I still haven't recieved my replacement card. I have 2 checks on my card from job and about to get paid again Friday. They told me to go to the post office and see if they have it I went to 3 and they didn't have it. I contacted rushcard everyday trying to see where my card is no one knows anything.. I'm behind on bills and on the verge of eviction and nobody cares. I had to get ANOTHER replacement for my replacement card and they still charged me the $30 expedited fee as well as another replacement card fee. I've been with these ppl since 2007 and THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING. If I get evicted from my home I WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTIONS. I will never use rushcard again. They should have American people in their customer service centers because the ppl they have are rude and do not know what is going on even when the account is right in front of them.
I am complaining about my withdrawal
On January 3rd I withdrew money from my account only to find out later that all my money was withdrawn from my account by rush card. I'm a single mother of three boys 10, 4, 3. I work very hard for my money. Now we won't have any money for 5 to 10 business days it what I was told. With no real excuse on way my money was taking. Its sad because I been with Rush Card for 7 years and never have I had this to happen to me now waiting on 2 damn checks to be delivered tome. This is a very big disappointment to me.
customer service
I have had this card since 2012 using it for basically just online purchases. I load my card here and there (in and out of state). I tried loading it for the last two days and kept getting errors. I called and they told me that they closed my account due to malicious/suspicious activity. I called 3 times and two customer service representatives told me they could not give me an answer as to why except one person who said it was suspicious activity according to the bank. I rarely use my card and I've never done any type of fraud. It is so unprofessional to cut off my card and not even give me a heads up or even try to work it out. Rushcard is fraud. I will be calling corporate because this is unacceptable. There was no reason to shut off my card and I deserve a in detail answer as to why this happened. This is why I don't like prepaid cards. It's always some BS. This card was my baby since I don't have a bank account at the moment. Very disappointed.

I disputed transactions adding to $595.00 made in China for groceries I was told on December 10th I would receive my provisional credit on December 22, 2017 10days after I filed. I sent in all the forms needed on December 10th 2017 and was told everyday I would receive my money on the 22th I called today and my case was denied claiming there was no errors I want my money back.
