I gotta say, I ain't too happy with Rusted Orange Craftworks Co. I ordered a couple of gifts from them way back on December 5th, and I paid for 'em right then and there. But guess what? I still ain't got no order number or confirmation or nothin'! I done emailed 'em, messaged 'em on Facebook, and even called 'em up, but I ain't heard a peep from 'em. It's like they don't even care about their customers! I used PayPal to pay, and I done reported 'em to PayPal too. I mean, seriously, who runs a business without a customer service number? That's just plain ridiculous! I shoulda known better than to order from 'em. Ugh, what a headache!

I bought one of them address plaques from Rusted Orange Craftworks Co. and let me tell you, it ain't worth it. They say not to leave it outside in the weather, but I didn't listen and now it's all rusted up and looks like a hot mess. I'm so bummed out about it, especially since it cost almost $50 if you don't have a Groupon. Thank goodness I got a deal on it, or I'd be even more ticked off. Don't waste your money on this one, folks.

I just got my stuff from Rusted Orange Craftworks Co. and I'm super stoked about it. I got some things for my kids who are hitched and I gotta say, I'm pretty pleased with what I got. When the package came to my job, I was all jazzed up to show my work buds what I got and they were all about it too! I gotta say, I'm feeling pretty sheepish about these Rusted Orange Craftworks Co. gifts I bought. The metal is so dang thin, I'm worried it's gonna bend like a noodle when I try to wrap it up. And to top it off, I had to pay a delivery fee for each piece, but they all came crammed into one box. Talk about a major rip off, am I right? I really wish someone else had warned me about this before I spent my hard-earned cash. But hey, I'm not one to keep quiet about a bad experience. I'm gonna shout it from the rooftops (or at least every public platform I can find) so that nobody else has to waste their money like I did.

I had a really bad experience with Rusted Orange Craftworks Co. I ordered a letter G from them and when it arrived, it was all bent and twisted. I was really disappointed, but they did send me a new one. However, they asked me to send the old one back and pay for the return shipping. I thought that was pretty unfair, so I asked them to reimburse me for the shipping costs. They refused and said they couldn't return my money.

When the second letter G arrived, it was even more bent and twisted than the first one! I was so frustrated and upset. I really don't think this company cares about their customers at all. I would definitely not recommend buying anything from them.

I had a real bad time when my house burned down on Sept 7th. But then I found Rusted Orange Craftworks Co. on rustedorange.com and they really helped me out. I got a "20 inch Monogrammed Circle with name" from them on Groupon for when my house is rebuilt. But I messed up when I was trying to order it and couldn't finish. That's when [protected]@ Rusted Orange stepped in and saved the day! She was so helpful and put my order back in after I sent her a copy of my purchase. I mean, some of them big companies wouldn't have done that for me, but Aubrey was great! I'm definitely gonna buy from them again!

I bought two things from Rusted Orange Craftworks Co. (rustedorange.com) in December for Christmas presents. When I got the stuff, both things were bent. The metal is really thin, so they should have wrapped it up better. I messaged them and they said they'd send me new stuff in 7-10 business days. I got the order in early, but now it's only 4 days before Christmas and I still don't have my stuff. They didn't even say sorry for the trouble. I'm really mad and let down.

I'm really disappointed with Rusted Orange Craftworks Co. I was supposed to get my order on 01/03/2022, but it hasn't arrived yet. They sent me an email about it, and I replied to them three times to explain the situation. But I haven't heard anything back from them since then. They already took the money from my bank account, but I still don't have my purchase. It seems like they don't even bother to read their emails, or they just don't care about their customers.

I tried to find a phone number to contact them, but it's like looking for a needle in a haystack. It's impossible to get a hold of a human being from their company. If anyone knows their phone number, please share it on this site. I would really appreciate it.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Rusted Orange Craftworks Co. to anyone. Their customer service is terrible, and they don't seem to care about their customers at all. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to receiving my order, but now I'm just left disappointed and frustrated.

But when I sent them pics of the messed up stuff, they were quick to send me a new one. And get this, they even responded to me on a Saturday afternoon! That's some good customer service right there. The only thing that kinda sucks is that the mail takes forever to get to me, but that ain't Rusted Orange's fault. They even include a card with tips on how to take care of the stuff they send you. Overall, I'm pretty happy with these guys.

I ordered this thing called "36" I Heart You?Personalized" and let me tell you, it was not what I expected. I mean, I saw the picture of what it was supposed to look like and what I got was completely different. It was like they were trying to trick me or something.
