I would like to report an insedent that happend in taj mall branch Jordan i visited their branch and tried on a suit which liked and bought. The trousers needed a slight adjustment to the length. I left it in the shop to collect it in a few days. I went back today the 29th Dec 2019 a to collect. First they have shortened it more than what i asked for and also noticed the jacket had some small defects, i then informed the sales person that i was not happy with the jacket and if it was possible to exchange it or have a refund? The sales person confirmed that he would try to fix the defect and if not they will provide me with a credit refund. However he then said he should check with his manager to approve! I asked to speak to the manager (Mr.Rami) as soon as i got on the phone his attitude was impolite and aggressive and said the jacket was not ironed properly without being there to see the actual jacket. The suit is a Travel line suite that shouldn't have any creasing issues. Then he said it was my fault to not notice from the start and at this point he cant do anything or provide a refund or exchange. He would only be able to check with the tailor if he would be able to fix it. I am a loyal customer for years now My profile in Qatar is under my number [protected] and in Jordan [protected] However, this is the first time im facing a horrible customer experience in one of your shops.
