SafeCart has been taking $25.99 out of my checking account for a year. I don't know who or what SafeCart does. I have tried to call them but the phone picks up and then goes dead. I do not remember applying for it since I know nothing about it. I do not know how they got my account but since I cannot get it cancelled I am writing for you help. When I estimated the amount they have taken out of my account, it is $1, 248. I am a 75 year old widow on a fixed income and I cannot afford to keep losing my money for no reason. Please help me with this problem. I will not include my personal information.

When I agreed on the computer to try this product it said $39-95 they charged me $63-88 . The product has taken over my computer there are pop ups coming up all the time. It keeps telling me to upgrade. I only want to get rid on the product and get my money back . They say you can get your money back within 60 days. So I want my money back.

Note-I didn't send anything to Safecart. Safecart took it out of my credit card account.

Yes, l was having problems with my computer that my virus/malware services did not correct and went to Windows for help. This was one of the recommended "FREE" Apps that were offered. I did not see anything that resembled in any way that there was a monthly subscription charge.
I used it once. If that required a payment so be it. However, I am not going to pay a monthly fee for a problem that may or may not occur every year or so.

The program "Advanced System Repair" is really [censored]. It collects data from the pc already known. Instead it operates as backdoor program. Severely damadged WINDOWS System control. It was recognized from another security program as MALWARE and ws automatically deleted from the pc. Now is the question how to get the money back,
program and agent did not help my problem...

After having allowed Spyhunter to scan my system I was asked to 'register' to remove unwanted 'PUPS'. However, to do so require the payment of Aud 55 for a 12 month initial period but, with an automatic renewal each 12 months. I sent an email indicating that I accepted the initial payment but did not accept the automatic payment for renewal every 12 months.
Now, when I try to sign in to use the removal tools I am informed that my sign-in is invalid. My payment was via paypal so there is no question that it has been received.
I either want my money back or performance of the original promises re removal of 'PUPS'.

Thank goodness you paid by Paypal.Go to your paypal account and log in. find 'manage pre-approved payments' page in the payments section. make safecart inactive. Do it now.
That seems to me to be the only way you can stop safecart sucking money regularly.
They advise to log in or phone them, but like so many other complainants on the internet I could not log-in and they never answered the phone. If this is not a scam I would like to know what is. Spybot should ditch safecart. I found spybot worked very well but would be most reluctant to renew any contact with that lot.

I am disputing a debit because I was informed by paypal that any debit would not be processed if the bank card had expired, which this one did, contrary to what I have been informed of. The notice I received after "apparently buying this product" = driverwhiz at r567, 62 ($39, 90 on 19th june 2018) - reflected that the card had expired but yet it was processed against my account. I have not in any way, shape or form, updated my card details in this paypal account. That is the reason why I never downloaded the driverwhiz software - I have deleted this software from my downloads, in any case.

unauthorized charge
Unknowingly I must have signed up with this company and they charged my paypal account in November 2017 for $39.95. Thinking that it was for a year, I let it go through not realizing it was a preauthorization transaction. Now, 6 months later they are coming back for another $39.95. I send an email today requesting refund, but doubt that will ever happen. I tried logging into their website to see what was going on, but password and email did not match. So, twice I requested a password reset but never received either reset authorization. I don't know how this "company" got my information. but want it to stop and refund the $80 they have taken from my Paypal account. I have deleted their preauthorization so they won't be getting anymore money from this senior citizen who is living on a fixed income and could certainly use the money they took. Beware of this company and their unethical practices.

I was charged $2.95 one time and then canceled my membership a few days later with a representive over the phone. I have been charged a $29.95 fee for the past three months. I want my money refunded immediately. Bad customer service. And honestly the website wasn't that great either. This is a scam to take people's money. And what makes it even worse is that they keep taking your money even when you are a dissatisfied customer that has already tried to get out of the situation.

Last week I paid 2.95 to use safe cart one time. I was asked to try the company for 24.95 which I did not sign up for. I could not afford this so I left the webpage because I thought this was too much. I am retired, raising 3 grandchildren and do not have this kind of money. Today I looked at my bank account and saw that they have made an unauthorized bank withdrawal pending to go through. This is stealing money from my bank account against my permission. I want the money added back to my account our I will file charges with the ethics commission and turn in fraud by your company.

I purchased the service for the PC cleaner on 5-5-16 for 39.95 and it renews automatically every 6 months. I looked online on the website to see what service it had me under and they have no knowledge. I have been charged this price three times and their service is crap. I have contacted them by email twice with no response. This is a scam. I will be trying a way to stop payment. I have already contacted the BBB as well.
