huge scam!
I signed up for SafeCart and one month later they charged me again without my permission. SafeCart support said that I will be charged every month. They said that I agreed to that when I used their site for the first time. I knew they would not refund my money but I did not want them to charge me in the future so I asked them to cancel my subscription. Their rep refused and said that once I signed up I can't cancel. What? They left me no other choice; I immediately called my bank and cancelled my card. Don't let them steal from you!

Safe Cart is inaccessible to deal with a problem with my Toshiba laptop. They are unreachable during their business hours by phone.

Paid them money and was hoping they would fix my computer. But later I received a call from SafeCart and they said that they need more money because there was a serious problem with my computer. I paid some extra money and they promised to fix it as soon as possible, but then I got another call and was told that they need money again! They were fixing my computer like almost three months and did nothing and every time they called they asked for more cash!

pc cleaner pro - pc cleaner recurring service
Several years ago, I tried PC Cleaner Pro's one-time payment and now they continue to sneak recurring charges onto my account after NEVER having signed up for any subscription service.
I am very careful when dealing with companies claiming to fix computer slowness or viruses, so I always read the fine print but this company is a complete scam!
By the way, they tried to trick me into paying them $400 to get a technician to go in and fix my PC. Ludicrous!
I will be requesting a full refund as well as writing several poor reviews, please those of you out there who have a similar experience, do the same.

I had some problems with the computer and asked Safecart Techheal to check what problems were and what I should do. The agent asked me for the permission to get the access to my computer. I agreed and after 20 minutes he said that I had bad viruses as well as he offered me to clean the computer for $430. As well as he advised to pay $160 fee for the support and repair. But this company is scam and they simply take money and don’t check your computer.

I ordered the speedy pc pro dec. 21, 2015, because several sites gave it excellent reviews. Downloaded it, but had trouble installing it because the instructions regarding the licensing number weren't clear. So i called tech which was ats. The guy is more concerned that my purchase wasn't somehow verified (Even though the order number was on the screen) that actually helping me. He said he could fix everything, and would fix everything, wrong with my computer. He submitted an email to get the licensing number (None of my info showed up on his computer) then did a scan. I was disconnected. He never called back. When i called back, i was told he had left for the evening but the new guy can help. I was told we wouldn't have to do a new scan. The computer wouldn't connect so after a lot of tinkering had to reboot. Then had to do a new scan anyway. Then, the guy proceeds to tell me that the software won't fix these problems, but they could fix it for $150. Meanwhile, the licensing guy writes back that he needs my name, email and zip code which i listed when i purchased the product in order to get my license number. Then he writes that my purchase info isn't anywhere on their system, so i have to call safecart. Safecart gave me my license number. Meanwhile, nothing on my computer got fixed last night and i spent three hours on the phone dealing with all of this. I got the product but i want them to fix the other problems they listed for free for wasting my time and giving me the run-around.

charges for automatic renewal for a service which I attempted to cancel
I ordered a service and cancelled it via given cancellation period via email. The company did not canceled the subscription and charged my credit cart for the monthly subscription fee. I tried to inform safe cart via email but their email addresses seem invalid. Thus I am not able to get a confirmation of cancellation. My next step is to instruct a lawyer to fill in necessary complaints on my behalf unless I hear from the company within 24 hours.

I just looked at my account and found that Safe Cart Charged me $2.95 in August. Then a couple days later they charged me $19.95 and a month later another $19.95. I have had to cancel my card attached to my checking account and now I will have to wait to get my other card so that I will be able to pay my Bills that are paid with that card. It is very annoying. This is why people hesitate to buy online because companies get a hold of someone's card and they keep charging until they are caught.,

unauthorized debit from our account
found a debit on my checking account and when I called and was finally able to get through, she told me it was for a spyware program that I had purchased. I told her that I had made a purchase in 2013 and I cancelled it right away. I also had a debit last year and called and had the money put back into my account and asked them to cancel again. When I tried to tell the woman I spoke with today she said I had never cancelled and had only made my purchase last year-not true. But she was very rude and said, 'look I'm not going to argue with you about this', I asked her to cancel and put our money back into our account and to please cancel--we'll see next year if they come back and try this again. Not a trustworthy company at all-they are crooks that have figured out a way to get away with taking other peoples money.

Unauthorized withdrawal from bank account
Aprox. six months ago I unfortunately purchased Spy hunter to clean up my PC, it cleaned it alright, it completely erased EVERYTHING from my computer, only has a black screen now. Had to purchase a new computer, and I cancelled Spyhunter. Now they are billing me again for 39.99. I want NOTHING to do with them and I do want my money back because they were unauthorized to take it from my account

Purchased SafeCart registry software to fix contaminated registry and the bamk credit card was flagged as hacked. Finally paid by PayPal(a mistake) and found a recurring charge. The software never did work and had to reload the OS. Went to download a replacement copy and now they do not have a record of my email.

An fraudulent entry was made to my PayPal account authorising annual automatic payments for software not supplied or required. PayPal are investigating.
I checked my account transactions and had an extra $40.00 after purchasing PC Health Parentologic for my computer. This has now caused my bank account to be overdrawn. This is the reason I am going to sue unless all overdraft fees and money replaced into my account!

I have never ordered spyware, online security or anything else from these people. In fact I had never heard of them until they hacked my paypal account and signed me up for annual products! I was fefunded by paypal but I am concerned they may continue to sign me up and to get paid for it, I have changed my paypal security and passwords but hey, they bypassed them before so they can probably do it again.

I see this software has charged my credit card again. I would like the service cancelled. Online it gives you numbers to call depending on what letters your program starts with. I have no idea what these letters are so have no idea what number to call! I am sure this software was uninstalled from my computer long ago as it is no longer in my list of programs.

I received an unauthorized charge from DRI Spy Hunter. I used this software over a year ago and have since changed computers and software. Your software is no longer needed or wanted. My email changed from tbonsmo@verizon.net to the newer one listed on my complaint. Please reverse the charges to my credit card that you have charged. safecart got paid but failed to deliver
On 9/9/2014 my computer got hacked I download a software named Spyware the company Enigma software.
This purshase was made by through SafeCart using my Visa card. Today 9/10/2014 I expected the key code to activate the software but nothing nada. I called the bank and yes they got paid I called Enigma for answers but no record show of the transaction. I search for answers and hit a dead end with no software and my money is in safecart, that is no way of doing business they have my money and I wanted back.

The company Safecartspeed is total crap and scam. I haven’t ordered from them, but they started to take money from my account. WTF? I sent them emails and messages, but these ### simply ignored me and continued to take fake charges. I wonder if there are people, who had the same thing. Half year ago my computer got a popup ad about RegCure Pro. It looked very attractive so I ordered it online. They charged me US$39.90 for this product. Then I found it didn't improve my computer performance but made it worse. So I uninstalled the product. A few days ago I was charged US$19.90. In the email message they say this is an automatic renewal of licence for 1 July to 31 Dec 2014 period. In the same email they say I can change the automatic renewal or unsubscribe the product via a provided link. I spent hours trying to create and log into an account do to this but unsuccessful. It seemed I already created the account but when I tried to log in it kept saying incorrect password. When I "reset" the password (they sent me the "forgotten" password) and then tried to log in again it always fail. So I'm still unable to cancel/disable/unsubscribe this "automatic renewal" thing. After reading from thousands of complains new I realise I have fallen into a trap and cannot get my money back. I am scared they will continue deducting my credit card in the future as they have the card details.
